Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah(Celle Celaluhu)\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

158-<\/strong> \u015e\u00fcphesiz ki Safa ile Merve, Allah’\u0131n al\u00e2metlerindendir. Kim, Hac i\u00e7in K\u00e2beyi ziyaret eder veya Umre yaparsa, Safa ile Merve\u2019yi tavaf et\u00admesinde bir mahzur yoktur. Bir kimse kendi iste\u011fiyle, fazladan hay\u0131r ya\u00adparsa, muhakkak ki Allah, \u015f\u00fckr\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 veren ve her \u015feyi bilendir.<\/p>\n

\u015e\u00fcphesiz ki Safa ve Merve tepeleri, Allah’\u0131n kullan i\u00e7in k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 alamet ve i\u015faretlerdendir. Kullar, onlar\u0131n yan\u0131nda dua zikir ve sa’y yaparak Allah’a ibadet ederi er. Kim, Beyt\u00fcl atik olan K\u00e2be\u2019ye Hac veya umre ziyareti yapmak i\u00e7in ge\u00adlirse. Safa ile Merve tepelerini tavaf etmesinde bir zorluk ve g\u00fcnah yoktur. Bir kimse, farz olan\u0131 yerine getirdikten sonra fazladan Hac ve Umre yaparsa mu\u00adhakkak ki Allah, kendi r\u0131zas\u0131 i\u00e7in fazladan ibadet yapana, \u015f\u00fckr\u00fcn\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 verir. Onun kast ve niyetini de \u00e7ok iyi bilir.<\/p>\n

* SAFA ile MERVE: Safa ve Merve, K\u00e2be-i Muazzaman\u0131n hemen ya\u00adn\u0131nda bulunan iki tepedir. Bunlar bir cadde ile birbirlerine ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Hac veya umre s\u0131ras\u0131nda d\u00f6rt defa Safa’dan Merve’ye \u00fc\u00e7 defa da Merve’den Safa’ya gidip gelmek vaciptir. Buna ‘Sa’y” denir. Bu sa’y, K\u00e2beyi tavaf ettikten sonra yap\u0131l\u0131n<\/p>\n

Safa’dakinin ismi “\u0130s’af’ Merve’dekinin ismi de “Naile” imi\u015f M\u00fc\u015frikler bu putlar\u0131 ziyaret ederlermi\u015f. \u0130slamiyet hakim olunca bu putlar k\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve o m\u00fcbarek yer\u00adler bunlardan temizlenmi\u015ftir. Fakat daha \u00f6nce burada putlar\u0131n bulunmas\u0131ndan dolay baz\u0131 M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar, burada sa’y yapman\u0131n mahzurlu olup olmayaca\u011f\u0131 hu\u00adsusunda teredd\u00fct ge\u00e7irmi\u015fler ve bunun \u00fczerine bu \u00e2yet nazil olmu\u015f ve bu iki te\u00adpe aras\u0131nda sa’y yapman\u0131n mahzurlu olmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 beyan etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, \u015ea*b\u00ee, Enes b. M\u00e2lik, Abdullah b. Abbas, S\u00fcdd\u00ee, M\u00fccahid ve \u0130bn-i Zeydelen rivayet edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

