Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah(Celle Celaluhu)\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

223-<\/strong> Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131z sizin tarlan\u0131zd\u0131r. O halde tarlan\u0131za istedi\u011finiz \u015fe\u00adkilde yakla\u015f\u0131n. Kendinize ilerisi i\u00e7in haz\u0131rl\u0131k yap\u0131n ve Allahtan korkun. Ki\u00adlin k\u00ee ona mutlaka kavu\u015facaks\u0131n\u0131z. Ey Muhammcd, sen m\u00fcminleri m\u00fcjde-<\/p>\n

Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131z sizin, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 yeti\u015ftirdi\u011finiz tarlan\u0131zd\u0131r. O halde kad\u0131n\u00adlar\u0131n\u0131za normal cins-i temas yolundan olmak \u015fart\u0131yla, istedi\u011finiz gibi ve istedi\u011fi\u00adniz taraftan cinsi m\u00fcnasebette bulunun. Kendinize \u00e2hiret i\u00e7in salih ameller ha\u00adz\u0131rlay\u0131n. Ve Allan\u0131n koymu\u015f oldu\u011fu hudutlar\u0131 a\u015fmak ve isyana yakla\u015fmaktan korkun. Bilin ki \u00e2hirette ona kavu\u015facaks\u0131n\u0131z. O size, amellerinizin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m verecektir. Ey Muhammed, k\u0131yamette kurtulacaklar\u0131 ve cennette ebedi kalacak\u00adlar\u0131 hususunda m\u00fcminleri m\u00fcjdele.<\/p>\n

* Yahudiler diyorlard\u0131 ki:<\/p>\n

“Ki\u015fi, han\u0131m\u0131 yi n normal yoldan da olsa arka taraftan cinsi m\u00fcnase\u00adbette bulunursa do\u011facak \u00e7ocuk \u015fa\u015f\u0131 olur.” \u0130\u015fte bunun \u00fczerine: “Kad\u0131nlar\u0131\u00adn\u0131z sizin tarlan\u0131\/d\u0131r. O halde tarlan\u0131za istedi\u011finiz \u015fekilde yakla\u015f\u0131n.” \u00e2yeti nazil oldu.<\/p>\n

“Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131za istedi\u011finiz \u015fekilde yaklas\u0131n.” ifadesindeki “\u0130stedi\u011finiz \u015fe\u00adkilde” kelimesinden maksat, \u00e7ocu\u011fun d\u00f6llenece\u011fi ve do\u011faca\u011f\u0131 yerden olmak \u015fart\u0131yla istedi\u011finiz yerden ve istedi\u011finiz \u015fekilde yakla\u015f\u0131n.” demektir. O yol da \u00f6n taraft\u0131r, arka taraf de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

Taberi diyor ki: “Yani nas\u0131l isterseniz. Ayakta iken, otururken veya yan yatarken, fakat sadece \u00f6n yoldan yakla\u015f\u0131n. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc neslin \u00fcredi\u011fi ve do\u011fdu\u011fu yol sadece oras\u0131d\u0131r, ba\u015fka yer de\u011fildir. Baz\u0131 cahiller ise “\u0130stedi\u011finiz \u015fekilde” ifade\u00adsini, “\u0130stedi\u011finiz yerden” diye anlamaktad\u0131rlar. Bu, \u00e7ok yanl\u0131\u015f bir anlay\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Ali b. Talk diyor ki:<\/p>\n

“Bir Bedevi Resulullaha geldi ve \u015f\u00f6yle dedi: “Ey AH ahin Resul\u00fc, bizden baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6llerde bulundu\u011funda yelleniyor yan\u0131m\u0131zda su da az bulunuyor (Bu durumda abdest almam\u0131z gerekir mi?) Resulullah; “Sizden biriniz yellendi\u011finde abdeset als\u0131n. Kad\u0131nlara makatlar\u0131ndan yakla\u015fmay\u0131n. Allah, hakk\u0131 s\u00f6ylemekten \u00e7ekinmez” buyurdu.<\/p>\n

Di\u011fer bir hadis-i \u015ferifte de Peygamber efendimiz \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur:<\/p>\n

^Han\u0131m\u0131na makattan yakla\u015fan melundur<\/p>\n

Bu \u00e2yet-i kerime, kad\u0131nlara makattan yakla\u015fman\u0131n haram oldu\u011funa delil\u00addir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc arka yol, neslin do\u011fum yoluyla meydana geldi\u011fi tabii yol de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

