Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/p>\n

178- Ey m\u00fcminler, size, \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclenler hakk\u0131nda k\u0131sas farz k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131. H\u00fcr insana kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k h\u00fcr insan, k\u00f6leye kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k k\u00f6le ve kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k kad\u0131n.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ama e\u011fer katil, \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclenin karde\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan ba\u011f\u0131\u015flanm\u0131\u015f ise kendisine \u00f6rfe uyarak ba\u011f\u0131\u015flayana g\u00fczellikle diyet \u00f6demek d\u00fc\u015fer.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

179- Ey ak\u0131l sahipleri, sizin i\u00e7in k\u0131sasta hayat vard\u0131r. Bu sayede<\/em><\/strong> adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrmekten sak\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Ayetin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan hitap “iman edenler”e y\u00f6neltilerek, onlara, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve davran\u0131\u015f kurallar\u0131n\u0131 il\u00e2h\u00ee kaynaktan almalar\u0131n\u0131 gerektiren s\u0131fatlar\u0131 ile sesleniyor. Yani, “K\u0131sas yasas\u0131 konusunda Allah’a inananlar”. Y\u00fcce Allah, m\u00fcminlere bu birinci ayetteki ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda, adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrme olaylar\u0131 ile ilgili olarak k\u0131sas yasas\u0131n\u0131 farz k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 haber vermek i\u00e7in kendilerine sesleniyor. \u0130kinci ayette ise bu yasal d\u00fczenlemenin gerek\u00e7esini a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor ve m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 bu gerek\u00e7e \u00fczerinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ve kafa yormaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca onlar\u0131n kalplerinde takva bilincini harekete ge\u00e7iriyor, ki bu duyarl\u0131l\u0131k adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrme ve k\u0131sas alan\u0131nda emniyet s\u00fcbab\u0131 olu\u015fturur.<\/p>\n

Bu ba\u011f\u0131\u015flama, \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclenin velileri\/temsilcileri katilin \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesi yerine diyet (kan bedeli) verilmesini kabul ederlerse m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir. \u00d6l\u00fcn\u00fcn geride kalan yak\u0131n\u0131 bunu g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olarak kabul edince kar\u015f\u0131 taraftan gelenekler uyar\u0131nca, ho\u015fnutluk ve sevgi ile diyet istemesi, buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k katilin ya da temsilcisinin de bu diyeti g\u00fczellikle, g\u00f6n\u00fcl r\u0131zas\u0131yla ve eksiksiz olarak \u00f6demesi gerekir. Ancak bu \u015fekilde her iki taraf\u0131n kalpleri huzura kavu\u015fur, y\u00fcreklerindeki yaralar iyile\u015fir ve geride kalanlar\u0131n aras\u0131ndaki karde\u015flik ba\u011flar\u0131 tekrar eski halindeki g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne eri\u015febilir.<\/p>\n

Y\u00fcce Allah bu diyet yasas\u0131n\u0131 koymakla, bu d\u00fczenlemenin ceza indirimi ve merhamet i\u00e7ermesi nedenlerinden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc m\u00fc’minlerin minnettarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 gerektiren bir ba\u011f\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu vurguluyor:<\/p>\n

Bu hukuk\u00ee d\u00fczenleme, Tevrat’ta yahudilere serbest k\u0131l\u0131nmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Uyu\u015fma ve g\u00f6n\u00fcl rahatl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bulunmas\u0131 halinde insanlar\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6nd\u00fcrmemek, ya\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla sadece m\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00fcmmete tan\u0131nm\u0131\u015f bir yasal kolayl\u0131kt\u0131r bu. Bu durumda katilin Ahirette \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bildirilen azab\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, d\u00fcnyada bir ceza olarak idam edilmesi kesinlik kazan\u0131r, diyet vermesi kabul edilmez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 uyu\u015fma sa\u011flanarak diyet al\u0131nmas\u0131 kabul edildikten sonra yeni bir tecav\u00fcze giri\u015fmek; verilen s\u00f6zden cayma, anla\u015fmay\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fneme ve durulan kalplerdeki kini tekrar alevlendirme anlam\u0131na gelir. \u00d6ld\u00fcr\u00fclenin velisi diyet almay\u0131 kabul ettikten sonra bu s\u00f6z\u00fcnden d\u00f6nerek \u00f6\u00e7 almaya, kar\u015f\u0131 tarafa sald\u0131rmaya giri\u015femez, b\u00f6yle bir \u015feye kalk\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 caiz de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

