Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah(Celle Celaluhu)\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

5- Hurma a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131ndan herhangi bir \u015feyi kesmeniz veya k\u00f6kleri \u00fczerinde b\u0131rakman\u0131z hep Allah’\u0131n izniyledir. Bu izin yoldan \u00e7\u0131kan fas\u0131klar\u0131 rezil etmek i\u00e7indir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ayet-i kerimede ge\u00e7en “liyne” kavram\u0131 hurma a\u011fac\u0131n\u0131n iyisi veya o zaman Araplarca bilinen iyi bir cins hurma a\u011fac\u0131 idi. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar bu s\u0131rada yahudilerin baz\u0131 hurma a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kesmi\u015f, baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ise kendi haline b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Yahudiler hem kesilen a\u011fa\u00e7lar, hem de b\u0131rak\u0131lan a\u011fa\u00e7lar i\u00e7in pani\u011fe kap\u0131lm\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Halbuki m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar bu olaydan \u00f6nce de sonra da bu t\u00fcr yak\u0131p y\u0131kmalardan men edilmi\u015f bulunuyorlard\u0131. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu yeni h\u00fck\u00fcm \u00f6zel bir a\u00e7\u0131klama gerektiriyordu ki m\u00fcminlerin kalbi rahat olsun. i\u015fte bu nedenle onlar\u0131n hem kestiklerinin hem de kesmediklerinin Allah’\u0131n iznine ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fu bu \u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Demek ki bu durumda olay\u0131 y\u00f6nlendiren O’ydu. Kendi eliyle olaya m\u00fcdahale ediyor, diledi\u011fini yap\u0131yor, planlad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 uyguluyordu. Bu konuda meydana gelen her\u015fey O’nun izniyle oluyordu. Bu hareketle O, dininden sapm\u0131\u015f olanlar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lamay\u0131 ama\u00e7lam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Hurma a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n kesilmesi onlar\u0131 bu olay kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda hay\u0131flanmalar\u0131 bi\u00e7iminde a\u015fa\u011f\u0131l\u0131yordu. Kesilmeyenlerin ise ate\u015fe verilmesine \u00fcz\u00fclmeleri onlar\u0131 ba\u015fka bir \u015fekilde a\u015fa\u011f\u0131l\u0131yordu. Her iki eylemin arkas\u0131nda ve \u00f6tesinde Allah’\u0131n iradesi vard\u0131 \u015f\u00fcphesiz.<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fte bu \u015fekilde m\u00fcminlerin birtak\u0131m endi\u015feler ta\u015f\u0131yan kalpleri huzura kavu\u015fuyor. Bu konuda i\u00e7lerinde ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 \u015f\u00fcpheler gideriliyor dileyenin ve yapan\u0131n Allah oldu\u011fu konusunda kalpleri tatmin oluyordu. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah diledi\u011fini yapand\u0131. Onlar ise y\u00f6nlendirdi\u011fi olaylarda elde edilen mallar\u0131n nas\u0131l da\u011f\u0131t\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 ortaya konuyor:<\/p>\n

6- Allah’\u0131n onlar\u0131n mallar\u0131nda Peygamberine verdi\u011fi ganimetler i\u00e7in siz at ve deveye binip onlar\u0131 s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f de\u011filsiniz Fakat Allah, Peygamberlerini diledi\u011fi kimselere kar\u015f\u0131 \u00fcst\u00fcn k\u0131lar. Allah her\u015feye kadirdir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

