18-<\/strong> G\u00fcnah i\u015fleyip tc kendisine \u00f6l\u00fcm gelince “\u015eimdi tevbe ettim.” di\u00adyenler ile k\u00e2fir olarak \u00f6lenlerin tevbesi kabul olmaz. \u0130\u015fte bunlar i\u00e7in canyak\u0131c\u0131 bir azap haz\u0131rlad\u0131k.<\/p>\n

Allaha isyanda \u0131srar edip sonra \u00f6l\u00fcm gelip kendisine \u00e7att\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u00f6lece\u011fini hissederek “\u015eimdi ben tevbe ettim.” diyenler ile k\u00e2fir olarak \u00f6lenlerin tevbeleri Allah kat\u0131nda, kabul edilen tevbelerden de\u011fildir. Biz, i\u015fte onlar i\u00e7in can yak\u0131c\u0131 bir azap haz\u0131rlad\u0131k.<\/p>\n

* Kul, \u00f6i\u00fcm sarho\u015flu\u011fu halindeyken, can\u0131n\u0131 almak isteyen mele\u011fi ve di\u00ad\u011fer varl\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcr de “\u015eimdi ben tevbe ettim.” derse b\u00f6yle tevbeler Allah ka\u00adt\u0131nda makbul de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

Nitekim Abdullah b. \u00d6mer, Resulullah (s.a.v.)in \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu\u011funu riva\u00adyet etmektedir.<\/p>\n

“\u015e\u00fcphesiz ki Allah, kulunun tevbesini, can \u00e7eki\u015fme haline d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcp bo\u011faz\u0131\u00adna h\u0131r\u0131lt\u0131lar gelmeden evvel kabul [1]<\/sup><\/a>[40]<\/sup><\/p>\n

M\u00fcfessirler “G\u00fcnah i\u015fleyip te kendisine \u00d6l\u00fcm gelince ‘\u015fimdi tevbe ettim’ diyenler.” ifadesinde zikredilen ki\u015filerden kimlerin kastedildi\u011fi hususunda \u00e7e\u015fit\u00adli g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler zikretmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n

a-<\/strong> Rebi’ b. Enese g\u00f6re burada i\u015faret edilen kimseler m\u00fcnaf\u0131klard\u0131r. Zira bundan \u00d6nceki \u00e2yette m\u00fcminlerin, \u00e2yetin bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde m\u00fcnaf\u0131klar\u0131n ve sonun\u00adda da k\u00e2firlerin tevbe etme durumlar\u0131 zikredilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

b-<\/strong> S\u00fcfyan es-Sevriye g\u00f6re ise burada i\u015faret edilen ki\u015filerden maksat, m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlard\u0131r. Zira m\u00fcnaf\u0131klar\u0131n da dahil olduklar\u0131 k\u00e2firlerin tevbe etme du\u00adrumlar\u0131 \u00e2yetin sonunda zikredilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

c-<\/strong> Abdullah b. Abbasa g\u00f6re ise \u00e2yetin bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde zikredilen ki\u015filerden maksat, m\u00fcsl\u00fcm ani ard\u0131r. Ancak \u00e2yetin bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc neshedilmi\u015ftir. Zira Allah te-a\u00eea bu \u00e2yetten sonra “\u015e\u00fcphesiz ki Allah, kendisine ortak ko\u015fanlar\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131\u015flamaz. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda diledi\u011fini ba\u011f\u0131\u015flar, [2]<\/a>[41]<\/sup> \u00e2yetini indinni\u015ftir. K\u00e2fir olarak \u00f6lenlere affedilmeyi haram k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, tevhid ehlinin tevbesini ise kendi iradesine ba\u011flam\u0131\u015f\u00adt\u0131r. Onlan, af hususunda \u00fcmitsizli\u011fe d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Taberi bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerden ikinci g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f olan S\u00fcfyan es-Sevrinin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn tercihe \u015fayan oldu\u011funu, \u00e2yet-i kerimenin, can venne sarho\u015flu\u011fundaki m\u00fcsl\u00fc-manlann tevbelerinin kabul edilemeyece\u011fini beyan etti\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir. Zira<\/p>\n

