Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah(Celle Celaluhu)\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

7-<\/strong> Sana kitab\u0131 indiren o’dur. Onun (kitab\u0131n) bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u00e2yetleri muh\u00adkemdir, (m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r) Bu \u00e2yetler kitab\u0131n anas\u0131d\u0131r. (esas\u0131d\u0131r) Di\u011fer bir k\u0131\u00ads\u0131m \u00e2yetleri de m\u00fcte\u015fabihtir (anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7t\u00fcr) Kalblerinde e\u011frilik bulu\u00adnanlar, fitne \u00e7\u0131karmak ve arzular\u0131na g\u00f6re a\u00e7\u0131klamak niyetiyle, m\u00fcte\u015fabih olanlar\u0131na uyarlar. Oysa bunlar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 sadece Allah bilir. \u0130limde ileri gitmi\u015f olanlar ise “Biz bunlara iman ettik hepsi rabbimiz kal\u0131ndan\u00add\u0131r.” derler. Bunlar\u0131 ancak ak\u0131l sahipleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr.<\/p>\n

Ey Muhammed, Kur’an\u0131 sana indiren Allah’t\u0131r. O Kur’an’\u0131n bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u00e2yetleri a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r, \u00fczerinde ba\u015fka t\u00fcrl\u00fc yorum yap\u0131lamaz. Bu \u00e2yetler, vaad tehdit, sevap, ceza, helal, haram, \u00f6\u011f\u00fct ve ibretleri a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u015fekilde anlatmaktad\u0131r. Bu<\/p>\n

\u00e2yetler, dinin temeli olan kitab\u0131n esas\u0131d\u0131r. Bunlar, farzlar\u0131, cezalar\u0131, h\u00fck\u00fcmleri ve b\u00fct\u00fcn zaruri olan husustan kapsamaktad\u0131r. Kur’an\u0131n di\u011fer bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u00e2yetleri de m\u00fcte\u015fabihtir, anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7t\u00fcr. Kelimeleri birbirine benzemekte fakat m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiktir. Kalblerinde haktan ayr\u0131lma, do\u011frudan sapma e\u011filimi bulu\u00adnanlar bu m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetlere uyarlar. Bunlar\u0131n gayesi kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k meydana getir\u00admek, fitne \u00e7\u0131kannak ve Allah’\u0131n, muhkem \u00e2yetlerle a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 do\u011fru izah\u0131 b\u0131ra\u00adk\u0131p \u00e2yetleri, kendi arzu ve istelerine g\u00f6re yorumlamakt\u0131r. Halbuki bu m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetlerin m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131n\u0131 yaln\u0131zca Allah bilir. \u0130limde ileri gitmi\u015f olan sa\u011flam bilgili \u00e2limler ise \u015f\u00f6yle derler: “Biz, m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetlerin izah\u0131m bilmesek te muhkem ve m\u00fcte\u015fabih olan b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e2yetlerin rabbimiz kat\u0131ndan geldi\u011fine kesinlikle iman ederiz.” Allah’\u0131n kitab\u0131ndaki m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetler hakk\u0131nda herhangi bir \u015fey s\u00f6yle\u00admekten \u00e7ekinen ve bunlardan \u00f6\u011f\u00fct alanlar ancak ak\u0131l sahibi olan kimseledir.<\/p>\n

M\u00fcfessirler, bu \u00e2yet-i kerimede bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u00e2yetlerin s\u0131fat\u0131 olarak zikredi\u00adlen “Muhkem” kelimesinden ve di\u011fer bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u00e2yetlerin s\u0131fat\u0131 olarak zikredilen “M\u00fcte\u015fabih” kelimelerinden neyin kastedildi\u011fi hu\u015funda \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler zikret\u00admi\u015flerdir:<\/p>\n

a-<\/strong> Abdulla b. Abbas, Abdullah b. Mes’ud, Katade, Rebi’ b. Enes ve Deh-hakka g\u00f6re “Muhkem” demek, h\u00fck\u00fcmleri sabit olan, kendileriyle amel edilen veya nesheclici olan \u00e2yetler demektir. “M\u00fcte\u015fabih” demek ise “H\u00fck\u00fcmleri nes-hedilm\u0131\u015f olan ve kendileriyle amel edilmesi kald\u0131r\u0131lan \u00e2yetlerdir. Bu hususta Abdullah b. Abbas\u0131n \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi\u011fi rivayet edilmektedir. “Muhkem olan \u00e2yetler, neshedici olan, helali ve haram\u0131 belirten, cezalan ve farzlar\u0131 beyan eden, bu itibarla, iman edilen ve h\u00fck\u00fcmleriyle amel edilen \u00e2yetlerdir. M\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetler ise h\u00fck\u00fcmleri kald\u0131r\u0131lan, sonra zikredilmesi icabederken \u00f6nce zikredilen, \u00d6nce zikredilmesi gerekirken sonra zikredilen, misal olarak verilen, yemin ola\u00adrak zikredilen \u00e2yetlerdir. Bunlara iman edilir fakat amel edilmez.<\/p>\n

