Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

3- Ey Muhammed! \u0130nanan bir kavim i\u00e7in. Musa ve Firavun olay\u0131n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 sana dosdo\u011fru anlataca\u011f\u0131z.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u015eu halde bu Kitap m\u00fc’min topluma y\u00f6neliktir. Onlara e\u011fitiyor, geli\u015ftiriyor, onlar i\u00e7in hareket metodu belirliyor, gidecekleri yolu \u00e7iziyor. Bu surede okunan k\u0131ssalar i\u015fte bu m\u00fc’min kitleyi hedef al\u0131yor. Zaten bu k\u0131ssalardan ancak onlar yararlan\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n

Bu k\u0131ssalar\u0131n do\u011frudan y\u00fcce Allah taraf\u0131ndan okundu\u011funun vurgulanmas\u0131; m\u00fc’minlere \u00f6zen g\u00f6sterildi\u011fi, onlar\u0131n g\u00f6zetildi\u011fi anlamalar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor. Onlara b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011ferlerini, \u00fcst\u00fcn ve y\u00fcce derecelerini anlat\u0131yor. Nas\u0131l? \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc y\u00fcce Allah bu Kitab’\u0131 onlar i\u00e7in, onlar ad\u0131na; onlarla bu \u00f6zel ikram\u0131, bu ayr\u0131cal\u0131\u011f\u0131 hakeden nitelikleri ad\u0131na peygamberine okuyor.<\/p>\n

Bu giri\u015ften sonra, ayetlerin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 haberi, yani Hz. Musa ve Firavun’la ilgili haberi anlatmaya ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Musa k\u0131ssas\u0131n\u0131 ilk halkas\u0131ndan \u00f6nce -Do\u011fum halkas\u0131ndan- itibaren ele alarak bu haberi sunuyor. Bu k\u0131ssa daha bir\u00e7ok surede anlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, kasas s\u00fcresinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir yerde bu t\u00fcr bir giri\u015fle ba\u015flam\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Musa k\u0131ssas\u0131n\u0131n ilk halkas\u0131, Musa’n\u0131n i\u00e7inde do\u011fdu\u011fu o <\/strong>zor \u015fartlar, \u00e7ocuklu\u011funda her t\u00fcrl\u00fc kuvvetten ve \u00f6nlemden yoksun olu\u015fu, yine kavminin g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve Firavun’un hegemonyas\u0131 alt\u0131nda ezilmesi… Evet b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar surenin varmak istedi\u011fi ana hedefi olu\u015fturuyorlar. Bu olaylarda kudret eli a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ve be\u015feri bir perdeye gerek duymadan hareket ediyor. \u0130nsanlar bir \u015fey yapamayacak durumda olunca, do\u011frudan do\u011fruya kudret eli,zulme, azg\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa ve zorbal\u0131\u011fa darbe indiriyor. G\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz, kuvvetsiz zay\u0131flara yard\u0131m ediyor, i\u015fkence g\u00f6ren korumas\u0131z, te\u015fkilats\u0131z kimseleri yery\u00fcz\u00fcne egemen k\u0131l\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fte bu, Mekke’de ezilen m\u00fcsl\u00fcman az\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n vurgulamas\u0131n\u0131n ifade edilmesine ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu zorba ve azg\u0131n m\u00fc\u015frik \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011funsa bilmek zorunda oldu\u011fu bir ger\u00e7ektir.<\/p>\n

Hz. Musa’n\u0131n -sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun- k\u0131ssas\u0131 di\u011fer surelerde genellikle, kendisine peygamberli\u011fin verildi\u011fi halkadan ba\u015flar, do\u011fum halkas\u0131ndan de\u011fil. O halkada ise g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kuvvetli iman, azg\u0131n zorbal\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor, ard\u0131ndan iman galip geliyor, zorbal\u0131k ise en sonunda yeniliyor, yerle bir ediliyor. Burada ise ama\u00e7, bu anlam\u0131 vurgulamak de\u011fildir. As\u0131l ama\u00e7, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn azmas\u0131, b\u00fcsb\u00fct\u00fcn i\u011fren\u00e7le\u015fmesi durumunda kendi felaketine neden olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlatmakt\u0131r. Zorbal\u0131k iyice az\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, onu insanlardan uzakla\u015ft\u0131racak birine gerek kalmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, b\u00f6yle bir durumda kudret elinin dolays\u0131z olarak olaya m\u00fcdahale edece\u011fini vurgulamakt\u0131r. Hz. Musa -sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun- k\u0131ssas\u0131n\u0131n bu surede anlat\u0131lmas\u0131 ile g\u00fcd\u00fclen ama\u00e7 budur. Bu y\u00fczden k\u0131ssa bu amac\u0131 yerine getirecek, onu \u00f6nplana \u00e7\u0131karacak bir halkadan itibaren sunuluyor. Zaten Kur’an’da k\u0131ssa, yerald\u0131\u011f\u0131 surenin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile bir ahenk olu\u015fturur. K\u0131ssa ve i\u00e7inde yerald\u0131\u011f\u0131 sure’nin amac\u0131 kalplerin ve bu kalpleri onaracak ger\u00e7eklerin bina edilmesi do\u011frultusunda birbirlerini b\u00fct\u00fcnler.<\/p>\n