7- Allah’\u0131n fethedilen \u00fclkeler halk\u0131n\u0131n mallar\u0131ndan Peygamberine verdi\u011fi ganimetler, Allah, Peygamber, yak\u0131nlar\u0131, yetimler, yoksullar ve yolda kalm\u0131\u015flar i\u00e7indir. B\u00f6ylece o mallar, yaln\u0131zca zenginler aras\u0131nda dola\u015fan bir ayr\u0131cal\u0131k olmaz. Peygamber size ne verdiyse onu al\u0131n, size neyi ya-saklad\u0131ysa ondan sak\u0131n\u0131n ve Allah’tan korkun. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah’\u0131n azab\u0131 \u015fiddetlidir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu \u015fekilde sava\u015f\u0131lmadan elde edilen mallar\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131klayan bu ayetler ayn\u0131 zamanda o zamanki m\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplulu\u011fun durumunu da ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca as\u0131rlar boyunca m\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00fcmmetin karakteri haline gelen yap\u0131y\u0131 birbirine ba\u011flayan, birbiriyle kenetlenmi\u015f hale getiren ba\u015fl\u0131ca \u00f6zellikleri de ortaya koyuyor. \u00d6yle ki bu \u00fcmmette bir nesil di\u011ferinden, bir kavim di\u011ferinden ve bir fert di\u011ferinden asla ayr\u0131 de\u011fildir. Yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00f6rt bir buca\u011f\u0131na da\u011f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan ve ardarda gelen t\u00fcm nesiller aralar\u0131ndaki bu uzun mesafeye ra\u011fmen temel \u00f6zellikleriyle bir b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck arz ederler. Bu ger\u00e7ekten \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck ve \u00e7ok geni\u015f \u00e7apl\u0131 bir ger\u00e7ektir. Bu konu \u00fczerinde uzun uzad\u0131ya durulmal\u0131 ve derin bi\u00e7imde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmelidir.<\/p>\n

“Allah’\u0131n onlar\u0131n mallar\u0131nda Peygamberine verdi\u011fi ganimetler i\u00e7in siz at ve deveye binip s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f de\u011filsiniz. Fakat Allah Peygamberini diledi\u011fi kimselere kar\u015f\u0131 \u00fcst\u00fcn k\u0131lar. Allah her\u015feye kadirdir.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ayet-i kerimede ge\u00e7en “iycaf” kavram\u0131 ko\u015fmak, ko\u015fturmak, “rikap” ise develer demektir.<\/p>\n

Ayet-i kerime Nadiro\u011fullar\u0131n\u0131n arkalar\u0131nda b\u0131rak\u0131p gittikleri bu ganimetler i\u00e7in m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n at ko\u015fturmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve oraya develer s\u00fcrmediklerini hat\u0131rlatmaktad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu mallar\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fc y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n be\u015fte d\u00f6rd\u00fcn\u00fc Allah yolunda sava\u015fanlara, be\u015fte birini ise Allah’a, Resul\u00fcne, yak\u0131nlara, yetimlere, yoksullara ve yolda kalm\u0131\u015flara b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ganimetlerin h\u00fckm\u00fc gibi de\u011fildir. Bedir sava\u015f\u0131nda elde edilen ganimetler konusunda y\u00fcce Allah b\u00f6yle h\u00fckmetmi\u015fti. Ama burada sava\u015f\u0131lmadan elde edilen ganimetlerin h\u00fckm\u00fc ba\u015fka idi. Bunlar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc, Allah, Peygamber, yak\u0131nlar, yetimler, yoksullar ve yolda kalm\u0131\u015flar i\u00e7indi. Fakat Hz. Peygamber b\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 yerlerine ula\u015ft\u0131rma konusunda yetki sahibi idi. Bu her iki ayette s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen yak\u0131nlar Hz. Peygamberin sadaka almalar\u0131 helal olmayan ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla zekatta paylar\u0131 bulunmayan yak\u0131nlar\u0131 idi. Peygamber miras b\u0131rakamayaca\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in yak\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n O’nun mal\u0131ndan bir pay\u0131 da yoktu. Bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir geliri olmayan fakirler de bulunuyordu. (Bu konuda f\u0131khi bir ihtilaf vard\u0131r. Bu ganimetten pay sahibi olan fakirler sadece Peygamberin akrabalar\u0131 m\u0131d\u0131r yoksa t\u00fcm fakirler midir? Tercih edilen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re t\u00fcm fakirlerdir)<\/p>\n