m\u00fcnaf\u0131klar\u0131n da ger\u00e7ekten k\u00e2fir olduklar\u0131ndan \u00e2yetin sonunda, tevbeleri kabul edilmedi\u011fi beyan edilen k\u00e2firlere dahil olduklar\u0131n\u0131 bu nedenle \u00e2yetin bu b\u00f6l\u00fc\u00adm\u00fcnden maksad\u0131n m\u00fcnaf\u0131klar oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylendi\u011fi takdirde \u00e2yette yersiz tekrar ol\u00addu\u011fu kabul edilece\u011fini zikretmi\u015ftir. 19-<\/strong> Ey iman edenler, istemedikleri halde kad\u0131nlara zorla v\u00e2ris olma\u00adn\u0131z size helal de\u011fildir. A\u00e7\u0131k bir hayas\u0131zl\u0131k yapmad\u0131k\u00e7a, onlara verdi\u011finizin bir k\u0131sm\u0131m al\u0131p g\u00f6t\u00fcrmeniz i\u00e7in onlar\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131n. Onlara iyilikle mua\u00admele eden. E\u011fer onlardan ho\u015flanm\u0131yorsan\u0131z, olabilir ki ho\u015funuza gitmeyen bir \u015feyde Allah sizin i\u00e7in \u00e7ok hay\u0131r takdir etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Ey iman edenler, akrabalar\u0131n\u0131zdan herhangi biri \u00f6l\u00fcr de geriye han\u0131m\u0131 ka\u00adl\u0131rsa o han\u0131m\u0131 r\u0131zas\u0131 olmadan miras yoluyla, zorla o han\u0131mla evlenmeye kalkma\u00ady\u0131n. Zina, isyank\u00e2rl\u0131k gibi a\u00e7\u0131k bir hayas\u0131zl\u0131k yapmad\u0131k\u00e7a, onlara vem\u0131i\u015f oldu\u00ad\u011funuz mehir ve benzeri \u015feyleri geri almak i\u00e7in onlan s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131n, onlara ezi\u00adyet etmeyin. O kad\u0131nlara iyilikle muamele edin. Allan\u0131n size emretti\u011fi gibi dav\u00adran\u0131n. \u015eayet o kad\u0131nlardan ho\u015flanm\u0131yorsan\u0131z onlar\u0131 hemen bo\u015famay\u0131n, bekle-yin.Belki ho\u015funuza gitmeyen \u015feylerde Allah sizin i\u00e7in \u00e7ok hay\u0131r takdir etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

M\u00fcfessirler, \u00e2yet-i kerimenin “Ey iman edenler, istemedikleri halde zorla kad\u0131nlara varis olman\u0131z size helal de\u011fildir.” b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde zikredilen “Varis olma” ifadesini iki \u015fekilde izah etmi\u015flerdir:<\/p>\n

Abdullah b. Abbas, Sehl b. Haniyf, \u0130krime, Hasan-\u0131 Basri, Ebu Miclez, Ata b. Ebi Rebah, M\u00fccahid, S\u00fcddi, Dehhak, \u0130bn-i Zeyd ve Miksem, burada zik\u00adredilen “V\u00e2ris olma” ifadesinden maksad\u0131n, \u00f6len akraban\u0131n kar\u0131s\u0131yla evlenmeye varis olma anlam\u0131nda oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemi\u015flerdir. Zira cahiliye d\u00f6neminde bir ki\u00ad\u015finin babas\u0131 veya karde\u015fi yahut o\u011flu gibi akrabalar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcr de geriye kans\u0131 kala\u00adcak olursa bu ki\u015fi bu akrablann\u0131n kar\u0131s\u0131yla evlenme hakk\u0131na varis oldu\u011funu kabul eder, onunla, mehir vermeksizin evlenirdi. Veya ba\u015fka birisiyle evlendirir mehirini de kendisi al\u0131rd\u0131. Yahut da \u00f6l\u00fcnceye kadar onun evlenmesine engel olurdu ki kad\u0131n ancak \u00f6len kocas\u0131ndan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 mehiri geri vererek evlenme hak\u00adk\u0131na sahib olabilsin.<\/p>\n