Taberi, \u00e2yet-i kerimeyi, di\u011fer \u00e2yetlerde oldu\u011fu gibi \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri zikre\u00adderek a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu a\u00e7\u0131klamalar da \u00f6zetle \u015f\u00f6yledir: \u00c2yet-i kerimede ge\u00e7en ve “\u0130stedi\u011finiz \u015fekilde yakla\u015f\u0131n” diye terc\u00fcme edilen ifadesi, m\u00fcfessirler taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7e\u015fitli \u015fekillerde izah edilmi\u015ftir:<\/p>\n

1-<\/strong> Abdullah b. Abbas, M\u00fccahid, \u0130krime, \u00dcbey b. K\u00e2’b, M\u00fcrre el-Heme-dani ve S\u00fcddiden nakledilen bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re ifadesinden<\/p>\n

maksat, kad\u0131nlara arkalanndan ve adetli iken yakla\u015fmamak \u015fart\u0131yla nas\u0131l diler\u00adseniz \u00f6yle yakla\u015f\u0131n” demektir. Yani onlara normal cinsi temas yolundan olmak \u015fart\u0131yla istedi\u011finiz \u015fekilde ve istedi\u011finiz taraftan yakla\u015f\u0131n.” demektir. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00adte olanlar delil olarak \u015funu zikretmi\u015flerdir. Bu \u00e2yet-i kerime, Yahudilerin, ka\u00add\u0131nlara tabii yoldan olmak \u00fczere arkadan yakla\u015fmaya kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmalar\u0131 \u00fczerine nazil olmu\u015f ve onlara, tabii yoldan olmak \u00fczere \u00f6nden de arkadan da yakla\u015f\u0131la\u00adbilece\u011fini beyan etmi\u015ftir. Bu da \u00e2yet-i kerimenin bu izah \u015feklinin do\u011fru oldu\u011f-nu g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu hususta M\u00fccahidin \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi\u011fi rivayet edilmekte\u00addir: “Ben, Kuran-\u0131 kerimi fatihadan sonuna kadar Abdullah b. Abbas’\u0131n \u00f6\u00fcnde \u00fc\u00e7 kere okudum. Ben onu, her \u00e2yetin sonunda durdurup ona \u00e2yetin m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131n\u0131 soruyordum. Nihayet bu \u00e2yet-i kerimeye geldik. Abdullah b. Abbas dedi ki: “Kurey\u015f kabilesinin \u015fu kolu Mekke’de kad\u0131nlar\u0131 her \u015fekilde yat\u0131l\u0131yorlard\u0131 ve onlar\u0131n tabii cinsel organlar\u0131ndan olmak \u00fczere \u00f6nden \u00fce arkadan da ili\u015fki kuru\u00adyorlard\u0131. Kurey\u015fliler Medineye gelince Ensardan olan kad\u0131nlarla evlendiler? Onlara da Mekke’deki kad\u0131nlara yapt\u0131klar\u0131 gibi davranmak istediler. Fakat En\u00adsardan olan kad\u0131nlar buna kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar ve dediler ki: “Bu bize daha \u00f6nce yap\u0131lmayan bir \u015feydir.” Bu davran\u0131\u015f, insanlar taraf\u0131ndan duyuldu. Olay Resulullah’a kadar ula\u015ft\u0131. Bunun \u00fczerine Allah teala: “Kad\u0131nlar sizin tarlan\u0131zd\u0131r. Siz, tar\u00adlan\u0131\/, a nas\u0131l isterseniz \u00f6yle yakla\u015f\u0131n.” \u00e2yetini indirdi. Yani, \u00f6n yoldan olmak \u00fczere isterseniz arkadan yakla\u015f\u0131n. \u0130sterseniz \u00f6nden yakla\u015f\u0131n. \u0130sterseniz diz \u00e7\u00f6ke\u00adrek yakal\u015f\u0131n.” demektir.<\/p>\n

Cabir b. Abdullah diyor ik:<\/p>\n

“Yahudiler “Ki\u015fi, han\u0131m\u0131yla \u00f6n yoldan olmak \u00fczere fakat arka taraf\u0131ndan ili\u015fki kurarsa do\u011facak \u00e7ocuk \u015fa\u015f\u0131 olur.” diyorlard\u0131. \u0130\u015fte bunun \u00fczerine “Kad\u0131nlar sizin tarlan\u0131zd\u0131r o halde tarlan\u0131za istedi\u011finiz \u015fekilde yakla\u015f\u0131n.” \u00e2yeti nazil oldu.<\/p>\n

