B\u0130SM\u0130LLAH\u0130RRAHMAN\u0130RRAH\u0130M<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hamd \u00e2lemlerin Rabbi, Rahman ve Rahim olan Allah azze ve celleye mahsustur. Sal\u00e2t ve selam Peygamberimiz Hz. Muhammed (s.a.v)\u2019e O\u2019nun \u00c2line ve Ashab\u0131na, derdi Allah\u2019\u0131n r\u0131zas\u0131, gayesi Allah\u2019\u0131n davas\u0131 olan t\u00fcm m\u00fcmin ve m\u00fcminelerin \u00fczerine olsun in\u015fAllah.<\/p>\n

Allah (c.c) insanlar\u0131 yaln\u0131z kendisine ibadet etmeleri i\u00e7in yaratm\u0131\u015f peygamberler g\u00f6nderip kendisine ibadet etmelerini emretmi\u015ftir. Allah insan\u0131 ibadet etmeye zorlamaz. Ona ak\u0131l ve irade bah\u015fetmi\u015ftir. \u0130nsan kendi iradesiyle ister \u015f\u00fckredici m\u00fcmin, ister nank\u00f6r k\u00e2fir olur. Hayat\u0131 ve \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc imtihan i\u00e7in yaratan Rabbimiz insanlar\u0131 imtihan etmektedir. \u0130mtihan i\u00e7erisinde olan\u0131n iyiyi ve k\u00f6t\u00fcy\u00fc, do\u011fruyu ve yanl\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131p yapmamakta yetene\u011finin, iradesinin ve h\u00fcrriyetinin olmas\u0131 gerekir. Allah i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan her fiil ibadettir. Kalp ve di\u011fer azalarla yap\u0131lan ibadetlerin hepsi buna d\u00e2hildir. \u0130badetin manas\u0131na bu a\u00e7\u0131lardan bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda;<\/p>\n

\u0130badet; Allaha S\u00f6z Vermedir<\/strong><\/p>\n

Misak l\u00fbgatta \u00abBir \u015feyi korumak, h\u00e2lden h\u00e2le onu muha\u00adfaza etmek, \u00bb<\/em> gibi manalara gelir.<\/p>\n

\u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee\u00a0\u0131st\u0131lahta\u00a0\u00abAhd-\u00fc Misak\u00bb denilince: Ruh\u00adlar \u00e2leminde Allahu Te\u00e2l\u00e2 (c.c.) ile insanlar aras\u0131nda tahakkuk eden \u00abMukavele\u00bb akla gelir. Bu Ahd-\u00fc misak sadece M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlarla de\u011fil, b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlarla tahakkuk etmi\u015ftir. \u015eimdi Ahd-\u00fc Misak ayetlerine dikkat edelim:<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019Hani Rabbin \u00c2demo\u011fullar\u0131ndan, (insanlardan) on\u00adlar\u0131n s\u0131rtlar\u0131ndan z\u00fcrriyetlerini \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p, kendilerini nefis\u00adlerine \u015fahit tutmu\u015f : “Ben sizin Rabbiniz de\u011fil miyim?” (Demi\u015fti). Onlar da : “Evet (Rabbimizsin) \u015fahit olduk” demi\u015flerdi. (i\u015fte bu \u015fahidlendirme) k\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fc : “Bi\u00adzim bundan haberimiz yoktu” dememeniz i\u00e7indi.\u2018\u2019 (Araf 172)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu \u00abAhd-\u00fc Misak’m\u00bb tabii sonucu olarak insan emaneti y\u00fck\u00adlenmi\u015ftir. Nitekim Kur’\u00e2n-\u0131 Kerim\u2019de:<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019Biz emaneti g\u00f6klere, yere ve da\u011flara arz (ve teklif) ettik de, onlar bu emaneti y\u00fcklenmekten \u00e7ekindiler, bundan endi\u015feye d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcler. \u0130nsan (a gelince, o tuttu) bunu s\u0131rt\u0131na y\u00fcklendi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o \u00e7ok zul\u00fcm kar, \u00e7ok ceh\u00fbld\u00fcr.\u2018\u2019 (Ahzab 72)<\/strong> buyrulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

M\u00fcfessirler, bu ayet-i kerime\u2019de zikrolunan emanet’in, \u0130l\u00e2h\u00ee tekliflerin tamam\u0131 ol\u00addu\u011fu hususunda m\u00fcttefiktirler. Usul-i F\u0131k\u0131h’ta emanet; Allahu Te\u00e2l\u00e2 (c.c.)’n\u0131n gerek kendi hukuku, gerekse ya\u00adrat\u0131lm\u0131\u015flar\u0131n hukuku ile ilgili b\u00fct\u00fcn vazifelerine verilen isimdir.<\/p>\n

