Y\u00fcce Allah (c.c)’\u0131n s\u0131fat\u0131 olarak el-Mukit; yaratt\u0131klar\u0131m r\u0131z\u0131klar\u0131nd\u0131ran, her \u015feye g\u00fcc\u00fc yeten, \u00f6nceden takdir etmi\u015f oldu\u011fu r\u0131zk\u0131 kulun ihtiyac\u0131 an\u0131nda veren, kullar\u0131na her yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 veren, kullar\u0131n yapt\u0131klar\u0131na \u015fahid olan, g\u00f6zetip koruyan, kullar\u0131na m\u00fckafat veren demektir.<\/p>\n
El-Mukid ism-i \u015ferifi ile er-Rezzak ism-i \u015ferifleri aras\u0131nda mana bak\u0131m\u0131ndan \u00e7ok yak\u0131n bir alaka vard\u0131r. Ancak aralar\u0131nda ince bir farkl\u0131l\u0131k mevcuttur. Er-Rezzak ismi kullar\u0131na sadece r\u0131z\u0131k veren manas\u0131na gelirken el-Mukit ise Y\u00fcce Allah (c.c)’\u0131n kullar\u0131na vermi\u015f oldu\u011fu r\u0131zk\u0131 \u00f6nceden takdir edip zaman\u0131 geldi\u011finde bu takdirin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde veren demektir. El-Mukit ism-i \u015ferifinin tecellisiyle kullar hayat\u0131 boyunca r\u0131z\u0131klan\u0131rken hi\u00e7 kimse kimsenin r\u0131zk\u0131ndan hi\u00e7bir \u015fey yiyemez, hi\u00e7 kimse r\u0131zk\u0131n\u0131 tamamlamadan da \u00f6lmez.<\/p>\n

Kim g\u00fczel bir \u015fefaatte bulunur, ona, o \u015fefaatten bir pay vard\u0131r. Kim de k\u00f6t\u00fc bir \u015fefaatte bulunursa ona da (g\u00fcnah ve su\u00e7 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan) bir hisse vard\u0131r. Allah, her \u015feyi g\u00f6r\u00fcp g\u00f6zeten, kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 veren ve her \u015feye g\u00fcc\u00fc yetendir.(<\/strong> Nisa Suresi: 85)<\/strong><\/p>\n Y\u00fcce Allah (c.c) kullar\u0131n\u0131n r\u0131zk\u0131n\u0131 verip doyurmakla beraber, kulun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 daha men edilmemi\u015f, bilakis \u0130slam Dini’ne g\u00f6re gerekli g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu durumda bir tezat yoktur. Zira tedbir takdiri bozmamakla beraber kul tedbir almakta sorumludur. Kul Allah (c.c)’a kar\u015f\u0131 kendi vazifesini yapacakt\u0131r. R\u0131z\u0131k endi\u015fesiyle kulun harama girmesi, haram yollara ba\u015fvurmas\u0131 kesinlikle yasakt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca kulun r\u0131z\u0131k endi\u015fesiyle az \u00e7ocuk sahibi olma d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi ve inanc\u0131 da caiz de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu durum dahi Y\u00fcce Allah (c.c) taraf\u0131ndan men edilmi\u015ftir. Bu hususta Kur’an-\u0131 Kerim’de \u015f\u00f6yle buyrulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Yoksulluk korkusuyla \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeyin. Onlar\u0131 da, sizi de biz r\u0131z\u0131kland\u0131r\u0131r\u0131z. Onlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek ger\u00e7ekten b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00fcnaht\u0131r.(<\/strong> \u0130sra Suresi: 31)<\/strong><\/p>\n Y\u00fcce Allah (c.c) r\u0131zk\u0131 bizzat kendisi veriyor ve her canl\u0131n\u0131n r\u0131zk\u0131n\u0131 verece\u011fini yine bizzat kendisi taahh\u00fct ediyor. Buna g\u00f6re insanlar\u0131n r\u0131z\u0131k endi\u015fesiyle haram yollara ba\u015fvurmas\u0131, Allah (c.c)’a isyan etmesi ve yine bu endi\u015feyle ta\u011futi sistemlere kar\u015f\u0131 itikad\u0131nda, istikametinde ve amellerinde taviz vermeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 affedilemez bir su\u00e7tur. Takdir Allah (c.c)’\u0131nd\u0131r, Y\u00fcce Allah diledi\u011fine bol diledi\u011finin de r\u0131zk\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131sar. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar kullar\u0131n imtihan\u0131n\u0131n bir gere\u011fidir.<\/p>\n El-Mukit ism-i \u015ferifi ile alakal\u0131 hadis-i \u015feriflerden bir tanesini okuyal\u0131m.<\/p>\n \u0130bnu \u00d6mer (rad\u0131yallahu anl\u0131) anlat\u0131yor: “Res\u00fclullah (aleyhissalatu vesselam) buyurdular ki: “Aziz ve celil olan Allah, bir insan\u0131 helak etmek istedi mi, ondan \u00f6nce hayay\u0131 \u00e7eker al\u0131r. Hayas\u0131 bir kere gitti mi sen ona art\u0131k herkesin nefretini kazanm\u0131\u015f bir kimse olarak rastlars\u0131n. Herkesin nefretini kazanm\u0131\u015f olarak rastlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n kimseden emanet \u00e7ekilip al\u0131n\u0131r (art\u0131k o, g\u00fcvenilmeyen, ku\u015fkulu ki\u015fidir). Ki\u015fiden emanet (g\u00fcven) \u00e7ekilip al\u0131n\u0131nca ona art\u0131k hep hain ve herkesce hain bilinen biri olarak rastlars\u0131n. Ona hep hain ve h\u0131yanetle bilinen biri olarak rastlad\u0131n m\u0131, s\u0131ra ondan merhametin \u00e7ekip \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na gelmi\u015ftir. Ondan rahmetin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 vakit art\u0131k ona (Allah’\u0131n rahmetinden) kovulmu\u015f, lanetlenmi\u015f olarak rastlars\u0131n. Ona sen kovulmu\u015f, lanetlenmi\u015f olarak rastlay\u0131nca ondan \u0130slamiyet ba\u011f\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcp at\u0131l\u0131r.(<\/strong> Tirmizi, Ahkam 8)<\/strong><\/p>\n Kul r\u0131zk\u0131n\u0131 ararken iyi davranmak zorundad\u0131r. \u0130yi davranmaktan maksat, helal yollardan r\u0131zk\u0131n\u0131 temin edip yine helal yollara tasarruf etmektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kazanc\u0131n keyfiyetinden k\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fc sual olunaca\u011f\u0131 gibi tasarrufun keyfiyetin de -ve d\u00fcnyada b\u0131rakt\u0131klar\u0131ndan da hesaba \u00e7ekilecektir. Bir \u00fclkede r\u0131zk\u0131 temin etmenin helal olan yollar\u0131 kapat\u0131l\u0131p harama zorlan\u0131rlarsa orada ya\u015fayan b\u00fct\u00fcn M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n \u00fczerinde cihad, farz-\u0131 ayn olur. Yani insanlar\u0131n faize zorland\u0131\u011f\u0131, sistem taraf\u0131ndan kumara te\u015fvik edildi\u011fi, ibadetlerden taviz vermek suretiyle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczenlendi\u011fi g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fclere, temel g\u0131da maddelerinde ihtikar ve stok imkanlar\u0131n\u0131n verildi\u011fi ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara sakal kesmek, s\u00fcnnet k\u0131yafetlerini terk ve namaz vakitlerinde k\u0131s\u0131tlama getirilen bir ortamda M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n bu bask\u0131dan kurtulmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in helal yollardan r\u0131zk\u0131n\u0131 temin etmek ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanca ya\u015famak imkanlar\u0131na sahip olmak maksad\u0131yla, birlik ve beraberlik i\u00e7erisinde ta\u011futi g\u00fc\u00e7lere kar\u015f\u0131 cihad etmeleri farzd\u0131r.<\/p>\n Ba\u015fka bir manada “el-Mukit”, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve kuvvetli oland\u0131r.