Abdurrahman b. Sabit diyor ki:<\/p>\n

“Ben, Abdurrahmanin k\u0131z\u0131 H af san\u0131n yan\u0131na vard\u0131m ve dedim ki: “Ben senden bir \u015fey soraca\u011f\u0131m amma onu sormaktan utan\u0131yorum.” Hafsa dedi ki; “Ey karde\u015fimin o\u011flu utanma.” Ben de: “Sorum, kad\u0131nlara tabii yoldan olmak \u00fczere arkadan yakla\u015fmaktfr.” dedim. Hafsa dedi ki: “\u00dcmm\u00fc Seleme bana anlatt\u0131 ki Ensar, kad\u0131nlar\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fckoyun yat\u0131rarak onlara yakla\u015fmazlard\u0131. Zira Yahudiler: “Kim kar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fckoyun yat\u0131rarak ona yakla\u015f\u0131rsa \u00e7ocu\u011fu \u015fa\u015f\u0131 olur.” diyorlard\u0131. Muhacirler Medineye gelince Ensardan kad\u0131nlarla, evlendiler, Oniar, han\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fckoyun yat\u0131rarak yakla\u015fmak istediler. Bir kad\u0131n bu hususta kocas\u0131n\u0131n iste\u011fi\u00adni reddetti ve ona dedi ki: “Ben, Resuluf\u0130aha var\u0131p bunu sormad\u0131k\u00e7a bunu yapa\u00admazs\u0131n,” Kad\u0131n, \u00dcmm\u00fc Selemenin yan\u0131na var\u0131p meseleyi ona anlatt\u0131. \u00dcmm\u00fc Seleme ona: “Resulullah gelinceye kadar otur bekle.” dedi. Resulullah “Ensarl\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r.” dedi. \u00dcmm\u00fc Seleme kad\u0131\u00adn\u0131 i\u00e7eri \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131. Resulullah da ona: “Kad\u0131nlar sizin tarlan\u0131zd\u0131r. O halde tarlan\u0131za istedi\u011finiz \u015fekilde yakla\u015f\u0131n.” \u00e2yetini okudu ve “Tek yoldan.” dedi.<\/p>\n

Abdullah b. Abbas diyor ki;<\/p>\n

“Bir g\u00fcn \u00d6mer Resulullaha geldi ve “Ey Allan\u0131n Resul\u00fc, ben helak ol\u00addum.” dedi. Resulullah: “Seni helak eden \u015fey nedir?” diye sordu. \u00d6mer de: “Ben bu gece palan\u0131m\u0131 ters \u00e7evirdim (Yani han\u0131m\u0131ma tabii yoldan olmak \u00fczere arka taraftan yakla\u015ft\u0131m) dedi.” Resulullah ona herhangi bir cevap vermedi ve \u015fu \u00e2yet nazil oldu. “Kad\u0131nlar sizin tarlan\u0131nd\u0131r. O halde tarlan\u0131za istedi\u011finiz \u015fekilde yakla\u015f\u0131n.” Yani, ister \u00f6nden yak)a\u015f,istcr arkadan yakla\u015f, fakat makattan (an\u00fcsten) yakla\u015fmaktan ve adetli iken yakla\u015fmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131n.<\/p>\n

2-<\/strong> Abdullah b. Abbas, \u0130klime. Rebi’ b. Enes ve M\u00fccahi\u0131klen nakledilen di\u011fer bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re ifadesinden maksat, “Ne \u015fekilde isterse\u00adniz.” demektir. Yani. kad\u0131nlara tabii yollar\u0131ndan yakla\u015fman\u0131z \u015fart\u0131yla onlarla istedi\u011finiz \u015fekilde temasta bulunabilirsiniz.” demektir.<\/p>\n