b-<\/strong> M\u00fccahide g\u00f6re muhkem olan \u00e2yetler, Allah\u0131n, i\u00e7lerinde helal ve haram h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini kesin olarak zikretti\u011fi \u00e2yetlerdir. M\u00fcte\u015fabih olan \u00e2yetler ise, laf\u0131z-lan farkl\u0131 oldu\u011fu halde m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131 birbirine benzeyen \u00e2yetlerdir. Bu itibarla, bun\u00adlar\u0131n ifade ettikleri h\u00fck\u00fcmler birbirine kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rlar. \u015eu \u00e2yet-i kerimeler, bu gibi \u00e2yetleri heva ve heveslerine g\u00f6re te’vil edenlere i\u015faret etmektedir. “\u015e\u00fcphesiz ki Allah, sivrisine\u011fi ve ondan daha \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc misal vennekten \u00e7ekinmez. \u0130man edenler onun rableri taraf\u0131ndan bir ger\u00e7ek oldu\u011funu bilirler. K\u00e2firler ise: Allah bu misalle ne kastetti?” derler. Allah bu misalle bir \u00e7oklar\u0131n\u0131 sapt\u0131nr, bir\u00e7oklar\u0131\u00adn\u0131 da do\u011fru yola iletir, Allah bununla, sadece yoldan \u00e7\u0131kanlar\u0131 sapt\u0131r\u0131r. Al\u00adlah hidayete erdirmek isterse onun g\u00f6nl\u00fcn\u00fc “\u0130slama” a\u00e7ar. Kimi de sapt\u0131rmak is\u00adterse, sanki g\u00f6’\u011fe y\u00fckseliyormu\u015f gibi g\u00f6nl\u00fcn\u00fc dar ve s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 k\u0131lar. \u0130\u015fte b\u00f6ylece<\/p>\n

Allah, iman etmeyenlerin \u00fczerine azap ya\u011fd\u0131r\u0131r, \u015eu \u00e2yet ise bu gibi \u00e2yetlere iman edip teslimiyet g\u00f6steren kimseleri tasvir etmektedir. “Do\u011fru yolu bulanla\u00adra gelince, Allah onlar\u0131n hidayetini art\u0131r\u0131r ve onlara “Takva” bah\u015feder.<\/p>\n

c-<\/strong> Muhammed b. Cafer b. Z\u00fcbeyr’e g\u00f6re ise, buradaki muhkem \u00e2yetlerden maksat, sadece bir m\u00e2n\u00e2ya tevili m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan \u00e2yetlerdir. M\u00fcte\u015fabih olan \u00e2yetler ise birden \u00e7ok m\u00e2n\u00e2ya te’vil edilmeleri m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olan \u00e2yetlerdir. Bu hususta Muhammed b. Caferin \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi\u011fi rivayet edilmektedir: “Muhkem \u00e2yeter, i\u00e7lerinde Allah\u0131n kesin delilleri bulunan, m\u00fcmin kullan g\u00fcnahlardan ko\u00adruyan, kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kanlar\u0131 ve b\u00e2t\u0131l\u0131 mahkum eden \u00e2yetlerdir. Bunlar\u0131 konulduklar\u0131 m\u00e2n\u00e2lardan \u00e7\u0131karmak veya tahrif etmek kabil de\u011fildir. M\u00fcte\u015fabih olan \u00e2yetler ise, \u00e7e\u015fitli y\u00f6nlere te’vil edilebilen, sap\u0131klar\u0131n, sap\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa \u00e7ekebilecekleri \u00e2yetlerdir. Allah kullar\u0131n\u0131, bir k\u0131s\u0131m helal ve haramlarla imtihan etti\u011fi gibi bu \u00e2yetlerle de imtihan etmi\u015ftir. Bu \u00e2yetler, b\u00e2t\u0131l te’villerle te’vil edilmemeli ve ge\u00ad\u00e7ek mhan\u00e2l ar\u0131ndan sapt\u0131 nlmamal\u0131d\u0131rl ar.<\/p>\n

d-<\/strong> \u0130bn-i Zeyde g\u00f6re ise muhkem olan \u00e2yetler, ge\u00e7mi\u015f \u00fcmmetlerin ve onla\u00adra g\u00f6nderilen Peygamberlerin k\u0131ssaalanm ba\u015fka t\u00fcrl\u00fc anla\u015f\u0131lmaya imkan ver-meycek \u015fekilde, a\u00e7\u0131k, ve detayl\u0131 olarak beyan eden hayetlerdir. M\u00fcte\u015fabih olan \u00e2yetler ise, ge\u00e7mi\u015f \u00fcmmetlerin ve onlara g\u00f6nderilen Peygamberlerin k\u0131ssalar\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7e\u015fitli surelerde, birbirine benzeyen \u015fekillerde anlatan \u00e2yetlerdir. Mesela, bir k\u0131ssa, laf\u0131zlar\u0131 ayn\u0131, m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131 farkl\u0131 \u015fekilde anlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir k\u0131ssa da laf\u0131zlar\u0131 farkl\u0131 m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131 ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde anlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olur.<\/p>\n

