Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u201cHep birlikte Allah’\u0131n ipine s\u0131ms\u0131k\u0131 tutunun ve birbirinizden kopmay\u0131n.<\/em>..\u201d<\/strong> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0(\u00c2l-i \u0130mr\u00e2n: 103)<\/p>\n

\u0130lah\u00ee vahyin son a\u015famas\u0131 olan Kur\u2019an, insanl\u0131\u011fa nihai teklifler b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc olarak sunulmu\u015ftur. Kur\u2019an insana, hayata ve topluma y\u00f6nelik bir mesajd\u0131r. O, kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc d\u00fcn\u00adyas\u0131ndan hayata y\u00f6n vermek ve insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurtulu\u015fa erdirmek ar\u00adzusuyla kopup gelmi\u015ftir. \u0130nsan\u0131n kurtulu\u015fu, Allah’\u0131n birli\u011fini kavray\u0131p O’nun iradesine teslim olmas\u0131 ve d\u00fcr\u00fcst bir \u015fekilde ya\u015fay\u0131p imana pratik bir anlam kazand\u0131rmas\u0131yla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olur.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

D\u00fcnyada ki her t\u00fcrden ili\u015fkileri bat\u0131 medeniyetinin belirledi\u011fi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n pek \u00e7ok sorunlar i\u00e7inde \u00e7\u0131rp\u0131\u00adn\u0131p durdu\u011fu herkes\u00e7e bilinen bir ger\u00e7ektir. Bunun temel nedeni, insanlar\u0131n Kur\u2019an kapsam\u0131nda sunulan \u0130slam’dan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde uzakla\u015fm\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131; M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n da \u00e7e\u015fitli nedenlerden do\u00adlay\u0131 mensubu olduklar\u0131 \u0130slam’\u0131 bug\u00fcne hakk\u0131yla ta\u015f\u0131yamamalar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bu a\u00e7\u0131k ger\u00e7ek, \u0130slam’\u0131, sistemi olmayan kuru bir inan\u00e7, bir tasavvur ve hayatta uygulanmas\u0131 imk\u00e2ns\u0131z olan yal\u0131n bir iman olarak g\u00f6rmek anlam\u0131na gelir. Halbuki \u0130slam, toplumun t\u00fcm katmanla\u00adr\u0131na seslenen kapsaml\u0131 bir dindir. Bunun en a\u00e7\u0131k delili, Kur\u2019an’\u0131n temel tezi olan tevhiddir. Tevhid, yaln\u0131zca Allah’\u0131n birli\u011fi ve tenzihle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir. O, ayn\u0131 zamanda hayat\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn organlar\u0131n\u0131n or\u00adganik birli\u011fini ifade eden bir eylem ilkesidir. Tevhidin b\u00f6yle bir aksiyon ilkesi oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steren en g\u00fczel \u00f6rnek ise, b\u00fct\u00fcn pey\u00adgamberlerin hayat\u0131n organik birli\u011fini bozan zul\u00fcm d\u00fczenlerine muhalefetle ba\u015f kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Allah azze ve celle bu durumu Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131 kerimde \u015f\u00f6yle bildirmektedir:<\/p>\n

Araf 59:\u00a0 <\/strong>59- Andolsun ki Nuh\u2019u el\u00e7i olarak kavmine g\u00f6nderdik de dedi ki: “Ey kavmim! Allah’a kulluk edin sizin O’ndan ba\u015fka bir ilah\u0131n\u0131z yoktur. Do\u011frusu ben, \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fcze gelecek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00fcn\u00fcn azab\u0131ndan korkuyorum.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Araf 93- (\u015eu’ayb) onlardan \u00f6teye d\u00f6nd\u00fc de: “Ey kavmim! dedi, ben size Rabbimin g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi ger\u00e7ekleri duyurdum ve size \u00f6\u011f\u00fct verdim, art\u0131k k\u00e2fir bir kavme nas\u0131l ac\u0131r\u0131m?”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kur\u2019an’\u0131n temel gayelerinden biri de, yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde adaletli bir sosyal d\u00fczen olu\u015fturup insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n temel haklar\u0131n\u0131 ve de\u011ferlerini korumakt\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in iyili\u011fi emredip ayakta tutmak, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de gerekirse g\u00fc\u00e7 kullanarak ortadan kald\u0131rmak M\u00fcsl\u00fcman top\u00adlumun g\u00f6revidir.<\/p>\n