3-<\/strong> Dehhak ve Abdullah b. Abbastan nakledilen ba\u015fka bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re ifadesinden maksat, “Ne zaman dilerseniz.” demektir. Yani, ka-d\u0131nlanmz \u00e2detlerinden temizlendikten sonra onlara, dilerseniz gece, dilerseniz g\u00fcnd\u00fcz yakla\u015fabilirsiniz.” demektir. Bu hususta Said b. C\u00fcbeyr diyor ki: “Ben ve M\u00fccahid, Abdullah b. Abbas\u0131n yan\u0131nda oturuyorduk. O anda ona bir adam geldi yan\u0131na dikildi ve dedi ki: “Ey Ebul Fadl, sen benim, hay\u0131z \u00e2yeti hakk\u0131nda\u00adki derdime \u015fifa olmaz m\u0131s\u0131n?” Abdullah b. Abbas da “Evet olurum.” dedi. Adam: “Ey Muhammed, sana kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00e2det (hay\u0131z) halinden soruyorlar.” ‘ \u00e2yetini sonuna kadar okudu. “Allan\u0131n size emretti\u011fi yerden yakla\u015f\u0131n.” k\u0131sm\u0131na gelince Abdullah b. Abbas: “Buras\u0131 kan\u0131n geldi\u011fi yerdir. Sen han\u0131m\u0131na (\u00e2detinden temizlendikten sonra) buradan yakla\u015fmakla emrolundun.” dedi. Bu\u00adnun \u00fczerine adam: “Ey Ebul Fadl, bundan sonra gelen: “Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131z sizin U\u0131rla-n\u0131zd\u0131r. O halde tarlan\u0131za istedi\u011finiz \u015fekilde yakla\u015f\u0131n.” \u00e2yeti nas\u0131l olacakt\u0131r’?” de\u00addi. Abdullah b. Abbas da “Vay haline, hi\u00e7 makatta (antiste) etcilecek bir tarla var m\u0131?. \u015eayet senin s\u00f6yledi\u011fin do\u011fru olmu\u015f olsayd\u0131, adetli iken kad\u0131nlara yakla\u015f\u00admay\u0131 yasaklayan \u00e2yet neshediln\u0131i\u015f olurdu. Zira kad\u0131n\u0131n \u015furas\u0131 me\u015fgul olsa siz ona di\u011fer taraf\u0131ndan yakla\u015f\u0131rd\u0131n\u0131z. Fakat buradaki “\u0130stedi\u011finiz \u015fekilde” ifadesin\u00adden maksat, “Diledi\u011finiz zaman yakla\u015f\u0131n” demektir.” \u015feklinde olurdu.” demi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

4-<\/strong> Said b. el-M\u00fcseyyeb ve Abdullah b. Abbastan nakledilen di\u011fer bir g\u00f6\u00adr\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re burada zikredilen ifadesinden maksat, “Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131za, nas\u0131l isterseniz \u00f6yle yakla\u015f\u0131n, ister azil yaparak (meniyi d\u0131\u015far\u0131ya bo\u015faltarak) yakla\u015f\u0131n isterseniz azil yapmayarak yakla\u015f\u0131n.” demektir.<\/p>\n

5-<\/strong> Abdullah b. \u00d6mer ve At\u00e2 b. Yesardan nakledilen di\u011fer bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re burada zikredilen ifadesinden maksat, “Nereden isterseniz” de\u00admektir. Yani kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131za tabii yoldan da yakla\u015fabilirsiniz makattan da.” de\u00admektir. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, Abdullah b. \u00d6merden, k\u00f6lesi N\u00e2fi nakletmi\u015f, o\u011flu Salimden ise, babas\u0131n\u0131n b\u00f6yle bir \u015fey s\u00f6ylemedi\u011fi rivayet edilmi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca Haris b. Ya-kubun Said b. Yesardan rivayet etti\u011fine g\u00f6re Hz. \u00d6mer’in o\u011flu Abdullaha, cari\u00adyelere makattan yakla\u015fman\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fc sorulunca onun: “Yaz\u0131k, yaz\u0131k, m\u00fcmin b\u00f6yle bir \u015fey yapar m\u0131?” dedi\u011fi rivayet edilmi\u015ftir. Rebia’n\u0131n Said b. Yesardan rivayet etti\u011fine g\u00f6re ise Abdullah b. \u00d6mer’in buna izin verdi\u011fi rivayet edilmek\u00adtedir.<\/p>\n

Ebu Macid-i Ziyadiden de, N\u00e2fi’nin, Abdullah b. \u00d6merden, kad\u0131nlara ma\u00adkattan yakla\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fi \u015feklindeki rivayetlerde yalan s\u00f6yledi\u011fi rivayet edilmi\u015f\u00adtir. Katade, Ebudderdadan b\u00f6yle bir yakla\u015fman\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fc soruldu\u011funda onun, “Bunu ancak bir k\u00e2fir yapar.” dedi\u011fini rivayet etmi\u015f fakat Revh Katadenin bu ri\u00advayetini, \u0130bn-i Ebi M\u00fcleykeye anlat\u0131nca o, Revh’\u00e2 da Katadeye de lanet oku\u00admu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi, Abdullah b. \u00d6merden nakledilen bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f hakk\u0131nda tabi\u00adiler kendi aralar\u0131nda ihtilaf etmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n