Bu d\u00fczenleme sayesinde \u0130slam’\u0131n ufkunun ne kadar geni\u015f oldu\u011funu, yasa koyarken insan psikolojisinin i\u00e7g\u00fcd\u00fclerini ne kadar yak\u0131ndan tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, yap\u0131s\u0131nda varolan temel e\u011filimleri nas\u0131l inceden inceye bildi\u011fini somut bir bi\u00e7imde idrak ediyoruz. Neden derseniz, kan davas\u0131 f\u0131tr\u00ee ve do\u011fal bir realitedir. \u0130sl\u00e2m bunu k\u0131sas yasas\u0131n\u0131 belirleyerek kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. Kesin adalet, nefislerin \u015firret\u00e7e e\u011filimlerini k\u0131rar, g\u00f6n\u00fcllerdeki kin alevini s\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcr ve katili de cinayet i\u015flemeye devam etmekten al\u0131kor.<\/p>\n

Fakat \u0130sl\u00e2m, bir yandan da affetmeyi sevdiriyor, ona kap\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131yor ve s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7iziyor. Fakat k\u0131sas yasas\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyduktan sonra \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n affetmeye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rmas\u0131, insan f\u0131trat\u0131n\u0131 bask\u0131 alt\u0131na al\u0131p ona kald\u0131ramayaca\u011f\u0131 bir \u015feyi y\u00fcklemek ve y\u00fck\u00fc ta\u015f\u0131may\u0131 zorunlu tutmak bi\u00e7iminde de\u011fil, g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck \u00e7er\u00e7evesi i\u00e7inde haktan vazge\u00e7meye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rma bi\u00e7imindedir.<\/p>\n

Baz\u0131 rivayetlere g\u00f6re bu ayetin h\u00fckm\u00fc y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f(neshedilmi\u015f)tir. S\u00f6zkonusu rivayetler, bu h\u00fckm\u00fcn daha sonra inen ve k\u0131sasta mutlak olarak “cana kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k can” ilkesini getiren a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki ayet taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ileri s\u00fcrerler:<\/p>\n

da Abdullah b. Luhaya’ya ve onun da Ata b. Dinar’a dayanarak anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re bu ayetin ini\u015f (n\u00fczul) sebebi hakk\u0131nda sahabilerden Saad b. Cubeyr (Allah hepsinden raz\u0131 olsun) \u015fu bilgiyi veriyor:<\/p>\n

“Ey m\u00fcminler, size \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclenler hakk\u0131nda k\u0131sas farz k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131. <\/strong>(Yani kas\u0131tl\u0131 adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrme olaylar\u0131nda) H\u00fcr insana kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k h\u00fcr insan, k\u00f6leye kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k k\u00f6le ve kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k kad\u0131n olarak…”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu ayet \u015fu olay \u00fczerine indi. \u0130ki Arap kabilesi m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmadan az \u00f6nce aralar\u0131nda vuru\u015fmu\u015f, her iki taraf da bir\u00e7ok \u00f6l\u00fc ve yaral\u0131 vermi\u015fti. K\u00f6leleri ve kad\u0131nlar\u0131 bile \u00f6ld\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015flerdi ve birbirinden \u00f6\u00e7 almaya f\u0131rsat bulamadan m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmu\u015flard\u0131. Fakat her iki kabile de birbirine kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015f malzemesi ve mal stoku yaparak sava\u015fa haz\u0131rlan\u0131yordu. Bu arada kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 olarak, kendilerinden \u00f6len her k\u00f6leye kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k h\u00fcr bir insan ve her kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k bir erkek \u00f6ld\u00fcrmedik\u00e7e aralar\u0131ndaki vuru\u015fmaya son vermeyeceklerine dair yemin etmi\u015flerdi. Bunun \u00fczerine bu iki kabile hakk\u0131nda daha sonra “cana can” <\/strong>ilkesini getirmi\u015f olan ayetle y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten kalkm\u0131\u015f olan “H\u00fcr insana kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k h\u00fcr insan, k\u00f6leye kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k k\u00f6le <\/strong>ve kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k kad\u0131n..:’ <\/strong>ayeti indi. Ayr\u0131ca Ebu Malik’ten de, bu ayetin “cana can” <\/strong>ilkesini getiren ayetle y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten kald\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 rivayet edilmi\u015ftir.”<\/p>\n