Bundan \u00f6nce, sen de, milletin de bunu bilmiyordunuz. Sabret. \u015e\u00fcphesiz ki hay\u0131rl\u0131 sonu\u00e7 Allahtan korkanlar\u0131nd\u0131r. Sonra \u00c2d’\u0131 daha sonra Salihi, daha sonra \u0130brahimi daha sonra Lut’u ve daha sonra da \u015euaybi zikretmi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015fte bunlar, muhkem ola\u00adrak zikredilen ve detayl\u0131 olarak anlat\u0131lan k\u0131ssalard\u0131r. M\u00fcte\u015fabih olan k\u0131ssa ise Hz. Musan\u0131n, bir \u00e7ok yerde zikredilen k\u0131ssasid\u0131r. Bu k\u0131ssalar\u0131n hepsi ayn\u0131 m\u00e2n\u00e2ya gelmektedir. Mesela Hz. Nuhun k\u0131ssas\u0131nda ge\u00e7en m\u00fcte\u015fabih kelimeler Onlar\u0131 gemiye y\u00fckle onlar\u0131 al\u0131p gemiye bindir. Hz. Musan\u0131n k\u0131ssas\u0131nda ge\u00e7en m\u00fcte\u015fabih kelimelerimi\/’\u20221 “Elini koynuna sok. “Elini koynuna sok. Bir k\u0131sm\u0131 ise, ekin gibi bi\u00e7ilip gitmi\u015ftir. \u0130bn-i Zeyd devamla diyor ki: “Kur’an-\u0131 Kerimin m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetleri hakk\u0131nda, Allah\u0131n, imtihan etmeyi ve sap\u00adt\u0131rmay\u0131 diledi\u011fi kimse \u015f\u00f6yle der: “Ne oluyor bu meseleye de \u015f\u00f6yle olmuyor?” “Ne oluyor bu meseleye de b\u00f6yle olmuyor?”<\/p>\n

Abdullah\u00eean nakledilen di\u011fer bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re muhkem \u00e2yetler, \u00e2limlerin, tevillerini bilebildikleri, m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131n\u0131 anlad\u0131klar\u0131 ve tefsir edebildikleri \u00e2yetlerdir. Mesela: Meryemo\u011flu \u0130san\u0131n gelme vakti, g\u00fcne\u015fin do\u011fudan batma zaman\u0131, k\u0131yametin kopma an\u0131 ve d\u00fcnyan\u0131n yok olma zaman\u0131na i\u015faret eden \u00e2yetler bu t\u00fcrdendir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bunlar\u0131n vakitlerini Ancak Allah teala bilmektedir. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fte olan \u00e2limler, m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131 bilinmeyen \u00e2yetlere “M\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetler” dinelimesinin sebebi olarak \u015funlar\u0131 zikretmi\u015flerdir. “Allah teala, baz\u0131 surelerin ba\u015flar\u0131nda bulunan gibi mukattaa harflere m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetler “Birbirine benzeyen \u00e2yetler” ismini vermi\u015ftir. Zira bu \u00e2yetlerin laf\u0131zlar\u0131 birbirine benzemekte ve c\u00fcmlelerin hesa\u00adb\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan Ebced hesab\u0131n\u0131n harflerine mutab\u0131k olmaktad\u0131rlar. Resululiah\u0131n d\u00f6neminde ya\u015fayan Yahudilerden bir topluluk bu gibi harfleri, Ebced hesab\u0131yla hesaplayarak \u0130si amin ve M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n ne kadar devam edece\u011fini, Hz. m\u0131\u0131ham-medin ve \u00fcmmetinin ne zaman ortadan kalkaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte Allah teala bu gibi insanlar\u0131n hayal ettikleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri reddetmi\u015f, onlar\u0131n iddialar\u0131n\u0131 yalanlam\u0131\u015f ve onlara bildirmi\u015ftir ki: Bu gibi m\u00fcte\u015fabih harfler arac\u0131\u00adl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u015feyleri bilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 bo\u015funad\u0131r. Abdullahtan nakledilen bu son g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Zira Allah teala, Peygamberi Mu\u00adhammed (s.a.v.) e indirmi\u015f oldu\u011fu b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e2yetlerini, ona ve \u00fcmmetine bir a\u00e7\u0131kla\u00adma ve b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e2lemlere bir yol g\u00f6sterici olarak indirmi\u015ftir. Kur’an\u0131n i\u00e7inde insan\u00adlar\u0131n muhta\u00e7 olmad\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e2yetlerin bulunmas\u0131 veya muhta\u00e7 olduklar\u0131 hakle m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131n\u0131 bilmeye imk\u00e2nlar\u0131 bulunmayan bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u00e2yetlerin bulunmas\u0131 asla caiz g\u00f6r\u00fclemez. Madem ki durum b\u00f6yledir, o halde Kur’an-\u0131 Kerimde bulunan b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e2yetlere, Allah’\u0131n kullar\u0131 muhta\u00e7t\u0131rlar. O \u00e2yetleri anlamak zorundad\u0131rlar. Ancak, bu \u00e2yetlerin baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 anlamak kolayd\u0131r di\u011fer bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u00e2yetler vard\u0131r ki onlar\u0131n m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131ndan bir \u00e7ok y\u00f6nlerini anlamaya insanlar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lan var iken yine o m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131n baz\u0131 y\u00f6nlerini anlamaya insanlar\u0131n ihtiya\u00e7lan yoktur. Mesela \u015fu \u00e2yet-i kerime bu kabildendir.” “…Rabbinin al\u00e2metlerinden bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n geldi\u00ad\u011fi g\u00fcn, daha \u00f6nce inanmam\u0131\u015f veya iman\u0131yla bir iyilik kazanmam\u0131\u015f olan bir nef\u00adse, iman fayda vermeyecektir. Burada kullar\u0131n bilmeye muhta\u00e7 olduklar\u0131 m\u00e2n\u00e2, tevbenin fayda verdi\u011fi vaktin s\u0131fat\u0131n\u0131 bilmeleridir. Resulullah da bunu a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Burada kullar\u0131n, tevbenin fayda vermeyece\u011fi zaman\u0131, y\u0131l\u0131, ay\u0131 ve g\u00fcnleriyle s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olmaya ihtiya\u00e7lan olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan Allah teala onlara bu gibi zamanlan bildirmemi\u015f, Resulullah da onlara a\u00e7\u0131klamam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zira, bunu bilmeleri onlara ne tlini y\u00f6nden ne de d\u00fcnya a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan herhangi bir fayda sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte Allah tealan\u0131n, \u00e2yetlerin m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131ndan kendi nezdinde sakl\u0131 tuttu\u011fu ve kullarana \u00f6\u011fretmedi\u011fi m\u00e2n\u00e2nalar bu gibi m\u00e2n\u00e2lard\u0131r. Yahudiler de, mukattaa harfler ve bu gibi m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131 bilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klanndan Allah teala, onlara bu gibi m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131 bilemeyeceklerini ve bunla-n ancak kendisinin bildi\u011fini beyan etmi\u015ftir. Evet, m\u00fcte\u015fabih olan \u00e2yetler daha \u00f6nce zikretti\u011fimiz gibi \u0130san\u0131n inmesini belirten, g\u00fcne\u015fin bat\u0131dan do\u011fmas\u0131n\u0131 bil\u00addiren, k\u0131yametin kopaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 haber veren vb. \u00e2yetlerdir. Bunlann ifade ettikleri vakitlerin ne zaman gelece\u011fi bilinmemektedir. Bunlann bilgisi ancak A\u0130laha ait\u00adtir. Bunlann d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bulunan b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e2yetler ise muhkemdir. Muhkem \u00e2yetler, ya herkesin anlayabilece\u011fi \u015fekilde a\u00e7\u0131k ve se\u00e7iktirler veya bir\u00e7ok \u015fekilde tefsir edi-lebilcek mahiyettedirler. Bu m\u00e2n\u00e2lan ya bizzat Allah teala a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r veya Hz. Muhammed, onlar\u0131 \u00fcmmetine izah etmi\u015ftir. Bu itibarla bunlann m\u00e2n\u00e2lan, \u00fcm\u00admetin \u00e2limlerine gizli kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.\u00a0\u00a0 .<\/p>\n

