Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

G\u0130R\u0130\u015e<\/strong>
\nAd\u0131: \u0130lk kelimesi sureye ad olarak verilmi\u015ftir. Fakat “Necm” kelimesinin, surenin muhtevas\u0131yla do\u011frudan bir ilgisi yoktur.
\nN\u00fczul Zaman\u0131: Hz. Abdullah b. Mes’ud’dan rivayet olundu\u011funa g\u00f6re, “Necm Suresi kendisinde secde ayeti bulundu\u011fu halde nazil olan ilk suredir.” (Buhari, M\u00fcslim, Ebu Davud, Nesa\u00ee) . Bu hadisin Esved b. Yezid, Ebu \u0130shak ve Zuhir b. Muaviye’nin \u0130bn Mes’ud’dan rivayet ettikleri b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re “Necm Suresi, Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a) Kurey\u015f’ten bir topluluk kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda okudu\u011fu ilk suredir.” (\u0130bn Merduye’nin rivayeti, surenin Harem-i \u015eerif’de okundu\u011funu g\u00f6stermektedir.) Bu topluluk i\u00e7inde, kafirler de m\u00fc’minler de bulunuyordu. Surenin sonunda Hz. Peygamber (s.a) secde etti\u011finde, \u0130sl\u00e2m d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131 Kurey\u015fliler ve ileri gelenleri M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlarla secde ettiler. \u0130bn Mes’ud, “Ben orada secde etmeyen bir tek kafir olarak Umeyye b. Halef’i g\u00f6rd\u00fcm. O da secde etmedi\u011fi gibi yerden bir avu\u00e7 toprak alm\u0131\u015f ve aln\u0131na s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f, bu bana yeter”, dedi. demi\u015ftir. “\u0130bn Mes’ud bu s\u00f6z\u00fcne ayr\u0131ca “Ben bu kafirlerin k\u00fcf\u00fcr hali \u00fczerindeyken \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6rd\u00fcm” diye ilavede bulunmu\u015ftur.
\nBu olay\u0131n bir di\u011fer \u015fahidi de, o d\u00f6neme kadar h\u00e2l\u00e2 \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131 kabul etmemi\u015f olan Muttalib b. Veda’d\u0131r. O bu olayla ilgili olarak \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6ylemektedir. “Ras\u00fblullah (s.a) , Necm Suresi’nin sonunda secde etti\u011finde ben secde etmedim. \u015eimdi bu sure ne zaman okunsa, muhakkak surette secde eder ve o zaman secde etmemekle i\u015fledi\u011fim hatay\u0131 telafi etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r\u0131m.” (Nesa\u00ee, M\u00fcsned-i Ahmed)
\n“Risaletin 5. y\u0131l\u0131nda \u015eevval ay\u0131nda k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir topluluk Habe\u015fistan’a hicret etmi\u015fti. Ayn\u0131 senenin Ramazan ay\u0131nda Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a) Necm Suresi’ni tilaveti esnas\u0131nda kafirlerle M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n birlikte secdeye gitmeleri hadisesi vuku buldu. Bu hadise, Habe\u015fistan’daki muhacirlere “Mekke’de kafirler \u0130sl\u00e2m’a girdi \u015feklinde ula\u015f\u0131nca, onlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131 bu haberi duyar duymaz \u015eevval ay\u0131nda Mekke’ye geri d\u00f6nd\u00fcler. Fakat Mekke’de M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara yap\u0131lan zul\u00fcm devam etmekteydi. Bu olaydan sonra M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar, birincisinden daha \u00e7ok say\u0131da olmak \u00fczere, ikinci kez Habe\u015fistan’a hicret ettiler.” (ibn Sa’d) .
\nYukar\u0131daki rivayetlerden bu surenin Risalet’in 5. y\u0131l\u0131nda nazil oldu\u011fu kesinlik kazanmaktad\u0131r.