Bu ve benzeri sava\u015f\u0131lmadan elde edilen ganimetlerden de onlara bir pay ay\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Geri kalan gruplar da, da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lacak yerlerde zaten bellidir. Hz. Peygamber bu konularda yetki sahibidir.<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fte sava\u015f\u0131lmadan elde edilen mallar\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fc budur. Ayetler bunu a\u00e7\u0131klamaktad\u0131r. Fakat sadece bu h\u00fckm\u00fc ve en yak\u0131n sebebini belirtmekle yetinilmemektedir. \u00d6nemli bir ger\u00e7e\u011fe daha kalpler a\u00e7\u0131lmaktad\u0131r: “Fakat Allah, Peygamberlerini diledi\u011fi kimselere kar\u015f\u0131 \u00fcst\u00fcn k\u0131lar.” <\/strong>Bu Allah’\u0131n belirledi\u011fi kaderdir. Onlar da bu kaderin bir cilvesidir. Onlar\u0131 diledi\u011fi kimselere musallat eder: “Allah her\u015feye kadirdir.” <\/strong>B\u00f6ylece Peygamberlerin i\u015fi Allah’\u0131n do\u011frudan ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen kaderi ile b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fiyor. D\u00f6nmekte olan kader \u00e7ark\u0131nda onlar\u0131n yerleri belirleniyor. Bu peygamberlerin insan olmakla beraber \u00f6zel bir \u015fekilde Allah’\u0131n iradesine ve dilemesine ba\u011fl\u0131 olduklar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Allah’\u0131n izni ve dilemesi ile yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde Allah’\u0131n belirledi\u011fi kaderin ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesinde onlar\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir rol\u00fc oldu\u011funu ortaya koyuyor. Yani peygamberler kendi canlar\u0131n\u0131n istedi\u011fi \u015fekilde hareket etmez, kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na g\u00f6re alacaklar\u0131n\u0131 veya b\u0131rakacaklar\u0131n\u0131 ayarlamazlar. Sava\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 veya bar\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131, dostluklar\u0131n\u0131 veya d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 kendi \u00e7\u0131karlar\u0131na g\u00f6re d\u00fczenlemezler. T\u00fcm yapt\u0131klar\u0131nda Allah’\u0131n yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde belirledi\u011fi kaderin bir y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in ayarlarlar. Kendileri, uygulamalar\u0131 ve hareketleri ile ilgili ne varsa hep O’nun \u00e7izgisine uyarlar. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131n \u00f6tesinde i\u015f yapan ve y\u00f6nlendiren Allah’t\u0131r. O’nun her\u015feye g\u00fcc\u00fc yeter.<\/p>\n