Ayet-i kerimede “Muhkem \u00e2yetler, kitab\u0131n anas\u0131d\u0131r (esas\u0131d\u0131r)” Duyurul\u00admaktad\u0131r. M\u00fcfessirler bu ifadeden neyin kastedildi\u011fi hakk\u0131nda iki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f zikretmislerdir.<\/p>\n

a-<\/strong> Baz\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re bunlara “Kitab\u0131n anas\u0131d\u0131r” denmesinin seebi farzlar\u0131n, cezalar\u0131n ve di\u011fer h\u00fck\u00fcmlerin onlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde olmas\u0131ndand\u0131r. \u00c2yet-i kerimede ge\u00e7en ve “Kalblerdeki e\u011frilik” diye terc\u00fcme edilen kelimesi, Muhammed b. Abdullah b. Abbas bu ifadeyi \u015f\u00f6yle izah etmi\u015ftir. Kalblerinde haktan sap\u00adma e\u011filimi bulunan insanlar, muhkem olan \u00e2yetleri m\u00fcte\u015fabih olan \u00e2yetlere g\u00f6\u00adre, m\u00fcte\u015fabih olan \u00e2yetleri de muhkem olan \u00e2yetlere g\u00f6re yorumlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r\u00adlar. B\u00f6ylece insanlann kafalar\u0131n\u0131 kan\u015ft\u0131n-nak isterler. Allah da onlar\u0131n kafalar\u0131n\u0131 kan\u015ft\u0131nr.<\/p>\n

Muhammed b. Buna g\u00f6re Kur’an\u0131n bir yerinde ge\u00e7en bir \u00e2yetle amel eden kimse cehennem azab\u0131na u\u011frat\u0131lmakla tehdit edilmek\u00adte, ba\u015fka bir yerde zikredilen bir \u00e2yette ayn\u0131 ameli i\u015fleyene herhangi bir ceza vaadedilmemektedir. Bu nas\u0131l olur?” derler ve b\u00f6ylece insanlar\u0131 sapt\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u00ad\u015f\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n

