Adl: k\u00f6k\u00fcnden gelen mastar olarak bazen ism-i fail manas\u0131nda da kullan\u0131l\u0131r, ism-i faili esasen “adil” oldu\u011fu halde “adi” ile de ifade olunur. Adl lugatta; adalet, gmail, d\u00f6nmek, e\u015fit davranmak, d\u00fczeltmek, do\u011frultmak, d\u00fcr\u00fcst olmak, zulmetmemek, \u015firk ko\u015fmamak ve haktan sapmamak gibi manalara gelir.<\/p>\n
Y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n s\u0131fat\u0131 olarak el-Adl; adeletli olan, hakla h\u00fckmeden, hakl\u0131ya hakk\u0131n\u0131 veren, haks\u0131za cezas\u0131n\u0131 veren, her \u015feyi yerli yerince yapan, her s\u00f6yledi\u011fi do\u011fru, her emri veya yasa\u011f\u0131 hak ve do\u011fru olan demektir.<\/p>\n
Kur’an-\u0131 Kerim’de \u0131s\u0131m olarak ge\u00e7memekle beraber s\u0131fat olarak baz\u0131 ayet-i kerimelerde mevcuttur. Bunlardan iki tanesini okuyal\u0131m.<\/p>\n

O i\u015fitendir, bilendir.(<\/strong> Enam Suresi: 115)<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Allahu Teala adildir, daima adeleti emreder ve adaletle ya\u015fan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 murad eder, bu murad-\u0131 ilahi de kullar\u0131n imtihan\u0131 gere\u011fi d\u00fcnyada bir emri ihtiyaridir. Ancak ahirette en hassas bir \u015fekilde adl’li ilahi tahakkuk edecektir. D\u00fcnya’da bu imtahan\u0131n gere\u011fi olan insanlar\u0131n Y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n adaleti ile h\u00fckmetmeleri emrolunmu\u015ftur. Bu hususta Y\u00fcce Allah (c.c) Kur’an-\u0131 Kerim’de \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u015e\u00fcphesiz Allah, size emanetleri ehline (sahiplerine) teslim etmenizi ve insanlar aras\u0131nda h\u00fckmetti\u011finiz zaman adaletle h\u00fckmetmenizi emrediyor. Bununla Allah, size ne g\u00fczel \u00f6\u011f\u00fct veriyor! Do\u011frusu Allah, i\u015fitendir, g\u00f6rendir.(<\/strong> Nisa Suresi: 58)<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Adalet Allah’tan d\u0131r, Allah’\u0131n kanunlar\u0131n (\u015feriat\u0131n)dan d\u0131r. Allah (c.c)’\u0131n kanunlar\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131yla adalet tahakkuk eder, g\u00fcvenilir, do\u011fruluk, insafl\u0131, Allah’\u0131n kanunlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki b\u00fct\u00fcn kanunlarda zulum vard\u0131r. F\u0131sk vard\u0131r, k\u00fcf\u00fcr vard\u0131r, \u015firk vard\u0131r, fitne ve fesad vard\u0131r. Huzur, hak, adalet ve saadet ancak Allah’\u0131n kanunlar\u0131nda ve O kanunlar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131nda yani ya\u015fanmas\u0131ndand\u0131r.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Adaletin z\u0131tt\u0131 zul\u00fcmd\u00fcr. Zul\u00fcm, bir \u015feyi hak etmedi\u011fi yere koymak manas\u0131na gelmektedir. B\u00fct\u00fcn mahlukat, Allahu Teala ( c.c )’n\u0131n mahlukat\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in Allah ( c.c) zulmetmesi muhaldir. O hi\u00e7 kimseye zerre kadar olsun zul\u00fcm yapmaz. \u00d6zellikle k\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fc iman edip salih amel i\u015fleyenler kendilerine zul\u00fcm yap\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131ndan emin olurlar. Hi\u00e7bir amelleri heba edilmez. Kafirler ise kendilerine uygun bir ceza olan ebedi cehenneme girerler. Her kafir ayn\u0131 cezay\u0131 da almaz. Hepsi ebedi cehennem meselesinde ortak olsa da kafirlerin cezalar\u0131 da kademe kademedir. M\u00fc’minlerin g\u00f6revi zulum edenlere engel olup ilahi adeletin uygulanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakt\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar \u00fczerinde bu bir hakt\u0131r. Hak ve adaletin uygulanmas\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n menfati icab\u0131d\u0131r. Allah’\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcm\u00fcn d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda adalet beklemek hem k\u00fcf\u00fcrd\u00fcr hem de z\u00fclm\u00fcn ta kendisidir. En az\u0131ndan zulm\u00fcn yap\u0131lmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmakt\u0131r. Nitekim Kur’an-\u0131 Kerim’de Allah ( c.c) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Biz onda, onlar\u0131n \u00fczerine yazd\u0131k: Can’a can, g\u00f6ze g\u00f6z, buruna burun, kula\u011fa kulak, di\u015fe di\u015f ve (b\u00fct\u00fcn) yaralara (kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k da) k\u0131sas vard\u0131r. Ama kim bunu sadaka olarak ba\u011f\u0131\u015flarsa o kendisi i\u00e7in bir keffarettir. Kim Allah’\u0131n indirdi\u011fiyle h\u00fckmetmezse, i\u015fte onlar, zalim olanlard\u0131r.(<\/strong> Maide Suresi: 45)<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Allah (c.c)’\u0131n peygamberlere g\u00f6ndermi\u015f oldu\u011fu b\u00fct\u00fcn \u015feriatlar da adaleti emretmi\u015ftir. \u0130lahi \u015feriatlarda ancak adalet vard\u0131r. K\u0131sas h\u00fckm\u00fc dahi adaletin ta kendisidir. Adaletin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ancak zul\u00fcm vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n \u015eimdi e\u011fer, “Kur’an’\u0131n inmesinden sonra onlara, \u0130ncil’dekilere g\u00f6re h\u00fckmetmelerini emretmek nas\u0131l caiz olur?” denilir ise, biz de deriz ki: Buna \u015fu bak\u0131mlardan cevap verilir:<\/p>\n Muhammed (s.a.v)’in \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 n\u00fcb\u00fcvvetine \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 delalet eden \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 delillerle<\/p>\n h\u00fckmetsinler” manas\u0131d\u0131r. Ali (rad\u0131yallahu anh) anlat\u0131yor: \u00a0 “Res\u00fclullah \u00a0(aleyhissalatu vesselam) buyurdular ki: “Kim bir hadd c\u00fcrm\u00fc i\u015fler de, cezas\u0131 d\u00fcnyada verilirse, Allah’\u0131n adaleti kuluna ahirette ikinci sefer ceza vermeye m\u00fcsaade etmez. Kim de bir hadd c\u00fcrm\u00fc i\u015flemi\u015f, Allah da onun g\u00fcnah\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6rtm\u00fc\u015f ve affetmi\u015f ise, Allah’\u0131n keremi affetti\u011fi \u015feyden dolay\u0131 ona d\u00f6n\u00fcp ceza vermeye m\u00fcsaade etmez. <\/strong>“( Tirrnizi, iman 11)<\/p>\n El-Adl ism-i \u015ferifi Y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n esma-i ef’alden olan s\u0131fatlar\u0131ndan olup bu s\u0131fata ayk\u0131r\u0131 davranmakta zul\u00fcmd\u00fcr.
