Hamd G\u00f6klerin ve Yerin Rabbi,Rahman,Rahim,Din g\u00fcn\u00fcn sahibi Yaratt\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fczerinde mutlak tasarruf yetkisine sahip Allah Azze ve Celle ye Mahsustur.Salat ve selam M\u00fcminlerin \u00f6nderi,Ya\u015fayan Kur\u2019an Hz.Muhammed (s.a.v)\u2019e aline,ashab\u0131na ve onlar\u0131 takip eden M\u00fcminlerin \u00fczerine olsun in\u015fallah.<\/p>\n

Ge\u00e7mi\u015fe bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00a0zaman g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz ki, tarihin her an\u0131 her sayfas\u0131 iyilerle k\u00f6t\u00fclerin, imanla k\u00fcfr\u00fcn m\u00fccadelesi ile doludur. \u0130yili\u011fin ve iman\u0131n galip geldi\u011fi d\u00f6nemlerde insanl\u0131k, hep mutlu olmu\u015f, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckle k\u00fcfr\u00fcn artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde de k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmayanlarla birlikte insanl\u0131k Allah\u2019\u0131n gazab\u0131na u\u011fram\u0131\u015f ve hel\u00e2k olmu\u015ftur. Nitekim \u00d6mer b. Abdulaziz \u015f\u00f6yle diyor:<\/p>\n

\u201cAllah (c.c) baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fledi\u011fi g\u00fcnahlar sebebiyle b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar\u0131 cezaland\u0131rmaz, fakat g\u00fcnahlar a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a i\u015flenir di\u011fer insanlarda buna engel olmazsa b\u00fct\u00fcn hepsi cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmay\u0131 hak ederler.<\/p>\n

Allah (c.c) Yu\u015fa b. Nun\u2019a (a.s) \u015funu vahyetti: Senin kavminin hay\u0131rl\u0131lar\u0131ndan k\u0131rk bin, \u015ferlilerinden de altm\u0131\u015f bin ki\u015fiyi helak edece\u011fim. Yu\u015fa (a.s) dedi ki: Ya Rabbi! \u015eerlileri helak etmeni anlad\u0131m da hay\u0131rl\u0131lar\u0131 helak etmenin sebebi nedir? Allah (c.c) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu: \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc onlar benim k\u0131zd\u0131\u011f\u0131m kimselere k\u0131zm\u0131yorlar; onlarla birlikte yiyip i\u00e7mekte bir sak\u0131nca g\u00f6rm\u00fcyorlard\u0131.\u201c Bug\u00fcn h\u0131zl\u0131 bir bozulma ve yozla\u015fma ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z. Her \u015fey, Allah\u0131n emir ve nehiylerinin aksine .K\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck,haramlar,yasaklar cazip g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor ve g\u00f6steriliyor. \u0130nsanlar k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn cazibesine kap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f. \u0130yiler,Allah\u0131n emir ve yasaklar\u0131na uymaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar su\u00e7luymu\u015f gibi g\u00f6sterilip, k\u0131nan\u0131yor ve mahrum ediliyor. Daha \u00f6nce cezaland\u0131r\u0131lan toplumlar\u0131n hel\u00e2k olmas\u0131na sebep olan davran\u0131\u015flar ve hayat tarz\u0131 \u00f6zendiriliyor. Ve yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor. T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilebilmesi Allah (c.c)\u2019\u0131n Ali imran suresi 104. Ayeti celilesin de beyan etti\u011fi \u201cSizden, hayra \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ran, iyili\u011fi emredip k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc meneden bir topluluk bulunsun. \u0130\u015fte onlar kurtulu\u015fa erenlerdir \u201c emri ilahisine uymakla ancak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Allah (c.c) iyili\u011fi emredip k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc men etmeyi terk eden toplulu\u011fu da k\u00f6t\u00fclemi\u015ftir. \u201cOnlar, i\u015fledikleri k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten, birbirini vazge\u00e7irmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmazlard\u0131. Andolsun yapt\u0131klar\u0131 ne k\u00f6t\u00fcd\u00fcr!\u201d(Maide 79) Enes b. Malik (ra) Rasulullah (Sav)\u2019in \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu\u011funu rivayet ediyor: \u201c\u0130nsanlardan \u00f6yleleri vard\u0131r ki, onlar \u015ferre kilit, hayra anahtar olma g\u00f6revi \u00fcstlenirler. Yine insanlar i\u00e7inde \u00f6yleleri vard\u0131r ki, onlar, hayra kilit \u015ferre anahtar olurlar.<\/p>\n