b-<\/strong> Di\u011fer bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re bu \u00e2yet-i Kerimenin n\u00fczul sebebi \u015fudur: Cahili\u00adye d\u00f6neminde bir k\u0131s\u0131m insanlar. Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda sa’y yapm\u0131yorlard\u0131. Bunlar, \u0130slam geldikten sonra da Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda sa’y yapmaktan \u00e7ekiniyorlard\u0131. Bunun \u00fczerine Allah teala bu \u00e2yet-i kerimeyi indirdi. Safa ile Mer-ve’nin, Allah’\u0131n ni\u015fanelerinden oldu\u011funu, onlar aras\u0131nda sa’y yapman\u0131n herhan\u00adgi bir mahzuru bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bilakis onlar aras\u0131nda sa’y yapman\u0131n gereklili\u011fini beyan etti. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ise Katade, Urve b. Z\u00fcbeyr ve Hz. Ai\u015feden rivayet edilmi\u015f\u00adtir. Bu hususta Urve b. Z\u00fcbeyr diyor ki: “Ben bu \u00e2yeti okudum ve Ai\u015fe’ye de\u00addim ki: “Vallahi Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda sa’y yapmayan i\u00e7in de bir mahzur yok\u00adtur.” Bunun \u00fczerine Ai\u015fe \u015f\u00f6yle dedi: “Bac\u0131m\u0131n o\u011flu ne k\u00f6t\u00fc bir s\u00f6z s\u00f6yledin. E\u011fer bu \u00e2yet, senin yorumlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n gibi olsayd\u0131: “Safa ile Merve’yi tavaf etme\u00admekte bir mahzur yoktur.” \u015feklinde olmas\u0131 icabederdi. Halbuki \u00e2yet, “Safa ile Merve’yi tavaf etmekte bir mahzur yoktur.” \u015feklindedir.<\/p>\n

Bu \u00e2yet, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmadan \u00f6nce M\u00fc\u015fellelde bulunan “Menat” putunu Hac yapmaya giri\u015fen Ensar hakk\u0131nda nazil olmu\u015ftur. Zira, Menat putunu Haccetmeye giri\u015ftikten sonra Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda sa’y yapmay\u0131 mahzurlu g\u00f6r\u00adm\u00fcyorlard\u0131. Ensar M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olduktan sonra Resululiah’tan bunu sordular ve dediler ki: “Ey Allah’\u0131n Resul\u00fc, biz. Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda sa’y yapmay\u0131 sak\u0131ncal\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyorduk. Bu hususta ne dersin?” \u0130\u015fte bunun \u00fczerine Allah Te\u00e2la: “\u015e\u00fcp\u00adhesiz ki Safa ile Merve, Allah’\u0131n al\u00e2metlerindendir…” Kim Hac i\u00e7in K\u00e2beyi zi\u00adyaret eder veya Umre yaparsa Safa ile Merve’yi tavaf etmesinde bir mahzur yoktur…” \u00e2yetini indirdi. Ai\u015fe devamla dedi ki: “Sonra Resulullah bu ikisinin aras\u0131nda bizzat tavaf yapt\u0131. Art\u0131k o ikisinin aras\u0131nda tavaf\u0131 terketmeye kimsenin hakk\u0131 yoktur.<\/p>\n

Taberi diyor ki: “\u00c2yet-i kerimenin n\u00fczul sebebi, bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerden herhangi biri olabilir. Hangi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f al\u0131n\u0131rsa al\u0131ns\u0131n Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda sa’y yapmak gereklidir. \u00c2yetin ifadesinden : “Tavaf edip etmemek serbesttir.” m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Zira onlar\u0131n aras\u0131n\u0131 tavaf etmek, \u00f6nce yasaklan\u0131p daha sonra da serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f de\u011fildir. Ancak ilim adamlar\u0131, bu iki tepe aras\u0131nda tavaf et\u00admenin (Sa’y etmenin) h\u00fckm\u00fc hakk\u0131nda farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler zikretmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n

a-<\/strong> Hz. Ai\u015fe ve Enes b. M\u00e2like g\u00f6re Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda sa’y etmek farzd\u0131r. Terkedilmesi halinde herhangi bir keffaret veya fidye ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f \u0130mam \u015eafiiden nakledilmi\u015ftir. Bunlara g\u00f6re Allah teafa, K\u00e2beyi tavaf etmeyi emretti\u011fi gibi Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda tavaf etmeyi de emretmi\u015ftir. Bun\u00adlar\u0131n birbirlerinden farkl\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek isabetli de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