\nTarihsel Arka-Plan: N\u00fczul zaman\u0131 ile ilgili verilen ayr\u0131nt\u0131lardan bu surenin nazil oldu\u011fu d\u00f6nemde, Mekke’de nas\u0131l bir havan\u0131n esti\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. O d\u00f6neme kadar Hz. Peygamber (s.a) , 5 sene boyunca s\u00fcrekli tan\u0131d\u0131k ki\u015filerin evlerinde, \u00f6zel ve herkese a\u00e7\u0131k olmayan toplant\u0131larda \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131 tebli\u011f ediyor ve Kur’an’\u0131 okuyordu. Bu d\u00f6neme kadar O genel bir toplulu\u011fa hitap edememi\u015fti. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kafirler ona hep \u015fiddet ile kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k vermi\u015flerdi. Onlar Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a) \u015fahsiyetinin, hitabetinin ve Kur’an’\u0131n ne kadar etkileyici oldu\u011funu bildikleri i\u00e7in, onu dinlemek istemedikleri gibi ba\u015fkalar\u0131na da mani oluyorlard\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca bir yandan “Muhammed yoldan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 da yoldan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor” diye iftira atarken, di\u011fer yandan da, Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a) gitti\u011fi her yerde “sap\u0131k\u00e7a” diye niteledikleri mesaj\u0131n\u0131n duyulmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yorlard\u0131. Yani iddialar\u0131n\u0131n yalan oldu\u011funu kendileri de bildi\u011fi i\u00e7in, ba\u015fka kimselerin mesaj\u0131 i\u015fitmesine f\u0131rsat dahi vermiyorlard\u0131.
\n\u0130\u015fte b\u00f6yle bir ortamda Ras\u00fblullah (s.a) birg\u00fcn Harem-i \u015eerif’te Kurey\u015f’den bir toplulu\u011fun kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda, tebli\u011f etmek \u00fczere aya\u011fa kalkm\u0131\u015f ve vahyolunan bu sureyi okumu\u015ftur. Ancak okunan sure, \u00e7evredekileri o kadar \u00e7ok etkilemi\u015ftir ki, Kurey\u015fliler adeta b\u00fcy\u00fclenmi\u015f gibi sessizce sureyi dinlemi\u015fler ve her zaman yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n aksine g\u00fcr\u00fclt\u00fc \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 unutmu\u015flard\u0131r. Nitekim Hz. Peygamber (s.a.) surenin sonunda secde ayetini okudu\u011funda hemen secdeye gidince, kafirler de onunla birlikte secdeye gitmi\u015fler, fakat bu davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n hemen akabinde, bir zaaf i\u00e7ine d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcklerini farketmi\u015flerdir. Hatta bunun \u00fczerine baz\u0131 kimseler onlar\u0131n ileri gelenlerini “Sizler hem bu Kur’an’\u0131 dinlemekten ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131 menediyorsunuz hem de bu s\u00f6zleri kendiniz dinledi\u011finiz yetmiyormu\u015f gibi bir de secdeye gidiyorsunuz,” diye ele\u015ftirmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.
\nOnlar da kendilerini \u015fu \u015fekilde savunmu\u015flard\u0131r “Biz Muhammed’in, “Lat, Uzza ve \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcleri olan Menat y\u00fcce bir makama sahip ilahlard\u0131r ve onlar\u0131n \u015fefaat etmeleri umulur” diye s\u00f6yledi\u011fini zannetti\u011fimizden O’nun dinimizi kabul etti\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fck.” Oysa ayetlerin siyak ve sibak\u0131na bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, onlar\u0131n “yanl\u0131\u015f anlad\u0131k” \u015feklindeki iddialar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u00e7ma oldu\u011fu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. \nKonu: Bu surede Mekkeli m\u00fc\u015frikler, Kur’an ve Hz. Peygamber (s.a) kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda tak\u0131nd\u0131klar\u0131 tav\u0131r dolay\u0131s\u0131yla uyar\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.
\nSure \u015f\u00f6yle bir giri\u015fle ba\u015flamaktad\u0131r: “Sizlerin iddia etti\u011fi gibi, ne Hz. Peygamber (s.a.) yolunu kaybetmi\u015f ve azm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ne de tebli\u011f eti\u011fi mesaj kendisinin uydurdu\u011fu bir s\u00f6zd\u00fcr. Tam aksine onun tebli\u011f etti\u011fi mesaj, kendisine Allah taraf\u0131ndan vahyolunmaktad\u0131r. O mesaj kendi zan ve hevas\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc de\u011fil, hakikat\u0131n ta kendisidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc O bizzat m\u00fc\u015fahadelerine dayanan hakikatleri sizlere aktarmaktad\u0131r. O kendisine vahiy getiren mele\u011fi kendi g\u00f6zleriyle g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015f ve alemlerin Rabbi olan Allah’\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck i\u015faretlerini bizzat m\u00fc\u015fahade etmi\u015ftir. O’nun sizlere aktard\u0131klar\u0131 kendi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri de\u011fil, bizzat m\u00fc\u015fahede etti\u011fi hakikatlerdir. Ancak t\u00fcm bunlara kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k sizler O’na, t\u0131pk\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u015feyleri anlatan birine, kendi g\u00f6rmemesine ra\u011fmen kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kan, inat\u00e7\u0131 k\u00f6r bir adam gibi tav\u0131r al\u0131yorsunuz.

