Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Rahman Rahim olan Allah\u2019\u0131n ad\u0131yla<\/strong><\/p>\n

1- Tozu dumana kat\u0131p savuran (r\u00fczg\u00e2r) lara.<\/strong>

A\u00c7IKLAMA<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. B\u00fct\u00fcn m\u00fcfessirler “Zariyat” kelimesinden; da\u011f\u0131tan, toz kald\u0131ran r\u00fczgarlar\u0131n kastedildi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnde birle\u015fmi\u015flerdir. Ve “A\u011f\u0131r y\u00fck kald\u0131ranlar”‘dan da denizlerden milyonlarca ton su buhar\u0131n\u0131 bulut \u015feklinde kald\u0131ran r\u00fczgarlar kastedilmektedir. Bu tefsir Hz. \u00d6mer, Hz. Ali, Hz. Abdullah bin Abbas, Hz. Abdullah bin \u00d6mer ve M\u00fccahid, Said bin C\u00fcbeyr, Hasan Basri, S\u00fcddi ve di\u011ferlerinden nakledilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

2. “Fel Cariyati Yusran” ve “Fel M\u00fckassimati Emran” ayetlerinin tefsirinde m\u00fcfessirler aras\u0131nda ihtilaf vard\u0131r. Bir grup, bu ikisinden de maksat sadece r\u00fczgarlard\u0131r, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc tercih etmi\u015fler ve b\u00f6yle anlamay\u0131 uygun bulmu\u015flard\u0131r. Yani bu r\u00fczgarlar bulutlar\u0131 s\u00fcr\u00fcklerler, daha sonra yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00e7e\u015fitli b\u00f6lgelerine da\u011f\u0131tarak Allah Teala’n\u0131n emrine uygun olarak nereye ne takdir edilmi\u015fse o kadar suyu da\u011f\u0131t\u0131rlar.
\n\u0130kinci grup da “Fel Cariyati Y\u00fcsran” ile h\u0131zl\u0131 giden gemilerin kastedildi\u011fini ileri s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015fler ve “Fel Mukassimati Emran” ile “Allah’\u0131n emrine uygun olarak mahlukata k\u0131smetini da\u011f\u0131tan melekler kastedilmektedir” derler.
\nBir rivayete g\u00f6re Hz. \u00d6mer (r.a) bu iki ayetin bu m\u00e2n\u00e2ya geldi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyerek \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur: “E\u011fer ben Peygamber’den (s.a) i\u015fitmeseydim bunu s\u00f6ylemezdim”.
\nBuna dayanarak b\u00fcy\u00fck alim Al\u00fbs\u00ee: “Bu ayetin bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015fka bir m\u00e2n\u00e2ya geldi\u011fini ileri s\u00fcrmek do\u011fru de\u011fildir. Ba\u015fka m\u00e2n\u00e2 verenler yersiz bir c\u00fcret sergilemi\u015f olurlar” demi\u015ftir. Ancak \u0130bni Kesir, “Bu rivayetin senedi zay\u0131ft\u0131r” demektedir. Bu bak\u0131mdan Rasulullah b\u00f6yle s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir diyemeyiz.
\nSahabe ve Tabiinden say\u0131lan bir toplulu\u011fun bu ikinci yorumu nakletti\u011finde de \u015f\u00fcphe yoktur. Fakat m\u00fcfessirlerden b\u00fcy\u00fck bir topluluk da ilk tefsiri yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Ve bu tefsir, s\u00f6z dizisine, bu s\u00f6z\u00fcn ahengine, ifadenin d\u00fczenine daha \u00e7ok uygunluk g\u00f6stermektedir. Hindistan alimlerinden \u015eah Refiuddin, \u015eah Abdulkadir, Mevlana Mahmud el-Hasan da terc\u00fcmelerine ilk m\u00e2n\u00e2y\u0131 alm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

3. “T\u00fbad\u00fbne”: Bu iki anlama gelir. Birincisi, “Size va’dedilen”, ikincisi, “Kendisiyle tehdit olundu\u011funuz” \u015feklindedir. L\u00fc\u011favi bak\u0131mdan her ikisi de ge\u00e7erlidir. Ancak ikinci anlam, mahal itibariyle daha uygundur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc burada, hesap g\u00fcn\u00fcne inanmayan m\u00fc\u015friklere, kafirlere, m\u00fcnaf\u0131k ve fas\u0131klara seslenilmektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla biz bu fiili, tehdit, ikaz, uyar\u0131 anlam\u0131nda \u015f\u00f6yle terc\u00fcme ettik: “(Kendisiyle) tehdit oldu\u011funuz muhakkak do\u011frudur.”<\/p>\n