b-<\/strong>Ebuzzerka, Ebu Han\u0130fe, ebu Yusuf ve \u0130mam Muhammed’e g\u00f6re ise Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda tavaf\u0131n terkedilmesi halinde, kaza edilmesi daha evla\u00add\u0131r. Ancak mutlaka kaza edilmesi gerekmez. Sa’y etmeyi terkeden kimsenin ce\u00adza olarak kurban kesmesi de yeterlidir. Bunlara g\u00f6re Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda sa’y etme, \u015eeytan ta\u015flamaya, M\u00fczdelifede vakfe yapmaya ve K\u00e2beye var\u0131\u015f tava\u00adf\u0131 yapmaya benzer.<\/p>\n

c-<\/strong> At\u00e2, Abdullah b. Mes’ud, \u00c2sim, M\u00fccahid ve Abdullah b. Z\u00fcbeyr’e g\u00f6\u00adre, Safa iel merve aras\u0131nda sa’y etmek ne farzd\u0131r ne de vaciptir. O, bir nafile iba\u00addettir. Hac yapan kimse Sa’y yapacak olursa g\u00fczel bir i\u015f yapm\u0131\u015f olur. Yapmaya\u00adcak olursa hi\u00e7bir \u015fey gerekmez. Zira Abdullah b. Mes’ud ve Adullah b. Abbas bu \u00e2yet-i kerimeyi: “Kim K\u00e2beyi Hacceder veya Umre yapacak olursa onun, Safa ile Mcrvc aras\u0131nda tavaf yapmamas\u0131nda bir mahzur yoktur.” \u015feklinde okumu\u015flard\u0131r. Bu da Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda tavaf yapmaman\u0131n serbest oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir.<\/p>\n

Taberi diyor ki: “Do\u011fru olan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re “Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda tavaf etmek farzd\u0131r. Onu terkedenin veya unutan\u0131n tekrar oray\u0131 tavaf etmekten ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir \u00e7aresi oyktur.” diyen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Zira Resulullah, sahabilerine Hac ibadeti\u00adnin yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 yerleri \u00f6\u011fretirken Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda sa’y yapmay\u0131 da \u00f6\u011fretmi\u015ftir. Bu hususta Cabir b. Abdullah diyor ki:<\/p>\n

“Resulullah, Kabe’nin kap\u0131s\u0131ndan Safa tepesine do\u011fru \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Oraya yakla\u00ad\u015f\u0131nca: “\u015e\u00fcphesiz ki Safa ile Mcrvc Allah’\u0131n al\u00e2mctlcrindcndir….” \u00e2yetini okudu sonra “Biz de Allah’\u0131n s\u0131ralad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi ba\u015flayal\u0131m.” dedi. Safa’dan ba\u015f\u00adlad\u0131. Tepenin \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131, K\u00e2beyi g\u00f6r\u00fcnce tekbir getirdi ve:<\/p>\n

“Allah, kendisinden ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir ilah olmayand\u0131r. Onun hi\u00e7 bir orta\u00ad\u011f\u0131 yoktur. M\u00fclk ancak onundur, \u00f6v\u00fclme de ona aittir. O, diriltir ve \u00f6ld\u00fc\u00adr\u00fcr, o, her \u015feye kadirdir. O, kendisinden ba\u015fka hi\u00e7 bir ilah bulunmayan bir Allah’t\u0131r. Kuluna verdi\u011fi vaadini yerine getirmi\u015f, ona yard\u0131m etmi\u015f ve tek ba\u015f\u0131na b\u00fct\u00fcn guruplar\u0131 ma\u011flup etmi\u015ftir.” diyerek dua etti.<\/p>\n

Abdullah b. Abbas diyor ki:<\/p>\n

“Resulullah (s.a.v.)’in, K\u00e2beyi tavaf ederken ve Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda<\/p>\n

sa’y yaparken ko\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n sebebi, m\u00fc\u015friklere g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6stermek \u0130stemesiy\u00addi.<\/p>\n