M\u00fcfessirler bu \u00e2yette zikredilen ve kalblerinde haktan sapma iste\u011fi bu\u00adlundu\u011fu bildirilen ki\u015filerden kimlerin kastedildi\u011fi hususunda \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler zikretmi\u015flerdir:<\/p>\n

a-<\/strong> Rebi’ b. Enes, bunlar\u0131n, Resulullaha gelen Necran Hr\u0131stiyanlan olduk\u00adlar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir. Bu hususta Rebi’nin \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi\u011fi rivayet edilmektedir.” Necran Hristiyanlar\u0131n\u0131n heyeti Resulullaha gelmi\u015f, onunla tart\u0131\u015fmaya girmi\u015f ve \u015f\u00f6yle demi\u015flerdir: “Sen, \u0130samn, Allah’\u0131n s\u00f6z\u00fc ve ruhu oldu\u011funu zannetmiyor musun?”. Resulullah onlara “Evet o \u00f6yledir.” demi\u015ftir. Hristiyanlar da “Senin bu s\u00f6z\u00fcn bizim i\u00e7in k\u00e2fidir.” demi\u015fler, i\u015fte bunun \u00fczerine Allah teala “Kalble\u00adrinde e\u011frilik bulunanlar, fitne \u00e7\u0131karmak ve arzular\u0131na g\u00f6re a\u00e7\u0131klamak niyetiyle Kur’an\u0131n, m\u00fcte\u015fabih olan \u00e2yetlerine uyarlar.” \u00e2yetini indirmi\u015ftir. Ba\u015fka bir \u00e2yetinde de buyurmu\u015ftur ki: “Allah kat\u0131nda \u0130samn durumu da \u00c2demin durumu<\/p>\n

gibidir. Allah \u00c2demi topraktan yaratt\u0131. Sonra da ona “Ol” dedi ve o da Oluver\u00addi<\/p>\n

b-<\/strong> Di\u011fer bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u00e2limlere g\u00f6re ise, \u00e2yetin bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde zikredilen, sap\u00adma duygusu ta\u015f\u0131yan insanlardan maksat, Yasirb. Ahtab, Huyey b. Ahtab gibi Resulullah\u0131n ve \u00fcmmetinin ne kadar devam edece\u011fini gibi mukattaa harflerden \u00e7\u0131kannaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan Yahudilerdir. \u0130\u015fte Allah teala bu Yahudiler hakk\u0131nda \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur: “Kalblerinde hidayeten sapma iste\u011fi bulunan bu Yahudiler, \u00e7e\u015fitli y\u00f6nlere \u00e7ekilebilen mukattaa harflerini te’vil etme\u00adye geri\u015ftiler. Bundan maksatlar\u0131 fitne \u00e7\u0131karmak ve heva ve heveslerine g\u00f6re \u00e2yetleri yorumlamakt\u0131r.”<\/p>\n