4. \u0130\u015fte \u00fczerine yemin edilen o s\u00f6z budur. Bu yeminden maksat da; emsalsiz bir d\u00fczen ve sistemle g\u00f6zleriniz \u00f6n\u00fcnde cereyan eden ya\u011fmur ya\u011fmas\u0131ndaki muazzam kanun ve bu kanunda a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde m\u00fc\u015fahede edilen hikmet ve maslahatlar, bu d\u00fcnyan\u0131n milyonlarca seneden beri k\u00f6r\u00fck\u00f6r\u00fcne oynanan gayesiz ve m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131z bir evcilik oyunu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na, bilakis ger\u00e7ekte her \u015feyin bir gaye ve maslahata dayal\u0131, son derece hikmetli bir d\u00fczen oldu\u011funa \u015fehadet etmektedir. Bu d\u00fczende hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde insan gibi bir varl\u0131\u011fa ak\u0131l, \u015fuur, mant\u0131k ve idare tercihlerini vererek insanda iyilik ve k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn ahlaki duygusunu yaratarak ve ona her \u00e7e\u015fit iyi, k\u00f6t\u00fc, do\u011fru ve yanl\u0131\u015f i\u015f yapma f\u0131rsatlar\u0131n\u0131 vererek; sergerdelik, vurdu ka\u00e7t\u0131l\u0131k, m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131z ve l\u00fczumsuz olarak g\u00f6nderilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Ve kendisine verilen kalp, beyin ve beden g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin kendisinden sorulmamas\u0131, bunlarla yapt\u0131klar\u0131ndan hesaba \u00e7ekilmemesi, d\u00fcnyada i\u015f yapmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kendisine verilen geni\u015f imkanlar\u0131 ve Allah’\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131z yarat\u0131klar\u0131na h\u00fckmetmek i\u00e7in kendisine verilen yetkileri nas\u0131l kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan da sorumlu tutulmamas\u0131 yine m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Her \u015feyin bir yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f gayesi olan bu kainat d\u00fczeninde, sadece insan gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n yarat\u0131lmas\u0131 nas\u0131l gayesiz olabilir? Her\u015feyin bir hikmete ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fu d\u00fczende, yaln\u0131zca insan\u0131n yarat\u0131lmas\u0131 nas\u0131l l\u00fczumsuz ve sebepsiz olabilir? Ak\u0131l ve \u015fuur ta\u015f\u0131mayan yarat\u0131k t\u00fcrlerinin yarat\u0131lmas\u0131na sebep ve maslahat\u0131, bu fani alemde tamamlan\u0131p bitmektedir. Bu bak\u0131mdan onun hayat\u0131 bittikten sonra yok edilmesi tamamen akla uygundur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc onlara hi\u00e7bir irade verilmemi\u015ftir ki, hesaba \u00e7ekilmeleri i\u00e7in yeniden dirilsinler.
\nAma ak\u0131l, \u015fuur ve irade ta\u015f\u0131yan bir yarat\u0131k olan insan\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hareketler sadece bu fani d\u00fcnya ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fil, bilakis ahlaki bir karakter de ta\u015f\u0131r. Ve bu ahlaki sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 do\u011frudan hareketler dizisi sadece hayat\u0131n son demine kadar s\u00fcr\u00fcp, ondan sonra bitmez, \u00f6ld\u00fckten sonra da o hareketlerin ahl\u00e2ki sonu\u00e7lar\u0131ndan sorumlu olur. Sadece onun normal d\u00fcnya hayat\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fckenmesinden sonra, o hayvanlar ve bitkiler gibi nas\u0131l yok edilebilir? Onun kendi iradesiyle yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 iyilik ve k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hak ve adalete tam uygun \u015fekilde bulmas\u0131 gerekir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu di\u011fer varl\u0131klar\u0131n aksine irade sahibi bir varl\u0131k olarak yarat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n hikmetinin icab\u0131d\u0131r. Onun hesaba \u00e7ekilmemesi, onun ahlaki hareketlerinin ceza ve m\u00fckafat\u0131n\u0131n verilmemesi ve iradesiz yarat\u0131klar gibi \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fcn son bulmas\u0131 ile onun da yok edilmesi halinde \u015f\u00fcphesiz bu insan\u0131n yarat\u0131lmas\u0131 ba\u015ftanba\u015fa m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131z ve l\u00fczumsuz olacakt\u0131r. Halbuki her\u015feyi bir hikmetle yaratan Allah’tan m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131z bir i\u015f beklenemez. Bununla birlikte ahiretin, hesaba \u00e7ekilmenin olaca\u011f\u0131na, bu d\u00f6rt kainat olay\u0131 \u00fczerine yemin edilmesinin bir ba\u015fka sebebi daha vard\u0131r.