Allah\u2019\u0131n ellerine hayr\u0131n anahtar\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fi kimselere ne mutlu!<\/p>\n

\u015eerrin anahtarlar\u0131n\u0131 ellerinde tutanlara da yaz\u0131klar olsun.\u201d (\u0130bnimace) Bu hadiste anlat\u0131lmak istenen \u015fudur: \u0130yili\u011fi emredip, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yasaklayan bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman hayra anahtar, \u015ferre kilit g\u00f6revi yapm\u0131\u015f olup ger\u00e7ek M\u00fcminlerden olma \u015ferefine ermi\u015ftir. Nitekim Allah cc kuran\u0131 kerimde \u015f\u00f6yle buyuruyor: \u201cErkek-kad\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn m\u00fc’minler birbirlerinin dostu, dayana\u011f\u0131d\u0131rlar. Bunlar iyili\u011fi emrederek k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten sak\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131rlar\u201d (Tevbe 71)<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc emredip iyili\u011fi yasaklamak ise m\u00fcnaf\u0131klar\u0131n \u00f6zelli\u011fidir. \u015eu ayet bunu bildirmektedir: \u201cErkek-kad\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn m\u00fcnaf\u0131klar hep birdirler. K\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc emrederler, iyili\u011fi yasaklarlar\u201d (Tevbe 67)<\/em><\/strong>Hz. Ali b. EbiTalib Kerremallah\u00fcvecheh\u00fc \u015f\u00f6yle diyor: \u201cAmellerin en faziletlisi; iyili\u011fi emredip, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten al\u0131koymak ve fas\u0131k kimselere bu\u011fz etmektir. \u0130yili\u011fi emreden ki\u015fi, iman\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmi\u015f olur, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten al\u0131koyan kimse de m\u00fcnaf\u0131kl\u0131k alametinden kurtulmu\u015f olur.\u201d Abdullah b.Cerir\u2019in babas\u0131ndan rivayetine g\u00f6re Resulullah (sav) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu: \u201c Herhangi bir toplum, i\u00e7lerinden biri g\u00fcnah i\u015fledi\u011finde onu engellemeye g\u00fcc\u00fc yetti\u011fi halde engellemezse, \u00f6lmeden \u00f6nce mutlaka Allah onlar\u0131 toplu bir azaba \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131r.\u201d (Ebu davud) Fakih diyor ki: g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi Resulullah (sav) k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc engellemenin gerekli olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in, buna g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn yetmesini \u015fart ko\u015ftu. Yani bir toplumda iyiler \u00e7o\u011funlukta olursa bunlar\u0131n o toplumda a\u00e7\u0131ktan g\u00fcnah i\u015fleyenlere engel olmalar\u0131 vaciptir. Nitekim Allah Teala \u00fcmmeti Muhammedi bu \u00f6zellikleri sebebiyle \u00f6vm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.\u201dSiz, insanlar i\u00e7in \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f en hay\u0131rl\u0131 bir \u00fcm\u00admetsiniz. \u0130yili\u011fi emreder, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten meneder. Ve Al\u00adlah’a inan\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z. Ehl-i kit\u00e2b da inanm\u0131\u015f olsayd\u0131 kendileri i\u00e7in hay\u0131rl\u0131 olurdu. \u0130\u00e7lerinde \u00eem\u00e2n edenler olmakla bera\u00adber, \u00e7o\u011fu ger\u00e7ek dinden \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f f\u00e2s\u0131klard\u0131r\u201d(Ali imran 110)<\/p>\n