c-<\/strong> Katade ve Hz. Ai\u015feden nakledilen di\u011fer bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re \u00e2yetin bu b\u00f6\u00adl\u00fcm\u00fcnde zikredilen “Kalblerinde sapma duygusu bulunan ki\u015filer “deri, ‘maksat, Kur’an-\u0131 Kerimin \u00e7e\u015fitli te’villere ihtimali bulunan \u00e2yetlerini yanl\u0131\u015f bir \u015fekilde yorumlayarak Resulullah\u0131n getirdi\u011fi dine bid’at sokmak isteyen her insand\u0131r. Bu hususta Katadenin \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi\u011fi rivayet edilmektedir. Katatle: “Kalblerinde e\u011frilik bulunanlar, fitne \u00e7\u0131karmak ve arzular\u0131na g\u00f6re a\u00e7\u0131klamak niyetiyle Kur’an\u0131n m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetlerine uyarlar” \u00e2yetini okuduktan sonra demi\u015ftir ki: “\u015ea\u00adyet, Haruriye (Harici) f\u0131rkas\u0131 ve Sebeiyye f\u0131rkas\u0131 bu insanlardan sayilmazlarsa ba\u015fka kimler say\u0131lacakt\u0131r? Yemin olsun ki, Bedir sava\u015f\u0131na kat\u0131lan, Hudeybiye-de Resulullah ile birlikte Biat-i R\u0131dvan’\u0131 yapan muhacirlerde ve Ensarda, bilgi edinmek i\u00e7in yeteri kadar haber, \u00f6\u011f\u00fct almak isteyen i\u00e7in yeteri kadar \u00f6\u011f\u00fct bulunmaktad\u0131r. Yeter ki ki\u015fi, akl\u0131n\u0131 kullan\u0131p g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7s\u0131n. \u015e\u00fcphesiz ki Hariciler, Medinede, Samda ve Irakta Resulullah\u0131n sahabileri bulundu\u011fu bir zamanda M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar. O g\u00fcn Resulullah\u0131n han\u0131mlar\u0131 da hayattayd\u0131. Valla\u00adhi, sahabilerden ve Resulullah\u0131n han\u0131mlar\u0131ndan ne bir erkek ne de bir kad\u0131n Ha\u00adricilere kat\u0131ld\u0131. Onlar, Haricilerin durumlar\u0131n\u0131 tasvip etmiyorlar ve onlara mey\u00adletmiyorlard\u0131. Bilakis onlar, Resullah\u0131n, daha sonra ortaya \u00e7\u0131kacak olan bu in\u00adsanlar\u0131 ay\u0131plad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve onlar\u0131 s\u0131fatlar\u0131yla tan\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 anlat\u0131yorlard\u0131. Evet, sahabi-ler, Haricilere kalberiyle bu\u011fzediyor, dilleri ile yeriyor onlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131ktan za\u00adman elleriyle de sert davran\u0131yorlard\u0131. Yemin olsun ki e\u011fer Haricilerin tutumlar\u0131, do\u011fru bir yol olsayd\u0131 onlar \u00fcmmetle birle\u015firdi. Fakat onlar\u0131n yollan sap\u0131kl\u0131kt\u0131. Bu nedenle aynl\u0131\u011fa d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcler. Evet, herhangi bir husus Allah’\u0131n g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi h\u00fc\u00adk\u00fcmler d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki bir \u015feyden kaynaklan\u0131rsa, o hususta \u00e7ok\u00e7a ihtilaf edildi\u011fini g\u00f6\u00adr\u00fcrs\u00fcn. Hariciler, uzun zamandan beri bu i\u015fi istiyorlard\u0131. Onlar bu i\u015fte ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olabildiler mi? S\u00fcbbahallah… Bu kavmin sonra gelenleri, daha \u00f6nce ge\u00e7mi\u015f olanlardan nas\u0131l oluyor da ibret alm\u0131yorlar? \u015eayet onlar hidayet \u00fczere olsayd\u0131lar. Allah onlan galip getirir ve ba\u015far\u0131ya ula\u015ft\u0131nrd\u0131, onlara yad\u0131m ederdi. Fakat onlar b\u00e2t\u0131l \u00fczere olduklan i\u00e7in Allah onlan yalanlad\u0131 ve ayaklan\u0131n kayd\u0131rd\u0131. G\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u00adn\u00fcz gibi Hariciler, her ba\u015flann\u0131 kald\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131nda Allah onlann delillerini \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fct\u00adm\u00fc\u015f, konu\u015ftuklar\u0131n\u0131 yalanlam\u0131\u015f ve kanlann\u0131 ak\u0131tm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bat\u0131l d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerini i\u00e7le\u00adrinde gizlediklerinde de bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri kalbelerinde bir yaraya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f ve kendileri i\u00e7in bir \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fc kayna\u011f\u0131 olmu\u015ftur. E\u011fer onlar bunu a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa vuracak olur\u00adlarsa Allah onlar\u0131n kanlann\u0131 ak\u0131tmaktad\u0131r. Allaha yemin olsun ki onlar\u0131n edin\u00addikleri din k\u00f6t\u00fc bir dindir, Siz ondan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n. Allaha yemin olsun ki Yahudilik bid’attir, Hristiyanl\u0131k bid’att\u0131r. Sebeilik bid’att\u0131r. Bunlar ne Allah’\u0131n kitab\u0131nda ne de Peygamberin s\u00fcnnetinde bulunan \u015feylerdir.<\/p>\n

Bu \u00e2yetin izah\u0131nda Hz. Ai\u015fenin de \u015funlan s\u00f6yledi\u011fi rivayet edilmektedir.<\/p>\n

Resulullah: “Sana kitab\u0131 indiren o’dur. O kitab\u0131n bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u00e2yetleri muhkemdir, (m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r) bu \u00e2yetler kitab\u0131n anas\u0131dir. (esas\u0131d\u0131r) Di\u011fer bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u00e2yetleri de m\u00fcte\u015fabihtir (anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7t\u00fcr) Kalblerinde e\u011firilik bulunanlar, fit\u00adne \u00e7\u0131karmak ve arzular\u0131na g\u00f6re a\u00e7\u0131klamak niyetiyle m\u00fcte\u015fabih olanlar\u0131na uyar\u00adlar. Oysa bunlar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 sadece Allah bilir. \u0130limde ileri gitmi\u015f olanlar ise “Biz bunlara iman ettik. Hepsi rabbimiz kat\u0131ndad\u0131r.” derler. Bunlar\u0131 ancak ak\u0131l sahipleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr.” \u00e2yetini okudu ve sonra \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu: “Ey Ai\u015fe, sen, kitab\u0131n m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetlerine uyanlar\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn zaman bil ki, i\u015fte A\u0130lah\u0131n zikretti\u011fi kimseler onlard\u0131r. Siz onlardan ka\u00e7m\u0131n<\/p>\n

Taberi diyor ki: “Ayetin zahiri g\u00f6steriyor ki bu \u00e2yet, Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2’n\u0131n, Resulullaha indirdi\u011fi m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetlere dayanarak Resulullah ile tart\u0131\u015fmaya giri\u00ad\u015fen kimseler hakk\u0131nda inmi\u015ftir. Bu tart\u0131\u015fma Hz. \u0130sa hakk\u0131nda veya ResuUillahin ve \u00fcmmetinin \u00f6mr\u00fc hakk\u0131ndaki tart\u0131\u015fmad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc “Bunlar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 sade\u00adce Allah bilir.” ifadesi g\u00f6stermektedir ki, Resulullah ile tart\u0131\u015fmaya giri\u015fenkim-seler, m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetlere dayanarak bilmek istedikleri zaman\u0131 (i\u011frenmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u00adm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Ayet-i kerimede “Fitne \u00e7\u0131karmak i\u00e7in m\u00fcte\u015fabih olanlar\u0131na uyarlar” buy-rulmaktad\u0131r. Burada zikredilen “Fitne”den maksat, “Allaha ortak ko\u015fmak”t\u0131r. Yani, kalblerinde sap\u0131kl\u0131k bulunanlar Allaha ortak ko\u015fmak istedikleri i\u00e7in m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lamayan m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetlere uyarlar.” demektir.<\/p>\n