Hz. Enes (r.a.)’ten rivayet edilen bir Hadis-i \u015eerif\u2019te Res\u00fbl-\u00fc Ekrem (s.a.v.)’in:<\/p>\n

\u2018Emanete riayeti ol\u00admayan\u0131n iman\u0131 da yoktur, ahde vefas\u0131 olmayan\u0131n dini de yoktur\u2019<\/em><\/strong> buyurdu\u011fu bilinmektedir.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u0130badet; Bir Tevhid Eylemidir<\/strong><\/p>\n

Allah’a hizmet etmek, Allah i\u00e7in ya\u015famak, Allah i\u00e7in k\u0131yam et\u00admek, O’nun yolunda \u00f6lmek demektir”.<\/p>\n

\u0130badetin bu anlam\u0131yla ilgili olarak Yusuf el-Kard\u00e2v\u00ee de \u015funla\u00adr\u0131 s\u00f6yler: \u2018\u2019\u0130badet; Allah’\u0131n koydu\u011fu kurallar\u0131n helali helal, hara\u00adm\u0131 haram, farz\u0131 farz k\u0131lan ve b\u00fct\u00fcn din\u00ee\u00a0 h\u00fck\u00fcmle\u00adrine istisnas\u0131z boyun e\u011fmektir\u2026\u2018\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n

Dini konularda emretme ve yasaklama yetkisi yaln\u0131zca Allah’a aittir. M\u00fc’minin g\u00f6revi ise, bu emir ve yasaklara teredd\u00fcts\u00fcz itaat etmek ve uymakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019Allah ve Ras\u00fbl\u00fc bir i\u015fte\u00a0h\u00fck\u00fcm\u00a0<\/em>verdi\u011fi zaman, art\u0131k inanm\u0131\u015f bir er\u00adkek ve kad\u0131na o i\u015fi kendi isteklerine g\u00f6re se\u00e7me hakk\u0131 yoktur. Kim\u00a0Allah’a ve Ras\u00fbl\u00fc’ne isyan ederse, art\u0131k ger\u00e7ekten o apa\u00e7\u0131k bir sap\u0131k\u00adl\u0131kla sapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u2018\u2019(Ahzab 36)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kulun, Allah’\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki bu tavr\u0131, ibadet ve itaatin ta kendisidir. \u0130slami konulardaki\u00a0\u015eari ise,\u00a0 Y\u00fcce Mevla\u2019m\u0131z ve O’nun \u00a0Peygamberleridir. Biz kullara o ikisinin verdi\u011fi kesin ve ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmleri be\u011fenip-be\u011fenmeme, baz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kabul edip baz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmeme, hor ve hakir g\u00f6rme se\u00e7ene\u011fi verilmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u0130slam dinin vazetti\u011fi kurallar, inan\u00e7 esaslar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bir b\u00fct\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Bu b\u00fct\u00fcnden birini kabul etmemek kulu, k\u00fcfre g\u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fcr ve dinden \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131na sebep olur. Mesela M\u00fcsl\u00fcman oldu\u011funu zanneden bir insan, \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n ahlak konular\u0131n\u0131 kabul ediyorum ama faiz ve ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fc gibi meseleleri \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f bulmuyorum deme hakk\u0131na sahip de\u011fildir. Bu sap\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ki\u015finin kendi nefsini ilahla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131ndan ileri gelmektedir.<\/p>\n

Bak\u0131n\u0131z! Y\u00fcce Rabbimiz bu konuda \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019Onlar Allah’\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131p da bilginlerini, rahiplerini rabler (ilahlar) edindiler ve Meryem o\u011flu Mesih’i de. Oysa onlar, yaln\u0131z tek olan\u00a0bir\u00a0 ilah’a ibadet\u00a0<\/em>etmekten ba\u015fkas\u0131yla emrolunmad\u0131lar. O’ndan ba\u015fka ilah yoktur. O, bunlar\u0131n e\u015f tuta geldikleri \u015feylerden m\u00fcnezzehtir.\u2018\u2019(Tevbe 31)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Adiyy bin H\u00e2tem’ in , “Onlar din adamlar\u0131na ibadet etmezler!”<\/em> \u015feklindeki itiraz\u0131na Allah’\u0131n Ras\u00fbl\u00fc \u015fu kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 verdi:<\/p>\n

Evet. Onlar (din adamlar\u0131) onlara helali haram, haram\u0131 da helal k\u0131\u00adl\u0131yorlar. Onlar da bunu kabul edip ona uyuyorlar. \u0130\u015fte bu, onlar\u0131n onlara\u00a0ibadetidir.<\/em><\/p>\n