Fakat benim anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131ma g\u00f6re bu ayetin yeri ile “cana can” <\/strong>ilkesini ortaya koyan ayetin yeri farkl\u0131d\u0131r, bu ayetlerin birbirininkinden ayr\u0131 uygulama alanlar\u0131 vard\u0131r. “Cana can” <\/strong>ilkesini getiren ayetin uygulama alan\u0131, belirli bir ki\u015fiden yine belirli bir ki\u015fiye ya da belirli birka\u00e7 ki\u015fiden belirli bir veya birka\u00e7 ki\u015fiye y\u00f6neltilmi\u015f ferd\u00ee sald\u0131r\u0131lard\u0131r. Bu durumlarda e\u011fer cinayet kas\u0131tl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde i\u015flenmi\u015f ise katil sorumlu tutularak cezaland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Fakat bizim \u015fu anda incelemekte oldu\u011fumuz ayetin uygulama alan\u0131, t\u0131pk\u0131 yukarda anlat\u0131lan iki Arap kab\u00eelesinin olay\u0131nda oldu\u011fu gibi, toplu sald\u0131r\u0131lard\u0131r. Bu t\u00fcr olaylarda bir ailenin ba\u015fka bir aileye, bir kabilenin ba\u015fka bir kabileye, bir toplumun ba\u015fka bir topluma sald\u0131rarak kar\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm h\u00fcr insan\u0131n\u0131, k\u00f6lesini ve kad\u0131n\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmesi ya da yaralamas\u0131 s\u00f6zkonusudur. Bu durumlarda k\u0131sas ilkeli adalet terazisi ortaya kondu\u011funda, bu taraf\u0131n h\u00fcr bir ki\u015fisi kar\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131n h\u00fcr bir ki\u015fisine, bu taraf\u0131n bir k\u00f6lesi kar\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131n bir k\u00f6lesine ve bu taraf\u0131n bir kad\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131n bir kad\u0131n\u0131na denk tutulur. Aksi halde bir toplumun ortakla\u015fa olarak ba\u015fka bir topluma sald\u0131r\u0131 d\u00fczenledi\u011fi bu t\u00fcr olaylarda k\u0131sas ilkesi nas\u0131l uygulanabilir?<\/p>\n

E\u011fer bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f do\u011fru ise o zaman ne bu inceledi\u011fimiz ayetin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckten kalkm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 ve ne de k\u0131sas ayetleri aras\u0131nda herhangi bir \u00e7eli\u015fkinin olmas\u0131 s\u00f6zkonusudur.<\/p>\n

Bir sonraki ayette k\u0131sas h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fcn derin hikmeti ve uzun vadeli faydas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanarak bu konu noktalan\u0131yor:<\/p>\n

“Ey ak\u0131l sahipleri, sizin i\u00e7in k\u0131sasta hayat vard\u0131r. Bu sayede adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrmekten sak\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

K\u0131sas, ne intikam almak ve ne de kin duygular\u0131n\u0131 tatmin etmek demektir. K\u0131sas, bunlardan daha y\u00fcce, daha \u00fcst\u00fcn bir de\u011ferdir. O, hayat i\u00e7indir, hayat u\u011frunad\u0131r, hatta hayat\u0131n ta kendisidir. Sonra da bu farz\u0131n hikmetini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyi, \u00fczerinde kafa yormay\u0131, kalpleri, Allah korkusu ile canland\u0131r\u0131p co\u015fturmay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan bir h\u00fck\u00fcmd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n

K\u0131sas h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u00e7erdi\u011fi hayat her\u015feyden \u00f6nce canileri adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrmekten cayd\u0131rmas\u0131ndan kaynaklan\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00f6ld\u00fcrece\u011fi insan\u0131n hayat\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k kendi hayat\u0131ndan olaca\u011f\u0131ndan kesinlikle emin olan kimse, elbette adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeye kalk\u0131\u015fmadan \u00f6nce akl\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na alacak, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnecek ve “B\u00f6yle bir i\u015fi yapay\u0131m m\u0131, yoksa yapmayay\u0131m m\u0131?” diye teredd\u00fct edecektir. Ayr\u0131ca fiilen i\u015flenen cinayetlerde \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclenin ailesinin ve yak\u0131n akrabalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6n\u00fcl yaralar\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmesi, bu g\u00f6n\u00fcllerdeki kin ve intikam \u00f6zlemini dindirmesi bak\u0131m\u0131ndan “k\u0131sasta hayat vard\u0131r”. O intikam \u00f6zlemi ki, bir defa harekete ge\u00e7ti mi, hi\u00e7bir noktada durmak bilmiyor. T\u0131pk\u0131 eski Arap kabilelerinde oldu\u011fu gibi; \u00d6yle ki, Araplar aras\u0131nda dilden dile dola\u015fm\u0131\u015f olan Besus sava\u015f\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi bu \u00f6\u00e7 alma duygusunun k\u00f6r\u00fckledi\u011fi sava\u015flar\u0131n aral\u0131kl\u0131 olarak k\u0131rk y\u0131la kadar s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc oluyordu. Biz bu manzaray\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn pratik ya\u015fant\u0131lar\u0131nda da g\u00f6zl\u00fcyoruz. Ku\u015faktan ku\u015fa\u011fa aktar\u0131larak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen aileler aras\u0131 kinler ve \u00f6\u00e7 alma duygular\u0131 g\u00f6zlerine kestirdikleri kurbanlar\u0131n\u0131n kanlar\u0131n\u0131 sel gibi ak\u0131t\u0131p duruyor ve hi\u00e7 dinmek bilmiyorlar.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca daha kapsaml\u0131 ve daha genel anlamda da “K\u0131sasta hayat vard\u0131r”. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bir ferdin ya\u015fama hakk\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 d\u00fczenlenen sald\u0131r\u0131, asl\u0131nda hayat\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131, \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclen ile birlikte hayat s\u00fcrecini payla\u015fan, hayattaki b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlara kar\u015f\u0131 giri\u015filmi\u015f bir sald\u0131r\u0131 oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re e\u011fer k\u0131sas yasas\u0131, caniyi bir tek cana k\u0131ymaktan cayd\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ya da al\u0131koymu\u015f ise, asl\u0131nda onu hayat\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcne sald\u0131rmaktan al\u0131koymu\u015f, cayd\u0131rm\u0131\u015f demektir. Ba\u015fka bir deyimle bu cayd\u0131rmada, bu al\u0131koymada mutlak anlamda hayat\u0131n kendisinin kurtulu\u015fu s\u00f6zkonusudur. Sadece bir ferdin, sadece bir ailenin ya da sadece bir toplumun hayat\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fil, hayat\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fcn kurtulu\u015fu.<\/p>\n