M\u00fccahid ve Muhammed b. Cafere g\u00f6re ise buradaki fitne”den maksat, \u015f\u00fcphe sokmak ve insanlar\u0131n kafalar\u0131n\u0131 kan\u015ft\u0131nnakt\u0131r. Yani, kalblerinde sap\u0131kl\u0131k bulunanlar, Kur’an\u0131n, \u00e7e\u015fitli m\u00e2n\u00e2lara yorumlamaya m\u00fcsait bulunan m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetlerine tabi olurlar ki, insanlar\u0131n kafalar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rs\u0131nlar, b\u00f6ylece kalblerinde bulunan b\u00e2t\u0131l d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelere bir delil bulabilsinler.<\/p>\n

Taberi de bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn daha evla oldu\u011funu beyan etmi\u015ftir. \u00c2yetin kinler hakk\u0131nda indi\u011fi hususunda da \u00d6zetle \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6ylem i\u015ftir: “Her ne kadar bu \u00e2yet, yukar\u0131da zikretti\u011fimiz m\u00fc\u015frikler hakk\u0131nda inmi\u015fse de, Kur’an\u0131n m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetlerini te’vil ederek hak ehline kar\u015f\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmaya giri\u015fen, muhkem \u00e2yetleri b\u0131\u00adrak\u0131p m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetleri alarak m\u00fcminlerin kafas\u0131n\u0131 kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran, b\u00f6ylece A\u0130lah\u0131n dinine bid’at sokmak isteyen her bid’at\u00e7\u0131 bu \u00e2yetin kapsam\u0131na girmektedir. Bu bid’at ister Hristiyanh\u011fa tabi olanlar taraf\u0131ndan ortaya at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olsun isterse Ya\u00adhudili\u011fe tabi olanlar taraf\u0131ndan,ister Mecusiler taraf\u0131ndan ortaya at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olsun, isterse Sebeiler taraf\u0131ndan, ister Hariciler taraf\u0131ndan ortaya at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olsun isterse kaderi ink\u00e2r eden Kaderiyeciler veya C\u00fcheymi\u00eeer taraf\u0131ndan. Nitekim Resullah bu hususta:<\/p>\n

“Ey Ai\u015fe sen, kitab\u0131n m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetlerine uyanlar\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn zaman bil ki i\u015fte Allahm zikretti\u011fi kimseler onlard\u0131r. Siz onlardan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n. buyurmu\u015f\u00adtur.” Taberi s\u00f6zlerine devamla diyor ki: “Fitne kelimesinin izah\u0131nda, bundan maksad\u0131n, \u015f\u00fcphe sokmak ve insanlar\u0131n kafas\u0131n\u0131 kan\u015ft\u0131rak oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc tercih edip te bundan maksad\u0131n Allaha ortak ko\u015fmak oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc tercih etmeyi\u015fimizin sebebi \u015fudur: Zaten bu \u00e2yet-i kerime, m\u00fc\u015frikler hakk\u0131nda inmi\u015ftir. M\u00fc\u015friklerin, tekrar m\u00fc\u015frikli\u011fe d\u00f6nmek istemeleri s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fildir. Halbuki onlar\u0131n, m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetleri yorumlayarak insanlar\u0131n kalbine baz\u0131 \u015f\u00fcpheleri sokmalar\u0131 ve m\u00fcminlerin kafalar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131, kendilerinden beklenen davran\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu itibarla fitneyi bu son anlamda yorumlamak daha evlad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u00c2yet-i kerimede “Arzular\u0131na g\u00f6re a\u00e7\u0131klamak (Te’vil etmek) niyetiyle m\u00fc\u00adte\u015fabih olanlara uyarlar.” buyrul m aktad\u0131r. M\u00fcfessirler, m\u00fc\u015friklerin, m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetleri, hangi \u015fekliyle te’vil ettikleri takdirde heva ve heveslerine g\u00f6re te’vil et\u00admi\u015f olcaklan hususunda farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler zikretmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n

a-<\/strong> Abdullah b. Abbasa g\u00f6re buradaki te’v\u00fcden maksat, Yahudilerin Kur’andaki gibi mukattaa harfleri, c\u00fcmlelerin hesab\u0131nda kulandan Ebced hesab\u0131yla hesap yaparak Hz. Muhamme-din ve \u00fcmetinin \u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc bilmek istemeleridir. Yani, k\u0131yametin ne zaman kopa\u00adca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tesbit etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