Bunun temel nedeni, insanlar\u0131n Kur\u2019an kapsam\u0131nda sunulan \u0130slam'dan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde uzakla\u015fm\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131; M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n da \u00e7e\u015fitli nedenlerden do\u00adlay\u0131 mensubu olduklar\u0131 \u0130slam'\u0131 bug\u00fcne hakk\u0131yla ta\u015f\u0131yamamalar\u0131d\u0131r.Bu a\u00e7\u0131k ger\u00e7ek, \u0130slam'\u0131, sistemi olmayan kuru bir inan\u00e7, bir tasavvur ve hayatta uygulanmas\u0131 imk\u00e2ns\u0131z olan yal\u0131n bir iman olarak g\u00f6rmek anlam\u0131na gelir. Halbuki \u0130slam, toplumun t\u00fcm katmanla\u00adr\u0131na seslenen kapsaml\u0131 bir dindir. Bunun en a\u00e7\u0131k delili, Kur\u2019an'\u0131n temel tezi olan tevhiddir. Tevhid, yaln\u0131zca Allah'\u0131n birli\u011fi ve tenzihle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir. O, ayn\u0131 zamanda hayat\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn organlar\u0131n\u0131n or\u00adganik birli\u011fini ifade eden bir eylem ilkesidir. Tevhidin b\u00f6yle bir aksiyon ilkesi oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steren en g\u00fczel \u00f6rnek ise, b\u00fct\u00fcn pey\u00adgamberlerin hayat\u0131n organik birli\u011fini bozan zul\u00fcm d\u00fczenlerine muhalefetle ba\u015f kald\u0131rm\u0131\u015f olmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Allah azze ve celle bu durumu Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131 kerimde \u015f\u00f6yle bildirmektedir:Araf 59:\u00a0 59- Andolsun ki Nuh\u2019u el\u00e7i olarak kavmine g\u00f6nderdik de dedi ki: \"Ey kavmim! Allah'a kulluk edin sizin O'ndan ba\u015fka bir ilah\u0131n\u0131z yoktur. Do\u011frusu ben, \u00fcst\u00fcn\u00fcze gelecek b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00fcn\u00fcn azab\u0131ndan korkuyorum.\"\u00a0Araf 93- (\u015eu'ayb) onlardan \u00f6teye d\u00f6nd\u00fc de: \"Ey kavmim! dedi, ben size Rabbimin g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi ger\u00e7ekleri duyurdum ve size \u00f6\u011f\u00fct verdim, art\u0131k k\u00e2fir bir kavme nas\u0131l ac\u0131r\u0131m?\"Kur\u2019an'\u0131n temel gayelerinden biri de, yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde adaletli bir sosyal d\u00fczen olu\u015fturup insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n temel haklar\u0131n\u0131 ve de\u011ferlerini korumakt\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in iyili\u011fi emredip ayakta tutmak, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc de gerekirse g\u00fc\u00e7 kullanarak ortadan kald\u0131rmak M\u00fcsl\u00fcman top\u00adlumun g\u00f6revidir.Ali imran 104- \u0130\u00e7inizden hayra \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ran, iyili\u011fi emredip k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten men eden bir topluluk bulunsun. \u0130\u015fte kurtulu\u015fa eren onlard\u0131r.\u00a0Ali imran 110- Siz insanlar i\u00e7in \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f en hay\u0131rl\u0131 \u00fcmmetsiniz. \u0130yili\u011fi emreder, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten vazge\u00e7irme\u011fe \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve Allah'a inan\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z. Kitap ehli de inansayd\u0131 kendileri i\u00e7in elbette daha hay\u0131rl\u0131 olurdu. \u0130\u00e7lerinden iman edenler de var, ama pek \u00e7o\u011fu yoldan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.\u00a0Hacc 41- Onlar (o m\u00fcminlerdir) ki, e\u011fer kendilerini yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde iktidar mevkiine getirirsek namaz\u0131 k\u0131larlar, zekat\u0131 verirler, iyili\u011fi emrederler ve fenal\u0131\u011f\u0131 yasak ederler. B\u00fct\u00fcn i\u015flerin sonu s\u0131rf Allah'a \u00e2ittir.\u00a0Kur\u2019an'\u0131n sundu\u011fu toplumsal d\u00fczen hukuki, siyasi ve iktisadi unsurlardan olu\u015fur. Yasama faaliyeti, toplumsal hayat\u0131 olu\u015ftu\u00adran b\u00fct\u00fcn s\u00fcre\u00e7leri kapsar. Bunun i\u00e7in Kur\u2019an'daki hukuki d\u00fc\u00adzenlemeler, ki\u015fi ve toplum hayat\u0131n\u0131 veri olarak al\u0131r. (Bkz. Vahyin tamamlan\u0131p Peygamber (as)'in vefat etmesinden sonra bu i\u015f, Kur\u2019an ve S\u00fcnnete ters d\u00fc\u015fmemek \u015fart\u0131yla toplumun so\u00adrumlulu\u011funa ait g\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Bunun tabii sonucu olarak \u0130slam toplumunun sonraki d\u00f6nemlerdeki ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131, \u0130slam alimleri ta\u00adraf\u0131ndan olu\u015fturulan f\u0131k\u0131h disiplinleriyle kar\u015f\u0131lanmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u00adm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Onlar, Kur\u2019an ve s\u00fcnnetteki yasamay\u0131 kaynak ve \u00f6rnek alarak bu i\u015fi ba\u015farm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.Kur\u2019an'\u0131n insanl\u0131\u011fa bildirdi\u011fi kesin ve do\u011fru ilkeler, \u0130slam'\u0131n evrensel mesaj\u0131n\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 olmaya devam edecektir.