O halde, helal ve haram k\u0131lma yetkisini Allah’a ait bilmek, Tevhid ve Allah’a ibadet demek olurken; bu yetkiyi Allah’tan ba\u015f\u00adkas\u0131na vermek \u015firk ve Allah’tan gayr\u0131s\u0131na kulluktur.<\/p>\n

Baz\u0131 insanlar kendi heva ve hevesini ilahla\u015ft\u0131rarak Y\u00fcce Allah\u0131n\u00a0 kesin olarak belirtti\u011fi emir ve yasaklar\u0131 hafife almaktad\u0131rlar. “Bu bana g\u00f6re b\u00f6yledir” “bu as\u0131rda faiz haram m\u0131 olurmu\u015f” “bu \u00e7a\u011fda \u00f6rt\u00fcnmeye ne gerek var” “ben i\u00e7kimi de i\u00e7erim, kumar\u0131m\u0131 da oynar\u0131m, hi\u00e7 kimse bana kar\u0131\u015famaz” “Kur’an bu \u00e7a\u011fa hitap etmiyor” gibi s\u00f6zler ki\u015finin kendini ilahla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

Evet!\u00a0\u00a0\u0130badet; Cenab-\u0131 Hakk’\u0131n raz\u0131 oldu\u011fu ve sevdi\u011fi gizli-a\u00e7\u0131k b\u00fct\u00fcn fiil ve s\u00f6zleri i\u00e7ine alan olduk\u00e7a geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 bir kavramd\u0131r. Namaz, oru\u00e7, hac, do\u011fru s\u00f6z, marufu emretmek, m\u00fcnkerden sa\u00adk\u0131nd\u0131rmak, \u00a0Allah yolunda cihad etmek; zulme u\u011frayana yard\u0131m etmek ve seyirci kalmamak, kom\u015fuya, yetime, yoksula, yolda kalm\u0131\u015fa, hayvanlara yard\u0131mda bulunmak, Kur’\u00e2n okumak, dua etmek, zikretmek ve benzeri fiil ve hareketlerin hepsi ibadet ve kulluk kapsam\u0131na girerler.<\/p>\n

Allah’\u0131 ve Ras\u00fbl\u00fc’n\u00fc\u00a0 sevmek, Allah’dan korkmak ve O’na boyun e\u011fmek, din\u00ee amelleri Al\u00adlah’\u0131n r\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 kazanmak i\u00e7in yapmak, Allah’\u0131n sana k\u00f6t\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fc\u00adnen h\u00fckm\u00fcne sab\u0131r ve nimetine \u015f\u00fckreylemek, kaza ve kaderine r\u0131za g\u00f6stermek, Allahu Te\u00e2l\u00e2’ya tevekk\u00fcl etmek, rahmetini \u00fcmit edip azab\u0131ndan korkmak ve benzeri b\u00fct\u00fcn haller de ubudiyet (kulluk ve ibadet) kavram\u0131na d\u00e2hildirler.<\/p>\n

B\u00f6ylece ibadet; baz\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n zannetti\u011fi gibi, sadece namaz k\u0131lmak, oru\u00e7 tutmak, zek\u00e2t\u0131n\u0131 vermek, hac ve umre yap\u00admak, dua ve zikir etmekten ibaret olmamaktad\u0131r. Bunlara ilave\u00adten; b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle insan hayat\u0131n\u0131 kucaklayan, yeme-i\u00e7me adab\u0131ndan devlet idaresine, kadar t\u00fcm terbiye ve ahlak kurallar\u0131, nizam ve gelenek\u00adleri de i\u00e7ine alan bir geni\u015fli\u011fe sahip bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

H\u00e2s\u0131l\u0131 ibadet;\u00a0kulun Allah i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 davran\u0131\u015f ve eylemlerin t\u00fcm\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bir ba\u015fka ifade ile ibadet; Allah i\u00e7in ya\u015fanan hayatt\u0131r<\/p>\n

Kullar olarak, hayat\u0131m\u0131z boyunca bir imtihan s\u00fcrecinden ge\u00e7mekteyiz. \u00d6m\u00fcr ne kadar uzun olursa olsun, insan hangi imk\u00e2nlarla ve ne kadar \u00e7ok ya\u015farsa ya\u015fas\u0131n, vazife, yetki ve sorumlulu\u011fu ne \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde b\u00fcy\u00fck olursa olsun; bir g\u00fcn konu\u015fan dillerin susaca\u011f\u0131na, g\u00f6ren g\u00f6zlerin g\u00f6rmez hale gelece\u011fine, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc nimetten uzakla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131na, Cenab-\u0131 Hakk’\u0131n \u015fu buyru\u011fu dikkat \u00e7ekmektedir:<\/p>\n