b-<\/strong> S\u00fcddiye g\u00f6re ise buradaki te’vilden maksat, bir k\u0131s\u0131m insanlar\u0131n neshe-dici son h\u00fck\u00fcmlerin gelmesinden \u00d6nce onlar\u0131n ne zaman geleceklerini bilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

c-<\/strong> Muhammed b. Cafer b. Z\u00fcbeyre g\u00f6re ise buradaki te’vilden maksat, Kur’an-\u0131 Kerimin, \u00e7e\u015fitli yorumlara m\u00fcsait olan m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetlerini, kalblerin\u00adde sapma bulunanlar\u0131n sap\u0131kl\u0131klar\u0131 do\u011frultusunda yorumlan\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Taberiye g\u00f6re ise, buradaki te’vilden maksat, Abdullah b. Abbas ve S\u00fcd-dinin dedi\u011fi gibi, m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetleri, gelece\u011fe ait vakitleri bilmek i\u00e7in te’vil et\u00admektir. Zira Allah teala, yap\u0131lan bu te’vili, kendisinden ba\u015fka kimsenin bilemeyece\u011fini beyan etmi\u015ftir. Allah tealadan ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n bilmeyece\u011fi \u015feyler ise, daha \u00f6nce de beyan edildi\u011fi gibi, gelecekle ilgili vakit ve olaylard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u00c2yet-i kerimede “Oysa bunlar\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131 (te’vlini) sadece Allah bilir. \u0130limde ileri gitmi\u015f olanlar ise “Biz bunlara iman ettik, hepsi rabbimiz kat\u0131ndan-d\u0131r.” derler. Buyrulmaktad\u0131r. M\u00fcfessirler bu ifadey\u00ee iki \u015fekilde izah etmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n

a-<\/strong> Hz. Ai\u015fe, Abdullah b. Abbas, Urve b. Z\u00fcbeyr, \u00d6mer b. Abd\u00fclaziz ve Malikin bu \u00e2yet-i kerimeyi mealde zikredildi\u011fi \u015fekilde tefsir ettikleri rivayet edilmektedir. Bunlara g\u00f6re \u00e2yetin m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yledir: “Bu m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetlerin te’vi\u00eeini yaln\u0131zca Allah bilir. \u0130limde ileri gidenler bilmezler. Onlar, bu gibi \u00e2yetlere iman ettiklerini bildirirler.<\/p>\n

b-<\/strong> Yine Abdullah b. Abbas, M\u00fccahid, Rebi’ b. Enes ve Muhammed b. Caferden nakledilen di\u011fer bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re \u00e2yetin bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn te’vili \u015f\u00f6yledir. “M\u00fcte\u015fabih olan \u00e2yetlerin te’vi\u00eeini ancak Allah ve ilimde ileri gitmi\u015f olanlar bi\u00adlir. \u0130limde ileri gitmi\u015f olanlar, onlar\u0131n te’villerini bilmeleriyle birlikte, “Biz bun\u00adlar\u0131n hepsinin rabbimizin kat\u0131ndan oldu\u011funa iman ettik.” derler.<\/p>\n

G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi birinci g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fte olanlar, c\u00fcmlenin “Bunun te’vi\u00eeini ancak Allah bilir.” ifadesiyle bitti\u011fini “\u0130limde ileri gidenler” ifadesinin yeni bir c\u00fcmle oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemi\u015flerdir. \u0130kinci g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fte olanlar ise, “Bunun te’vi\u00eeini ancka Allah bilir.” ifadesiyle c\u00fcmlenin bitmedi\u011fini, ilimde ileri gidenlerin de “Allah” lafz\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olan edatla ba\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bu itibarla, m\u00fcte\u015fabih olan \u00e2yetlerin m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131n\u0131 hem Allah tealan\u0131n hem de ilimde ileri gidenlerin bildi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015flerdir. Taberi birinci g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc tercih etmi\u015f ve ilimde ileri gidenlerin, m\u00fcte\u015fabih \u00e2yetlerin te’villerini bilmeyeceklerini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir. Taberi, “Te’vil” kelimesinin Arap\u00e7ada m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131n\u0131n, “Tefsir etmek, ba\u015f vurmak, bir \u015feyin neticesinf almak” m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131na geldi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015f ve buna dair Arap edebiyat\u0131ndan \u015fiir \u00f6rnekleri g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u00c2yet-i kerimede ge\u00e7en ve “\u0130limde ileri gidenler” diye terc\u00fcme edilen ifadesinden maksat, “Sa\u011flam bilgi elde eden, bilgi-<\/p>\n

lerini kuvvetlice ezberleyen ve bilgilerine \u015fek ve \u015f\u00fcphe katmayan \u00e2limlerdir.” Ebudderda ve Ebu \u00dcmame el-B\u00e2hil\u00ee Resulullahtan” sars\u0131lmaz \u015fekilde sa\u011flam olan” kimdir? diye soruldu\u011funu, Resulullah\u0131n da: “O, yeminini yerine getiren, lisan\u0131 do\u011fruyu s\u00f6yleyen, kalbi s\u00f6yledi\u011fine g\u00f6re do\u011fru olan ve karn\u0131 iffetli oland\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte “\u0130lmi sars\u0131lmaz derecede sa\u011flam olan bu\u00addur.” buyurdu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n