Bu hususta Abdullah b. Abbas diyor ki: “\u0130slamdan \u00f6nceki cahiliye d\u00f6ne\u00adminde bir erkek \u00f6l\u00fcr de geride han\u0131m\u0131 kal\u0131rsa, \u00f6ien ki\u015finin akrabalar\u0131 kendileri\u00adni, o kad\u0131n\u0131 almaya daha lay\u0131k kabul ediyorlard\u0131. \u0130sterlerse kendileri o kad\u0131nlarla evleniyorlar veya ba\u015fkalar\u0131yla evlendiriyorlar, isterlerse de o kad\u0131n\u0131n, \u00f6l\u00fcnceye kadar ba\u015fkalar\u0131yla evlenmesine m\u00e2ni oluyorlard\u0131. \u0130\u015fte bunun \u00fczerine bu \u00e2yet nazil oldu ve bu \u00e2deti yasaklad\u0131.<\/p>\n

b- Abdullah b. Abbas ve Z\u00fchriden nakledilen di\u011fer bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re bura\u00adda zikredilen “V\u00e2ris olma”dan maksat, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n mallar\u0131na zorla v\u00e2ris olmad\u0131r. Zira, cahiliye d\u00f6neminde, kad\u0131nlar istemedikleri halde velileri onlar\u0131n evlenme\u00adlerine engel oluyor, evlerinde hapsediyorlard\u0131. Ta ki \u00f6ld\u00fcklerinde onlar\u0131n miras\u00adlar\u0131na sahibolsunlar.<\/p>\n

Bu hususta da Abdullah b. Abbas diyor ki: “Ki\u015fi \u00f6l\u00fcr de geriye kansi ka\u00adlacak olursa, \u00d6len adam\u0131n akrabas\u0131 gelir, elbisesini o kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerine atar b\u00f6yle\u00adce ba\u015fkalar\u0131na engel olurdu. E\u011fer kad\u0131n g\u00fczel ise onunla evlenirdi. \u00c7irkin ise, \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde mal\u0131na miras\u00e7\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in onu evinde haphsederdi.<\/p>\n

Taberi diyor ki: “Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerden, tercihe \u015fayan olan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, burada zikre\u00addilen v\u00e2ris olmadan maksad\u0131n, akrabalar\u0131n kanlar\u0131n\u0131n nik\u00e2hlar\u0131na varis oldu\u011fu\u00adnu s\u00f6yleyen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. B\u00f6ylece Allah teala, ki\u015finin, evlendi\u011fi han\u0131m\u0131ndan faydalanma hakk\u0131n\u0131n, \u00f6lme\u00adsiyle sona ermi\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bu faydalanma hakk\u0131n\u0131n di\u011fer e\u015fyalardan fayda\u00adlanma hakk\u0131 gibi, miras\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131na intikal etmeyece\u011fini beyan etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Ayet-i kerimede ge\u00e7en ve “Kad\u0131nlara verdiklerinizin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131p g\u00f6\u00adt\u00fcrmeniz i\u00e7in onlar\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131n.” \u015feklindeki terc\u00fcme edilen ifade m\u00fcfessirler taraf\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 \u015fekillerde izah edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

a-<\/strong> Abdullah b. Abbas, Ha\u015fan-\u0131 Basri ve \u0130krirne gibi bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u00e2limlere g\u00f6\u00adre burada hitap, \u00d6len erke\u011fin miras\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r. Ve bu ifadeden maksat \u015fudur: Ey \u00f6len erkeklerin miras\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131 siz, \u00f6len akraban\u0131z\u0131n sa\u011f kalan kar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, kocas\u0131ndan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 mehire miras\u00e7\u0131 olman\u0131z i\u00e7in onun evlenmesine engel olup onu \u00f6l\u00fcnceye kadar hapsetmeyin.”<\/p>\n