Taberi diyor ki: “Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerden do\u011fru olan\u0131, bu ifadenin m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131n\u0131n, “Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131za diledi\u011finiz y\u00f6nden yakla\u015f\u0131n.” Yani, tabii yoldan olmak \u015fart\u0131yla kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131za otururken, ayakta iken, yatarken, e\u011filirken, \u00f6n taraftan, arka taraf\u00adtan yakla\u015f\u0131n.” diyen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Taberi s\u00f6zlerine devamla ve \u00f6zetle \u015funlar\u0131 zikret\u00admi\u015ftir: “Burada ge\u00e7en kelimesi Arap\u00e7ada bir \u015feyin y\u00f6n\u00fc ve yolunu sor\u00adma edat\u0131d\u0131r. Nitekim Hz. Zekeriyya da bu edat\u0131 kullanarak Meryeme gelen ye\u00admeklerin hangi y\u00f6nden ve hangi yolla geldi\u011fini sormu\u015f Meryem de ona: Allah taraf\u0131ndan geldi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir. Olay\u0131 anlatan \u00e2yette \u015f\u00f6yle buyuruiuyor: “Zeke\u00adriyya Meryemin bulundu\u011fu mihraba her girdi\u011finde onun yan\u0131nda r\u0131z\u0131k buldu. Bu sana nereden ey Meryem?” dedi. Meryem de ona: “Allah tarafmdand\u0131r.” dedi. Her ne kadar, bir \u015feyin y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc sorma edat\u0131 olan kelimesinin m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131 ile bir \u015feyin yerini sorma edat\u0131 olan “Nerede” kelimesinin m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131 ve bir \u015feyin durumunu sonu a edat\u0131 olan “Nas\u0131l” kelimesinin m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131 birbirine yak\u0131n iseler de asl\u0131nda bunlar farkl\u0131 \u015feylerdir. Fakat bunlann-birbirlerine yak\u0131n olmalar\u0131, in\u00fcfessirlerin bunlar\u0131 birbirlerine kand\u0131rmalar\u0131na se\u00adbep olmu\u015f ve bu \u00e2yette zikredilen kelimesini baz\u0131lar\u0131 baz\u0131lan hatta baz\u0131lar\u0131 da ne zaman” m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131nda izah etmi\u015flerdir. Hal\u00adbuki bu kelimelerin farkl\u0131 olu\u015flar\u0131 bunlarla sorulan sorulara verilen cevaplarla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Mesela: “Bu mal sana hangi y\u00f6nden gel\u00adeli?” denildi\u011finde cevab\u0131: “\u015eu ve \u015fu y\u00f6nlerden geldi.” \u015feklinde olur. “Mal\u0131n nerede?” \u015feklinde soruldu\u011funda cevab\u0131: “Mal\u0131n\u0131 filan yerdedir.” \u015feklin\u00adde ojur. “Halin nas\u0131l?” diye soruldu\u011funda cevab\u0131 “\u0130yiyim” \u015feklinde olur. \u0130\u015fte b\u00fct\u00fcn bu izahlar g\u00f6sleriyorki kelimesini “Nereden” “Nas\u0131l” ve “Ne zaman” m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131nda izah etmek isabetli de\u011fil “Ne y\u00f6nden?” \u015feklinde izah etmek do\u011frudur. Bu itibarla bu \u00e2yete dayanarak kad\u0131nlara makatlar\u0131ndan yakla\u00ad\u015f\u0131labilece\u011fini s\u00f6ylemek tutars\u0131zd\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e2yette “Kad\u0131nlara diledi\u011finiz yerden yakla\u015f\u0131n” Duyurulmuyor, “Diledi\u011finiz y\u00f6nden yakla\u015f\u0131n” buyuruiuyor. Y\u00f6nlerin farkl\u0131 olu\u015fu, yakla\u015f\u0131lacak yerin farkl\u0131 olu\u015funu gerektirmez. Ayn\u0131 yer de olabilir. Nitekim hadis-i \u015feritlerde, farkl\u0131 y\u00f6nlerden de olsa ayn\u0131 yere yakla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 emre\u00addilmi\u015ftir. Bu da kad\u0131nlar\u0131n tabii olan cinsel organlar\u0131d\u0131r. Aynca kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ma\u00adkatlar\u0131ndan hangi ekin (d\u00f6l) beklenir ki, oraya “Tarla” densin ve kad\u0131nlara o y\u00f6nden yakla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 emredilmi\u015f olsun?”<\/p>\n