1) \u0130nand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z din zanna dayanmaktad\u0131r. \u0130lahl\u0131kla hi\u00e7bir ilgileri olmamas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, Lat, Uzza ve Menat gibi putlara tap\u0131yorsunuz. Melekleri Allah’\u0131n k\u0131zlar\u0131 olarak niteledi\u011finiz halde, kendiniz k\u0131z \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 y\u00fcz karas\u0131 ve utan\u00e7 vesilesi olarak kabul ediyorsunuz. Onlar\u0131n sizleri Allah’\u0131n azab\u0131ndan kurtaraca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 m\u0131 san\u0131yorsunuz? Oysa t\u00fcm melekler bir araya gelseler, Allah’\u0131n bir emrini bile de\u011fi\u015ftiremezler. Bu inan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n ilmi ve akli hi\u00e7bir delil ve mesnedi yoktur. Bunlar sadece sizlerin akide haline getirdi\u011finiz vehim ve arzular\u0131n\u0131zd\u0131r. Fakat bu b\u00fcy\u00fck bir sap\u0131kl\u0131kt\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc “din” zan de\u011fil, hakikatt\u0131r, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla zanna de\u011fil ilme (vahye) dayanmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte Hz. Muhammed (s.a) sizlere ilme (vahye) dayanan bir din getirmi\u015ftir, ama sizler ondan y\u00fcz \u00e7eviriyorsunuz. \u00d6yle ki, size do\u011fru bir bilgi getiren kimseyi sap\u0131kl\u0131kla su\u00e7luyorsunuz. Ancak b\u00f6yle davranman\u0131z\u0131n as\u0131l nedeni, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n pe\u015finden ko\u015fup ahiret hayat\u0131na inanm\u0131yor olman\u0131zd\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca Hakka da talib de\u011filsiniz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu sap\u0131k inan\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n, nas\u0131l bir sonla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fman\u0131za sebep olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme zahmetine bile katlanm\u0131yorsunuz.<\/p>\n

2) Allah bu kainat\u0131n yegane sahibidir. Do\u011fru yol \u00fczerinde olanlar, ancak Allah’\u0131n g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi yolu izleyenlerdir. Bu yolun d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kanlar ise sap\u0131klardan ba\u015fkas\u0131 de\u011fildir. Allah, kimin do\u011fru yolu, kimin sap\u0131k yolu izledi\u011fini \u00e7ok iyi bilir.
\nBu y\u00fczden salih amel i\u015fleyenler m\u00fckafatland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck yapanlar da cezaland\u0131r\u0131lacaklard\u0131r. Bu karar ise, sizlerin zann\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fil, Allah’\u0131n ilmine g\u00f6re verilecektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kimin takva sahibi oldu\u011funu, kimin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 en iyi bilen O’dur. Binaenaleyh, sizler b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnahlardan sak\u0131n\u0131rsan\u0131z, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck g\u00fcnahlar\u0131 Allah affedecektir.<\/p>\n

3) As\u0131rlar \u00f6nce Hz. \u0130brahim’in ve Hz. Musa’n\u0131n sahifelerinde beyan olunan dinin temel prensipleri, \u015fimdi tekrar beyan olunmaktad\u0131r. Yani, Hz. Muhammed’in (s.a) getirdi\u011fi din yeni bir din olmay\u0131p, Allah’\u0131n her d\u00f6nemde g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi dinin ta kendisidir. O’nun \u015fimdi tebli\u011f etti\u011fi bu dini, daha \u00f6nceki Peygamberler de tebli\u011f etmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca daha \u00f6nce gelen sahifelerde, Ad, Semud, Nuh ve Lut kavimlerinin ba\u015flar\u0131na gelen felakete neden olarak t\u0131pk\u0131 \u015fimdi Kurey\u015flilerin isyan etti\u011fi gibi, onlar\u0131nda isyan etmi\u015f olmalar\u0131 g\u00f6sterilmektedir.
