Allah\u2019\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve birli\u011fini ispatta \u00e7e\u015fitli\nvesilelerle , g\u00f6klerin ve yerin , insanlar ve di\u011fer varl\u0131klar\u0131n yarat\u0131lmalar\u0131\nhususunda akli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye davet etmi\u015ftir . B\u00f6ylece \u0130slam , g\u00f6zlerin g\u00f6r\u00fcp\nkulaklar\u0131n i\u015fitti\u011fi her \u015feyden insan\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye y\u00f6neltmekte ve yaratan\u0131\ntan\u0131yarak hak ve bat\u0131l aras\u0131nda ay\u0131r\u0131m yapabilmelerini temine\n\u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r . <\/p>\n\n\n\n Akl\u0131 h\u00fcr bir\n\u015fekilde kullanmaya ve tefekk\u00fcre te\u015fvikte bulunan pek \u00e7ok ayetler vard\u0131r . <\/p>\n\n\n\n De ki ; g\u00f6klerde ve yerde neler var bak\u0131n . B\u00f6ylelerinin hayvan , hatta hayvanlardan daha sap\u0131k\nolarak nitelemi\u015ftir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00f6yleleri , i\u015fittikleri , s\u00f6yledikleri ve\nyapt\u0131klar\u0131nda ak\u0131llar\u0131yla karar vermemi\u015flerdir . Halbuki ak\u0131l , Allah\u2019\u0131n insan\u0131\ndi\u011fer yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015flardan ay\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 yegane hususiyet ve nimettir . \u0130nsan akl\u0131n\u0131\nkullanmaz , d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnme g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmazsa , hayvanlarla bir ve hatta onlardan\ndaha sap\u0131k olur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Bu ilkeleri\ntespitte Kur\u2019an-\u0131n tespitleri a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r . \u00d6rne\u011fin ; <\/p>\n\n\n\n Onlara , m\u00fc\u015friklere Allah\u2019\u0131n indirdi\u011fine uyun denildi\u011finde onlar ,\nhay\u0131r biz , atalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 \u00fczerinde buldu\u011fumuz \u015feye uyar\u0131z , derler . Ya atalar\u0131\nbir \u015fey anlayamam\u0131\u015f , do\u011fru yolu bulamam\u0131\u015f idiyseler ? O k\u00fcfredenlerin hali\nba\u011f\u0131r\u0131\u015f \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131\u015ftan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey duymayan , anlamayan hayvanlara , durmay\u0131p\nhayk\u0131ran bir \u00e7oban\u0131n haline ne kadar da benziyor . Onlar bir s\u00fcr\u00fc sa\u011f\u0131rlar ,\ndilsizler ve k\u00f6rlerdir , onun i\u00e7in d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmezler . ( Bakara 170 \u2013 171 )<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u0130nsan her hususta\nistedi\u011fi gibi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilir . \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n yasaklad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u015feylerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131\naklen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclse bile , bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceden dolay\u0131 ceza g\u00f6rmez . Sebebiyse , \u0130slam\nhukuku ki\u015fiyi , eyleme ge\u00e7irmedi\u011fi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinden dolay\u0131 sorumlu tutmaz .\nYasaklanan husus , s\u00f6zler ve fiilerdir. Bu yasak s\u00f6z ve fiillerden dolay\u0131 insan\nsorumludur . Nitekim Hz.Muhammed (S.a.v.) ; \u2018\u2019 Yap\u0131p veya konu\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 taktirde\n, milletimin i\u00e7inden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcp vesveseye kap\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131 Allah ba\u011f\u0131\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r \u2018\u2019 (\nBuhari ) demi\u015ftir .<\/p>\n\n\n\n B-) \u0130nan\u00e7 H\u00fcrriyeti <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u0130slam dini , inan\u00e7\nh\u00fcrriyetini serbest b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015f , bunu son haddine kadar korumu\u015f ilk din ve hukuk\nsistemidir . Bu prensibe g\u00f6re , herkes istedi\u011fi inanca sahip olabilir . Hi\u00e7\nkimse ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131 , inanc\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rakmaya yahut ba\u015fka inanc\u0131 benimsemeye veya\ninanc\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamaya zorlayamaz . <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u0130slam , inan\u00e7\nh\u00fcrriyetini tan\u0131rken fiili bir durumla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya idi . \u0130nan\u00e7 h\u00fcrriyetine\ntahamm\u00fcl\u00fc olmayan bir toplumda bu h\u00fcrriyeti , ilan etmekle yetinmemi\u015f , onun\nkorunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in iki usul uygulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r :<\/p>\n\n\n\n I ) \u0130stedi\u011fine inanmakta , terk etmekte , inanc\u0131na g\u00f6re\nhareket etmekte serbest b\u0131rakm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.. Buna g\u00f6re , hi\u00e7 kimsenin bir ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131 ,\nbelli bir inanca benimsemeye veya b\u0131rakt\u0131rmaya zorlama hakk\u0131 yoktur . Hatal\u0131\nbir inan\u00e7 \u00fczere oldu\u011fu bilinen bir ki\u015fi iyi bir \u015fekilde , iyilikle ikna\nedilmeli , inanc\u0131ndaki hatal\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fc kendisine a\u00e7\u0131klanmal\u0131d\u0131r . E\u011fer b\u00f6ylece\ninanc\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirirse mesele yoktur. Fakat inanc\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmeyi kabul\netmedi\u011finde , de\u011fi\u015ftirmesi i\u00e7in zorlanmaz , bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda tutulamaz .\nKendili\u011finden , inanc\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirmeye raz\u0131 olmadan onu tesir alt\u0131nda tutmak\ndo\u011fru de\u011fildir . \u0130nan\u00e7 sahibi ki\u015finin , onun itikad\u0131ndaki hatay\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klay\u0131p , Hakka\nir\u015fadla , hasm\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru yola davette kusur etmemesi k\u00e2fidir . \u2018\u2019 E\u011fer Rabbin dileseydi yery\u00fcz\u00fcndeki\nkimselerin hepsi , topyek\u00fcn elbette iman ederlerdi . B\u00f6yleyken sen , hepsi\nm\u00fc\u2019min olsun diye onlar\u0131 zorlay\u0131p duracak m\u0131s\u0131n ? Kendisini koruyamaz hale gelirse , inanc\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 o\nmemleketten , inanc\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klayabilece\u011fi, inanc\u0131n\u0131 ya\u015fayabildi\u011fi memlekete g\u00f6\u00e7\nedecektir . G\u00f6\u00e7e muktedir oldu\u011fu halde , g\u00f6\u00e7 etmediyse , ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n kendisine\nzulm\u00fcnden , haks\u0131z davran\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan \u00f6nce , o kendi kendisine zulmetmi\u015f olur . <\/p>\n\n\n\n Yaz\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n devam\u0131 \u0130n\u015fAllah bir sonraki b\u00f6l\u00fcmde devam\nedecektir . <\/p>\n\n\n\n Yazd\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n do\u011frusu \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n hatas\u0131 ise bizimdir .\nAllah(c.c.)