“Allah’\u0131n feth edilen \u00fclkeler halk\u0131n\u0131n mallar\u0131ndan Peygamberine verdi\u011fi ganimetler Allah, Peygamber, yak\u0131nlar, yetimler, yoksullar ve yolda kalm\u0131\u015flar i\u00e7indir. B\u00f6ylece o mallar yaln\u0131zca zenginler aras\u0131nda dola\u015fan bir ayr\u0131cal\u0131k olmaz. Peygamber size ne verdiyse onu al\u0131n. Size neyi yasaklad\u0131ysa ondan sak\u0131n\u0131n ve Allah’tan korkun. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah’\u0131n azab\u0131 \u015fiddetlidir.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu ayet az \u00f6nce a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z h\u00fckm\u00fc ortaya koyuyor. Ard\u0131ndan bu \u015fekildeki payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n nedenini a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor. Bu arada islam toplumunun sosyal ve ekonomik d\u00fczeninin ilkelerinden temel bir ilkeyi dile getiriyor: “B\u00f6ylece o mallar, yaln\u0131zca zenginler aras\u0131nda dola\u015fan bir ayr\u0131cal\u0131k olmaz.”<\/strong> Bunun yan\u0131nda yine islam toplumunun anayasas\u0131nda yer alan k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir ilkeyi \u015f\u00f6yle dile getiriyor: “Peygamber size ne verdiyse onu al\u0131n, size neyi yasaklad\u0131ysa ondan sak\u0131n\u0131n.”<\/strong> Bu iki ilke her ne kadar sava\u015f\u0131lmadan elde edilen ganimetler ve onlar\u0131n da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131yla ilgili olarak belirlenmi\u015f olsalar da bunlar\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fc s\u00f6zkonusu olay\u0131 \u00e7ok a\u015fmakta, islam\u0131n sosyal d\u00fczeninin temel ilkelerinde y\u00f6nlendirici etkiye sahip olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Birinci ilke ekonomik d\u00fczenin ilkesidir. \u0130slam ekonomik d\u00fczeninin \u00f6nemli ve kapsaml\u0131 ilkelerinden birini belirlemektedir. \u0130slam d\u00fczeninde bireysel m\u00fclkiyet, kabul edilen bir olgudur. Yaln\u0131z, bu olgu burada s\u00f6zkonusu edilen ilkeyle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r. Yani mallar\u0131n zenginler aras\u0131nda dola\u015fan, fakirler aras\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir yarar\u0131 olmayan bir ayr\u0131cal\u0131\u011fa d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmemesi ilkesiyle mal\u0131n sadece zenginler aras\u0131nda dola\u015fmas\u0131na yola\u00e7acak her d\u00fczenleme islam\u0131n ekonomik doktrinine ayk\u0131r\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca sosyal yap\u0131n\u0131n temel hedefleriyle de \u00e7eli\u015fir. \u0130slam toplumunda b\u00fct\u00fcn ili\u015fkilerin ve uygulamalar\u0131n b\u00f6yle bir konuma meydan vermeyecek veya b\u00f6yle bir se\u00e7kinli\u011fin s\u00fcr\u00fcp gitmesine g\u00f6z yummayacak bir bi\u00e7imde d\u00fczenlenmesi zorunludur.<\/p>\n

\u0130slam bizzat pratik uygulamas\u0131nda d\u00fczenini bu temel ilkenin esas\u0131 \u00fczerine kurmu\u015ftur. Buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak zekat\u0131 farz k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Para t\u00fcr\u00fc mallar\u0131n sermayesinde senede y\u00fczde iki bu\u00e7uk, di\u011fer \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde ise y\u00fczde on veya y\u00fczde be\u015f oran\u0131nda bir zekat miktar\u0131 belirlemi\u015ftir. Hayvanlarda da buna denk bir oranda zekat miktar\u0131n\u0131 tesbit etmi\u015ftir. Yeralt\u0131 zenginlik kaynaklar\u0131nda ise paraya uygulanan oran\u0131 tesbit etmi\u015ftir. Zekat i\u00e7in belirlenen bu oranlar \u00f6nemli bir yek\u00fcn tutmaktad\u0131r. Ganimetin be\u015fte d\u00f6rd\u00fcn\u00fc zengin olsun fakir olsun sava\u015fanlara ay\u0131r\u0131rken sava\u015f\u0131lmadan elde edilen ganimetlerin t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc fakirlere ay\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Topra\u011f\u0131n i\u015fletilmesinde ise tercih etti\u011fi d\u00fczenleme muzaraad\u0131r. (Bu konuda f\u0131khi a\u00e7\u0131dan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ayr\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 bulunmakla birlikte tercih edilebilecek g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, bizim belirtti\u011fimiz g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc) Yani tarla sahibi ile onu ekip bi\u00e7enin elde edilen \u00fcr\u00fcnde ortak olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca islam, zenginlerin fazla olan mallar\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131p fakirlere verme yetkisini devlet ba\u015fkan\u0131na vermi\u015ftir. Devletin hazinesi a\u00e7\u0131k verdi\u011finde bu a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 zenginlerin mallar\u0131yla kapatma hakk\u0131n\u0131 da ona vermi\u015ftir. \u0130slam stok\u00e7ulu\u011fu yasaklam\u0131\u015f, faizi kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zaten bu ikisi mal\u0131n sadece zenginler aras\u0131nda dola\u015f\u0131p durmas\u0131na yol a\u00e7an ba\u015fl\u0131ca fakt\u00f6rlerdir.<\/p>\n