Abdullah b. Abbas, Katade, Said b. C\u00fcbeyr, S\u00fcddi ve Dehhaktan nakledilen di\u011fer bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re burada hitap kocalarad\u0131r ve bu ifadeden maksat \u015fudur: “Ey insanlar, sizler, kendilerine ihtiya\u00e7 hissetmedi\u011finiz kad\u0131nlar\u0131 istemeyerek nik\u00e2hniz alt\u0131nda tutup, kendilerine verdi\u011finiz mahirleri tekrar size iade etmeleri i\u00e7in onlar\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131n.<\/p>\n

Bu hususta Abdullah b. Abbas diyor ki: Ki\u015fi evlendi\u011fi han\u0131m\u0131 sevmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in ondan ayr\u0131lmak ister fakat verdi\u011fi mehiri geri almak i\u00e7in aynim ad an \u00d6nce onu s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r veya herhangi bir eziyette bulunursa, o ki\u015fi i\u015fte bu \u00e2yetin muhata\u00adb\u0131d\u0131r. Allah teala, b\u00f6yle davranmay\u0131 yasaklam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

c-<\/strong> M\u00fccahide g\u00f6re ise, buradaki hitap, kad\u0131nlann veli telinedir. Allah teala, Bakara suresinin iki y\u00fcz otuz ikinci \u00e2yetinde, velilere, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n evlenmelerine engel olmalar\u0131n\u0131 yasaklad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi bu \u00e2yette de velilere, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n evlenmelerine engel olmalar\u0131n\u0131 yasaklam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

d-<\/strong> \u0130bn-i Zeyde g\u00f6re ise, \u00e2yetin bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcndeki hitap, kar\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 bo\u015fayan kocalar\u0131na aittir. Zira, Mekkede bulunan Kurey\u015fliler, \u015ferefli kad\u0131nlarla evleni\u00adyorlar sonra da ge\u00e7inemedik\u00eeeri oluyordu. Bu takdirde koca kendisi izin verme\u00adden, ba\u015fkas\u0131yla evlenemeyece\u011fine dair kad\u0131ndan yaz\u0131l\u0131 bir belge al\u0131yordu. Bir kimse gelip o kad\u0131nla evlenmek isteyecek olursa kad\u0131n, bir \u015feyler vererek eski kocas\u0131n\u0131 raz\u0131 ederse kad\u0131n\u0131n evlenmesine m\u00fcsaade ederdi. Aksi takdirde onun evlenmesine engel olurdu. \u0130\u015fte bu \u00e2yet-i kerime indi ve kanlan\u0131n bo\u015fayan koca\u00adlar\u0131n b\u00f6yle davranmalar\u0131n\u0131 yasaklad\u0131.<\/p>\n

Taberi diyor ki: “Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerden tercihe \u015fayan olan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, buradaki hita\u00adb\u0131n, evli olan kocalara yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Allah teala, kar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 sev\u00admedi\u011fi ve ondan ayr\u0131lmak istedi\u011fi halde, onu bo\u015famayan, sadece verdi\u011fi mehiri geri almas\u0131 i\u00e7in onu nikah\u0131 alt\u0131nda tutan ve onu s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran kocalara, bu \u015fekilde davranmalar\u0131n\u0131 yasaklam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak, kanlan a\u00e7\u0131k bir hayas\u0131zl\u0131k yapt\u0131klar\u0131 tak\u00addirde, b\u00f6yle bir tazyike ba\u015f vurarak verdikleri mehirleri geri alabileceklerine izin vermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Kad\u0131n b\u00f6yle bir su\u00e7 i\u015fle\u00admi\u015f olursa kocan\u0131n, kar\u0131s\u0131na bask\u0131 yaparak, vermi\u015f oldu\u011fu mehiri geri almas\u0131 caizdir. Kad\u0131na verilecek zina cezas\u0131 ayr\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

b-<\/strong> Abdullah b. Abbas, Miksem, Dehhak, Katade ve Ata b. (\u0130stemedi\u011finiz kimseleri izniniz olmadan evlerinize kabul etmemeleridir.