Taberi diyor ki: “Resulullah, Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda sa’y yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Onun, sa’y ve di\u011fer Hac menasikini bizzat eda etmesi, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00fcmmetine Hac menasikini \u00f6\u011fretmesi i\u00e7indir. Ve Resulullah’\u0131n amelleri, Allah tealimin, kitab\u0131nda farz k\u0131ld\u0131\u00bb h\u00fck\u00fcmleri \u00fcmmetine a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 mahiyetindedir. O hakle \u00fcmmetinin de bu gibi amellere uymas\u0131 gerekir. \u00dcmmet, Resulullah’\u0131n K\u00e2beyi tavaf etti\u011fi hususunda nas\u0131l icma etmi\u015fse Safa iic Merve aras\u0131nda sa’y yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 hu\u00adsusunda da icma etmi\u015ftir. Yine \u00fcmmet, Kabe’yi tavaf etmeyenin, herhangi bir fidye veya keffaretle onu eda etmi\u015f say\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131n, ancak onu tavaf etmekle Hac farizas\u0131n\u0131 eda etmi\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinde icma etmi\u015ftir. Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda sa’y etmek te K\u00e2beyi tavaf etmek gibidir. Onu terkeden de ancak sa’y yapmakla onu eda etmi\u015f say\u0131l\u0131r. Bu ikisi aras\u0131nda fark g\u00f6zetenden, g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcne delil istenir. \u015eayet Abdullah b. Mes’uddan nakledilen: “Onlar\u0131 tavaf etmemenin bir mahzuru yoktur.” \u015feklindeki k\u0131raat delil g\u00f6sterilecek olursa bunun, \u015faz (istisnai) bir k\u0131ra\u00adat oldu\u011fu ve bunun, Kur’anda tesbit edilmedi\u011fi s\u00f6ylenir. Nitekim, Hz. Ai\u015fe (r.a.) Urve b. Z\u00fcbeyre kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f ve yukar\u0131da zikredilen izahatlarda bulunmu\u015f ve bu k\u0131raat \u00fczere okuyanlar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini reddetmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u00c2yet-i kerimenin sonunda: “Bir kimse kendi iste\u011fiyle fazladan hay\u0131r yaparsa, muhakkak ki Allah, \u015f\u00fckr\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 veren ve her \u015feyi bilinder.” Duyurulmaktad\u0131r. “Fazladan yap\u0131lan hay\u0131r”dan maksat, “Farz olan Hacc\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131ktan sonr nafile olarak Hac ve Umre yapmakt\u0131r.” Yoksa Hac yapt\u0131k\u00adtan sonra Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda sa’y yapmak de\u011fildir. Zira bu ikisi aras\u0131nda sa’y yapmak, daha \u00f6nce de belirtildi\u011fi gibi nafile de\u011fil farzd\u0131r. Ancak nafile olan bir Hacda veya Umrede bunlar aras\u0131nda sa’y yapmak nafile olur.<\/p>\n

Safa ile Merve aras\u0131nda sa’y yapan Hac\u0131lar bug\u00fcn, ye\u015fil direklerle i\u015faret\u00adlenmi\u015f k\u0131sma gelince, erkekler, h\u0131zl\u0131 ve g\u00f6steri\u015fli bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fcrler. Buna “Hervele” denir. Hanef\u0131lere g\u00f6re Hervele yapmak vaciptir.<\/p>\n

HAC: L\u00fcgatte, sayg\u0131 g\u00f6sterilecek makamlar\u0131 ve yerleri ziyaret kast\u0131nda bulunmakt\u0131r. \u015eeriatta ise: Arafatta belli bir zamanda bir miktar durduktan sonra gidip K\u00e2beyi tavaf etmektir. \u015eeriat\u0131n tesbit etmi\u015f oldu\u011fu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde zengin olan ve di\u011fer \u015fartlan da haiz olan bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcmana \u00f6mr\u00fcnde bir kere hac yapmak farzd\u0131r.<\/p>\n

UMRE: L\u00fcgatte, ziyaret etmek m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131na gelir. \u015eeriatta ise, belli bir za\u00admana ba\u011fl\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n K\u00e2beyi tavaf etmek ve Safa ile Merve aras\u0131n\u0131 sa’y etmek\u00adten ibarettir, umrede, Arafat\u2019ta vakfe yapmak yoktur.<\/p>\n