\u00d6zetle islam, ekonomik sisteminin t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc bu kapsaml\u0131 ilkeyi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek bir bi\u00e7imde belirlemi\u015ftir. Bu ilke di\u011fer s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar\u0131n yan\u0131nda bireysel m\u00fclkiyet hakk\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerine konan k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir s\u0131n\u0131rlama say\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Buradan anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor ki \u0130slam d\u00fczeni ferdi m\u00fclkiyeti onaylayan bir d\u00fczendir. Fakat islam\u0131n bu yap\u0131s\u0131 kapitalist d\u00fczenle ba\u011fda\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lamaz ve kapitalist d\u00fczen islam ekonomik d\u00fczeninden kaynaklanm\u0131\u015f de\u011fildir. Faiz olmadan, stok\u00e7uluk olmadan kapitalist bir d\u00fczen kurulamaz. \u0130slam d\u00fczeni ise her\u015feyden haberi olan ve her\u015feyi en g\u00fczel \u015fekilde d\u00fczenleyen, Allah taraf\u0131ndan belirlenen kendine has bir d\u00fczendir. Kendi ba\u015f\u0131na ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f kendi ba\u015f\u0131na geli\u015fmi\u015ftir ve bug\u00fcne kadar kendi ba\u015f\u0131na ayakta kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130slam nizam\u0131 her y\u00f6n\u00fcyle dengeli orjinal bir nizamd\u0131r. Bu d\u00fczende haklar ve g\u00f6revler dengelidir. B\u00fct\u00fcn evrenin uyumu gibi bir ahenge sahiptir. Bu yap\u0131s\u0131 evrenin yarat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131ndan geldi\u011fi g\u00fcnden beri b\u00f6yledir. Evren ise b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc ve dengelidir.<\/p>\n

\u0130kinci ilke yasay\u0131 ve hukuku bir tek kaynaktan alma ilkesidir. “Peygamber size ne verdiyse onu al\u0131n, size neyi yasaklad\u0131ysa ondan sak\u0131n\u0131n.” <\/strong>Bu ilke ayn\u0131 zamanda islam anayasa d\u00fczenini de ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. \u0130slamda hukukun egemenli\u011fi bu yasan\u0131n Kur’an veya s\u00fcnnet olarak Hz. Peygamber’den gelmesinden kaynaklan\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn bir \u00fcmmet ve onunla birlikte \u00fcmmetin \u00f6nderi Hz. Peygamber’in getirdi\u011fi hi\u00e7bir \u015feye ayk\u0131r\u0131 d\u00fc\u015femez. Peygamberin getirdi\u011fine ayk\u0131r\u0131 bir \u015feyi kanunla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu yasaman\u0131n hi\u00e7bir g\u00fcc\u00fc olmaz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu yasa, g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc kendisinden ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 temel dayana\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yitirmi\u015f olur. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f insanlar taraf\u0131ndan ortaya konan b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flere ayk\u0131r\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. \u00dcmmeti her t\u00fcr otoritenin kayna\u011f\u0131 kabul eden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye de kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce \u00fcmmetin kendisi i\u00e7in diledi\u011fi yasay\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karabilece\u011fini ve onun \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 her yasan\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fcn kayna\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu iddia etmektedir. Halbuki islamda her t\u00fcr otoritenin kayna\u011f\u0131 Hz. Peygamberin insanl\u0131\u011fa getirdi\u011fi Allah’\u0131n yasas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00dcmmet bu yasaya dayan\u0131r. Onu korur ve uygulamaya koyar. \u0130mam ise bu konuda \u00fcmmetin temsilcisidir. \u0130\u015fte \u00fcmmetin g\u00fcc\u00fc ve haklar\u0131 bununla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r. \u00dcmmet herhangi bir yasamada Hz. Peygamberin getirdi\u011fi bir h\u00fckme ayk\u0131r\u0131 d\u00fc\u015femez.<\/p>\n