Bu ayetin manas\u0131 hakk\u0131nda \u015f\u00f6yle denmi\u015ftir: Siz, levhi mahfuzda, \u201cinsanlar\u0131n iyili\u011fi i\u00e7in ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan \u00fcmmet\u201d olarak yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131n\u0131z. Maruf (\u0130yilik): kitaba (Kur\u2019ana) ve akla uygun olan \u015feylerdir. M\u00fcnker(k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck): kitaba ve akla ayk\u0131r\u0131 olan davran\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu noktay\u0131 biraz daha a\u00e7mak gerekirse bu g\u00fcn toplumlar\u0131n iyilik anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 insanlar\u0131n yaln\u0131zca birbirlerine yard\u0131m etmeleri ya da k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck denilince birbirlerine k\u00f6t\u00fc s\u00f6z s\u00f6ylemeleri akla gelmektedir. Her ne kadar bunlarda bu kavramlar\u0131n i\u00e7erisine girse de as\u0131l iyili\u011fin Allah cc\u2019\u0131n emir, yasak, kural ve kanunlar\u0131na uymak oldu\u011funu k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn ise Alemlerin Rabbinin helallerinin haramla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p ,haramlar\u0131n\u0131n ise me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 oldu\u011funun bilincine var\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Zaten fah\u015fan\u0131n i\u00e7erisine batm\u0131\u015f olan toplumlar\u0131n bu durumdan kurtulmalar\u0131 ancak bu \u015fekliyle iyili\u011fin emredilmesi ve k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn nehyedilmesi ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Ebu Derda (ra) diyor ki : \u201cArkada\u015f\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131ktan \u00f6\u011f\u00fct veren kimse onun kusurunu ortaya \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015f olur. E\u011fer ki\u015finin gizlice verdi\u011fi \u00f6\u011f\u00fct etkili olmazsa a\u00e7\u0131ktan \u00f6\u011f\u00fct vermeli ve bu hususta iyi insanlardan yard\u0131m istemelidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bunu yapmad\u0131klar\u0131 takdirde toplumda g\u00fcnahkarlar hakimiyeti ele ge\u00e7irir. Bunun sonucu olarak da hepsinin helak olaca\u011f\u0131 bir azaba \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rlar.\u201d Hz. Huzeyfe (ra), Resulullah (sav) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu\u011funu rivayet ediyor: \u201cNefsimi kudretinde bulunduran Allaha yemin ederim ki, siz iyili\u011fi emretmeli k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckleri de menetmelisiniz.\u00a0 B\u00f6yle yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z takdirde Allah\u2019\u0131n kat\u0131ndan size bir azab\u0131n gelmesi yak\u0131nd\u0131r. Sonra azaptan kurtulmak i\u00e7in Allaha yalvar\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z ama Allah dualar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 kabul etmez.\u201d (Tirmizi)<\/p>\n

Ebu Said el Hudri (ra)\u2019\u0131n rivayetine g\u00f6re Resulullah (sav) \u015f\u00f6yle buyuruyor: \u201cSizden biriniz bir k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde onu eliyle d\u00fczeltsin, buna g\u00fcc\u00fc yetmezse diliyle engel olsun, buna da g\u00fcc\u00fc yetmezse kalbi ile bu\u011fz etsin. Kalbiyle bu\u011fz etmesi iman ehlinin yapabilece\u011fi i\u015flerin en zay\u0131f\u0131d\u0131r. (M\u00fcslim)<\/p>\n