\u2018\u2019Her canl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc tadacakt\u0131r. Sizi bir imtihan olarak k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck ve iyiliklerle deneyece\u011fiz. Ve siz, ancak bize d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcleceksiniz.\u2018\u2019\u00a0(Enbiya 35)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu ayet, bize sorumsuz ya\u015faman\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, hayat\u0131n iyi ve k\u00f6t\u00fc bir\u00e7ok imtihanlarla dolu oldu\u011funu anlat\u0131yor. Allah’\u0131n (c.c.) bizlere yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lara verece\u011fimiz yeg\u00e2ne kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k da, \u015fu ayette ifadesini bulmaklad\u0131r:<\/p>\n

“Ancak Sana ibadet eder ve ancak Sen’den yard\u0131m\u00a0dileriz.”\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Allah’\u0131n (c.c.) bah\u015fetti\u011fi bu \u00f6m\u00fcr sermayesi i\u00e7erisinde \u015fu veya bu \u015fekilde ya\u015famaktay\u0131z. Bu sermaye, s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r. Bir g\u00fcn bitecek ve yeniden verilmeyecektir. Onun i\u00e7in, uyan\u0131k olmak ve bu sermayeyi ak\u0131ll\u0131ca kullanmak gerekir.<\/p>\n

\u015eu halde; hayat, anlams\u0131z bir varolu\u015f olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi \u00f6l\u00fcm de sonu hi\u00e7lik olan bir yok olu\u015f de\u011fildir. Aksine hayat, bir hay\u0131rl\u0131 faaliyetler alan\u0131; \u00f6l\u00fcm ise bu faaliyetlerin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bulaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z, ebed\u00ee varl\u0131k sahas\u0131na ge\u00e7i\u015fi sa\u011flayan bir d\u00f6n\u00fcm noktas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Demek ki\u00a0 insan, \u015fu \u00e2lemde bir imtihana tabi tutulmu\u015ftur. Rabbini bulan ve O’na kul olan kurtulmu\u015f, bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndakiler ise mahvolmu\u015ftur. \u015eimdi de ya\u015fam\u0131n anlam\u0131n\u0131 belirten bir m\u0131sraya kulak verelim:<\/p>\n

Ya\u015famak, Hakk ‘a kulluktur; \u00f6z\u00fcn yanarcas\u0131na<\/em><\/p>\n

Manan\u0131n her an\u0131nda tefekk\u00fcr; a\u011flarcas\u0131na…<\/em><\/p>\n

Sonu\u00e7 olarak diyoruz ki; insano\u011flu, Allah’\u0131n yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 varl\u0131klar\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcn olan\u0131d\u0131r. En g\u00fczel bi\u00e7imde yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Allah (c.c.) biz insanlara pek \u00e7ok nimet vermi\u015f, say\u0131s\u0131z mahl\u00fbkat\u0131 enirimize ve istifademize sunmu\u015ftur. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlara kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k kul, gayesiz ve mesuliyetsiz mi olacakt\u0131? Tabii ki hay\u0131r!<\/p>\n

Cenab-\u0131 Hak, insan\u0131 kendisini tan\u0131y\u0131p kullukta bulunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in var etti\u011fini, bunun i\u00e7in de imtihan\u0131n bir gere\u011fi olarak d\u00fcnyaya g\u00f6nderdi\u011fini ifade ediyor. Yani, insan\u0131n yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131, alelade bir h\u00e2dise de\u011fildir. Bu d\u00fcnyadaki yolculuklar\u0131n sonuncusu ve ebed\u00ee olan\u0131 ise Allah’a (c.c.) kavu\u015fma olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Onun i\u00e7in, b\u00fct\u00fcn ya\u015fant\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, \u00f6l\u00fcme ve hesaba haz\u0131rlanmakla ge\u00e7irmemiz gerekiyor, f\u00e2ni d\u00fcnyan\u0131n ge\u00e7ici zevklerine g\u00f6n\u00fcl kapt\u0131rmadan ve gaflete dalmadan Allah’a kulluk yapmak icap ediyor. D\u00fcnya me\u015fgaleleri aras\u0131nda Allah’\u0131 unutmamak ne g\u00fczel. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bir imtihan \u00e2lemi olan d\u00fcnya, hakiki y\u00f6n\u00fcyle de\u011ferlendirildi\u011fi zaman, bizler i\u00e7in ebed\u00ee \u00e2lemin kurtulu\u015f vesikas\u0131 olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Cenab-\u0131 Hak bizlere, yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f gayesine uygun bir hayat ge\u00e7irmeyi l\u00fctfetsin! Bizleri kendisine, hakk\u0131yla kulluk eden kimselerden eylesin!<\/p>\n