\u00dcmmetin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir konuda Hz. Peygamberin kesin belirledi\u011fi bir h\u00fck\u00fcm yoksa bu durumda \u00fcmmet Hz. Peygamberin getirdi\u011fi ilkelerle \u00e7eli\u015fmeyecek h\u00fck\u00fcmler belirler. B\u00f6yle bir uygulama islam\u0131n temel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesiyle \u00e7eli\u015fmez. Onun bir par\u00e7as\u0131 kabul edilir. Buna g\u00f6re herhangi bir yasamada temel dayanak Hz. Peygamberin getirdi\u011fi ilkelerdir. E\u011fer o konuda kesin bir h\u00fck\u00fcm varsa mesele \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bu \u00f6zellikleri ile islam orjinal bir d\u00fczendir. \u0130nsanlar taraf\u0131ndan ortaya konan be\u015feri d\u00fczenlerin hi\u00e7biri bu konuda islamla b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmemekte ve ona benzememektedir. \u0130slam nizam\u0131nda insanlar i\u00e7in belirlenecek yasa ve yasama b\u00fct\u00fcn evrene h\u00fckmeden temel yasayla ili\u015fki i\u00e7indedir. Allah’\u0131n belirlemi\u015f oldu\u011fu evren yasas\u0131yla insanlara h\u00fckmeden kanun aras\u0131nda bir ahenk, bir uyum vard\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc her iki yasan\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131 da Allah’t\u0131r. Bu d\u00fczende insanlara ili\u015fkin yasalar evrenin yasas\u0131yla \u00e7eli\u015fmez. Bu d\u00fczende insan mutsuz olmaz, ezilmez. B\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7abalar\u0131 bir \u00e7\u0131rp\u0131da bo\u015fa gitmez.<\/p>\n

Ayet-i kerime bu iki ilkeyi m\u00fcminlerin kalbinde temel kayna\u011f\u0131na ba\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Bu kaynak hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz Allah’t\u0131r. Bu nedenle onlar\u0131 takvaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rmakta ve Allah’\u0131n azab\u0131ndan onlar\u0131 sak\u0131nd\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. “Allah’tan korkun. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah’\u0131n azab\u0131 \u015fiddetlidir.” <\/strong>\u0130\u015fte hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde etkisiz hale getirilemeyecek, ka\u00e7amak ve kurtulu\u015f yolu bulunmayacak en b\u00fcy\u00fck teminat budur. M\u00fcminler y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n her t\u00fcr s\u0131r ve gizlilikten, her \u00e7e\u015fit eylemden haberi oldu\u011funu kesin bilmektedirler. D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn ve nihai kayna\u011f\u0131n o oldu\u011funu kavramaktad\u0131rlar. Ayr\u0131ca O’nun \u00e7etin cezas\u0131 oldu\u011funu da \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131rlar. Mal\u0131n kendi aralar\u0131nda dola\u015f\u0131p duran bir ayr\u0131cal\u0131k haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmemesi ile y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc olduklar\u0131n\u0131 Hz. Peygamberin kendilerine getirdi\u011fi, her\u015feye g\u00f6n\u00fcl rahatl\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ve kesin itaatla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc olduklar\u0131n\u0131 O’nun yasaklad\u0131\u011f\u0131 her \u015feyden gev\u015feklik ve tembelli\u011fe f\u0131rsat vermeden sak\u0131nmalar\u0131 gerekti\u011fini bilmektedirler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc onlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde \u00e7etin bir g\u00fcn bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Sava\u015f\u0131lmadan elde edilen bu ganimet -Nadiro\u011fullar\u0131ndan elde edilen ganimet Ensardan iki ki\u015fi hari\u00e7 tutuldu\u011funda sadece Muhacirler aras\u0131nda da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