\u0130yili\u011fi emredip, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc meneden kimse bunu yaparken Allah\u2019\u0131n r\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 kazanmay\u0131 ve dini y\u00fcceltmeyi ama\u00e7 edinmeli, nefsinin arzusu ile hareket etmemelidir. \u015eayet bununla Allah\u2019\u0131n r\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 ve dinin y\u00fccelmesini ama\u00e7larsa Allah kendisine yard\u0131m eder ve onu ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r. Ama nefsinin isteklerini yerine getirmek i\u00e7in bunu yaparsa Allah onu rezil eder. Bize ula\u015fan bir habere g\u00f6re \u0130krime adl\u0131 sahabi \u015funu anlatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r: Bir zamanlar adam\u0131n biri baz\u0131 insanlar\u0131n bir a\u011faca tapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 duydu, buna \u00e7ok \u00f6felenip kendi kendine; \u201chayret! \u0130nsanlar Allah\u2019\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131p bir a\u011faca tap\u0131yorlar \u201cdedi. Sonra eline baltas\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131p, e\u015fe\u011fine bindi ve a\u011fac\u0131 kesmek i\u00e7in yola koyuldu. Yolda giderken insan \u015feklinde kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kan iblis ona \u015f\u00f6yle dedi: -Nereye b\u00f6yle? \u2013 \u0130nsanlar\u0131n Allah\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131p kendisine tapt\u0131klar\u0131 bir a\u011fa\u00e7 varm\u0131\u015f, onu kesmek i\u00e7in Allaha s\u00f6z verdim. Bu s\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc yerine getirip a\u011fac\u0131 kesmeye gidiyorum. \u0130blis \u015f\u00f6yle dedi :\u00a0 -Sana ne bundan. A\u011fac\u0131 ona ibadet edenlere b\u0131rak. Allah cezalar\u0131n\u0131 versin. Bu \u015fekilde konu\u015fmaya devam ettiler, anla\u015famay\u0131nca da kavgaya tutu\u015ftular. Adam \u0130blisi tutup \u00fc\u00e7 kere yere \u00e7ald\u0131. \u0130blis adam\u0131 ikna edemeyece\u011fini anlay\u0131nca ona \u015f\u00f6yle dedi: -Bu i\u015ften vazge\u00e7. Bende bunun kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sana her g\u00fcn \u00fc\u00e7 dirhem para vereyim. Her g\u00fcn yast\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda alt\u0131ndan \u00fc\u00e7 dirhem \u00e7\u0131kacak bunlar senindir. Bunlar\u0131 duyan adam sordu:<\/p>\n

– Ger\u00e7ekten bunu yapabilir misin ? \u2013 Tabi ki her g\u00fcn sana \u00fc\u00e7 dirhem verece\u011fime s\u00f6z veriyorum.Bu dirhemlerle ihtiya\u00e7 sahiplerinin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lars\u0131n. Bunun \u00fczerine adam a\u011fac\u0131 kesmekten vazge\u00e7ip evine d\u00f6nd\u00fc. Bir iki g\u00fcn yast\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131nda s\u00f6z verilen paray\u0131 bulup ald\u0131,ama bu \u00e7ok s\u00fcrmedi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc daha sonraki g\u00fcnler yast\u0131\u011f\u0131n alt\u0131ndan para \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131. Kand\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlayan adam baltas\u0131n\u0131 eline al\u0131p e\u015fe\u011fine bindi ve a\u011fac\u0131 kesmek \u00fczere tekrar yola koyuldu. Biraz gittikten sonra insan \u015feklinde kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kan iblis ona \u015f\u00f6yle dedi: -B\u00f6yle nereye gidiyorsun? \u00ad\u2013 \u0130leride insanlar\u0131n kendisine ibadet etti\u011fi bir a\u011fa\u00e7 var ,onu kesmeye gidiyorum. \u0130blis ona \u015f\u00f6yle dedi . \u2013Art\u0131k onu kesmeye g\u00fcc\u00fcn yetmez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc onu kesmeye ilk gitti\u011finde \u00f6fken Allah i\u00e7indi ve toplumun maslahat\u0131na y\u00f6nelikti. O s\u0131rada yerde ve g\u00f6kteki varl\u0131klar\u0131n tamam\u0131 seni engellemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fsayd\u0131 yine de bunu yapamazlard\u0131. Ama \u015fimdi nefsinin iste\u011fine uyarak yast\u0131\u011f\u0131n alt\u0131nda paralar\u0131 bulamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n ve \u015fahs\u0131n ad\u0131na hay\u0131r kap\u0131s\u0131 kapand\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in onu kesmek istiyorsun. E\u011fer bir ad\u0131m daha atacak olursan boynunu kopar\u0131r\u0131m. Bunun \u00fczerine adam a\u011fac\u0131 kesmeyi b\u0131rak\u0131p evine d\u00f6nd\u00fc. \u0130yili\u011fi emredip k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten vazge\u00e7irecek olan ki\u015fide \u015funlar olmal\u0131d\u0131r: 1.Bilgili olmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc cahil olan kimse bunu usul\u00fcne uygun olarak yapamaz.<\/p>\n

Zira Allah (cc) Lokman k\u0131ssas\u0131n\u0131 anlat\u0131rken \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur: \u201c\u0130yili\u011fi emret, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten vazge\u00e7irmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f, ba\u015f\u0131na gelenlere sabret.\u201d (Lokman 17)<\/p>\n