Bunlar\u0131n da \u00f6tesinde hayat\u0131 koruyan en \u00f6nemli ve en etkili fakt\u00f6r, y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n bu yasa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131nda sakl\u0131 olan hikmetini ara\u015ft\u0131rma ve O’nun buyruklar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 gelmekten sak\u0131nma bilincini harekete ge\u00e7irmektir. Tekrar ediyoruz:<\/p>\n

“Ola ki, bu sayede adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrmekten sak\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fte insan vicdan\u0131n\u0131 sald\u0131rganl\u0131ktan, \u00f6nce adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrme bi\u00e7iminde ve sonra da intikamc\u0131l\u0131k \u015feklindeki sald\u0131rganl\u0131ktan al\u0131koyan engel ve ba\u011f budur; takva, yani kalbin Allah korkusunun bilincine varmas\u0131, bu y\u00f6nde duyarl\u0131k kazanmas\u0131, O’nun \u00f6fkesinden \u00e7ekinip ho\u015fnutlu\u011funu aramas\u0131.<\/p>\n

Bu ba\u011f, bu engel olmay\u0131nca hi\u00e7bir \u015feriat ayakta kalamaz, hi\u00e7bir kanun etkili olamaz, hi\u00e7bir g\u00fcvenlik \u00f6nlemi yararl\u0131 olamaz; ruhtan, duyarl\u0131ktan, insan\u0131nkinden daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 korkudan ve beklentiden yoksun hi\u00e7bir yasal d\u00fczenleme yeterli olamaz.<\/p>\n

Gerek Peygamberimiz zaman\u0131nda gerekse Ra\u015fid Halifeler d\u00f6neminde hadd cezas\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektiren a\u011f\u0131r su\u00e7lar\u0131n neden bu kadar az, hatta seyrek oldu\u011funu,biz ancak bu fakt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klayabiliriz. \u00dcstelik o iki d\u00f6nemde i\u015flenmi\u015f olan bu t\u00fcr tek-t\u00fck su\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu su\u00e7lular\u0131n g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc ve iradeli itiraf\u0131 ile ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o d\u00f6nemlerde takva, Allah korkusu vard\u0131. Bu Allah korkusu vicdanlar\u0131n derinliklerinde ve kalplerin en sakl\u0131 k\u00f6\u015felerinde uyan\u0131k bir bek\u00e7i gibi n\u00f6bet tutarak vicdanlar\u0131 ve kalpleri ceza alanlar\u0131ndan uzak tutuyordu. Bunun yan\u0131s\u0131ra f\u0131tr\u00ee yap\u0131n\u0131n gizli s\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 ve kalplerin i\u00e7 olu\u015fumlar\u0131m g\u00f6ren, ayd\u0131n \u015feriat d\u00fczeni b\u00fct\u00fcn etkinli\u011fi ile y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte idi. Ayr\u0131ca, bir yandan sosyal kurumlar ile yasal d\u00fczenlemeler, \u00f6b\u00fcr yandan y\u00f6nlendirici direktifler ile ibadetler aras\u0131nda birbirini tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 bir koordinasyon vard\u0131. Bu fakt\u00f6rlerin t\u00fcm\u00fc, ortak bir uyum i\u00e7inde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemi sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, duygu d\u00fcnyas\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 temiz, hareketleri temiz bir toplum olu\u015fturmak i\u00e7in i\u015fliyor, i\u015fbirli\u011fi halinde etkilerini g\u00f6steriyorlard\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu toplum ilk mahkemesini, ilk yarg\u0131lamas\u0131n\u0131 vicdanlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyordu!<\/p>\n
